I support the restaurant industry outside of the food and beverage suppliers. More on the financial side. People I know have raved about the hamburgers and food here. Well Jessica, the person, expected based on my network, one of the rudest service industry personnel I've seen in a small town like Waterville in a very long time. No wonder the locals are her entire world. It's obvious that Ellie was the better server here and she's the kitchen cook. If I was the owner. Jessica needs to be trained. The locajs, pay your bills, the vacationers and travelers like me great have driven past here for ten years but decided to stop in today. Will never be back. I literally drive by here every month from Idaho to Seattle as I have two offices in each and I was told to see Jessica. Honestly. I never want to come back or see her. Ellie was perfect. Respectful to the customer like she wanted a new person to stay. Jessica. Did not care. The owner I hope addresses this. I have already looked at WA SOS corporate entities tk see who that is. Way overpriced. They charge over twelve bucks to deep fry some frozen ravioli. Weak ass overpriced drinks. Also it is a viper pit of negative gossip. She joked with me, but nothing short of excellent service with 12 other customers there (even past lunchtime). The Huevos Rancheros got its bold flavor from the garnishes, herbs, spices and salsa.
