    Fish and chips

$18 for 3 small nuggets of fish and fries cooked in old oil resulting in a burnt flavor. The coleslaw was bland, like they mixed coleslaw mix with only mayo. Definitely not worth eating. Great place to stop just for a beer.

Located in Cashmere, WA right after you go over the bridge you will find this gem tucked away. Service was quick (we beat the rush) and they had just built a nice covered deck with infrared heaters. Onto the food: 1) kids Mac and cheese for both kids. Nice home made Mac and cheese and some carrot and celery stick. Portions are generous and love they make their own instead of a cop out boxed product. Could use a tad bit more salt, but for the kids similar is always better. 2) milepost burger. This was fantastic. Juicy, fresh veggies, fixings/meat/bun ratio was well proportioned and the bun was crispy. I got the mini size and wish I got the full size, but did get to finish the kids Mac and cheese so it worked out. I subbed out the homemade fries for a side salad and it was a good one. I like the ranch they use and the veggies are all fresh. 3) fries. I live they are house cut fries. With they are crispier but otherwise good. Always love house cut fries. I will remember to make the Milepost Brewery a must stop along our drive to Easter Washington. If you are reading this as well, so should you. Drive fast (and safely)!

Food is decent Service is kinda decent at best Forgot one of our orders Seahawks suck Didn't have any beer because it's the Lord's day, but that's probably decent too.

We had truffle fries, a wilted spinach and quinoa salad, and a corn cake...really nice flavors with big portions.

Hummus plate was great, beer was solid - service was solid. Truffle fries was something to try.

Average food at best. $16 burger with no fries (extra $7), crazy. Used to love this place, won't be back.

I upon entering, you are greeted with tables on the left side of the dining room, and a bar on the right side. It's probably seating for 40, and there are a large number of TVs for the size of the space. We stopped in on an evening when the Seahawks were playing, so it worked out very well! The bar is about two steps up from a dive, and had a nice array of nonalcoholic options in addition to the standard, small town, alcohol fare. The food was quite good, and pretty straightforward. It's pretty standard bar type food, with a couple of nice burger options, a couple salads, and a couple other fried options. We ended up with a number of different burgers, and a couple of salads. Everything was made when we ordered it, and was really good size for the price. Our waitress took really good care of us, and everybody left full and very happy with the decision to stop in! They're honestly was nothing we didn't enjoy it. The food, the service, the overall vibe and the price. We're all exactly what we were looking for. This is definitely a spot. We will be back to, and was a big win for the evening!

The service is friendly and very good; I don't take these for granted. I get quick response from an eyelock from the guy behind the counter, who knows what I will be ordering. A homie. I can order with an eye lock. I like the food that I wouldn't make at home. Normally I would give 5 stars, but not tonight. The bar is a little awkward for a small person, but the staff know what to expect from a regular customer. So I sit at the small table in the window where I can order with an eye-lock and a raised eyebrow. The only thing that The Tav lacks is a place for a woman to hang her purse under the table or bar. This leaves me hanging my handbag off my knee. This is annoying, and completely unnecessary. I brought this to the attention of a courteous wait staff member previously. When I inquired again , I learned that the message had been relayed. Apparenly it has not motivated any plan of action. This is a problem I could solve in an hour, with the tools and hooks in my own house.

I ordered their jalapeño pepper burger, while my friends ordered some of the other burgers on the menu. We ordered two large fries and onion rings to share, and the portions were big.
