I originally went in with a list of services the dealership insisted were needed on my car, but after inspection at Brake Masters found out a lot of those were unnecessary and my car was in way better condition than expected. As a young woman, getting your car serviced can be intimidating and not a good experience, but I felt welcomed and was spoken to like a human. I asked the attendants before each car wash at two different locations and they confirmed this but nonetheless, at the end of the wash I had to ask why they didnt vacuum, or even wipe down anything with a simple wet rag and not even conditioner. The manager lied and said he watched them do it. Lol i was speechless. There was literally crumbs on my door rail, on the floor, and still smudges on my dash and around the outside of the cupholder. He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in. We all know that takes forever and the person who replies doesn't care.

This is hands-down my favorite mechanic and oil service shop in the Valley. Being locally owned and operated is just the beginning. Every single person who works here is top notch. They tell you exactly what your car needs, nothing more, nothing less and they get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. I've recommended Lightning Lube to just about everyone I know on the East Side because they've earned my trust time and time again. If I could give them 100 out of 10 stars, I absolutely would. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor.
