The manager lied and said he watched them do it. Lol i was speechless. There was literally crumbs on my door rail, on the floor, and still smudges on my dash and around the outside of the cupholder. He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around.
