    Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
    Judie P.

It's a quaint little restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The teriyaki chicken was fresh, delicious, and tasted healthy without sacrificing flavor. The portion size was generous, especially for the reasonable price. I'd definitely order it again.

Delicious! First time trying this spot out. Came here after my daughter's softball game for some take out and as we were in the parking lot deciding which restaurant to choose, I noticed this location had ramen so that was the deciding factor on which restaurant- Which I am so happy that we chose this place! Located in a shopping center where the John's incredible pizza is, this place is tucked right next to a starbucks. The location is small- about 8 or so tables but it was cute and clean and that's exactly what I am looking for when I want sushi- especially for takeout. We got 2 chicken ramens and 2 poke bowls. Not having any expectations is the best. I got home opened up my poke bowl and I was already in awe. Took a bite WOAH! This place now has me hooked! Not only is the poke bowl a bang for your buck, it's absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be coming back again. The fish tasted fresh, the service was excellent.

Honestly everytime I come I never understand why it's not as packed as it should be. The service alone is always amazing! I've come about 3x usually when I've been in the area but the older woman and the young teenager who have always helped us are literally the sweetest. Even though I've only come a couple times she has remembered my baby and when I've come without him she made sure to ask me how he is doing. As far as the food it's literally so good and the best of both worlds for ramen and sushi. I do recommend the spice with the ramen though it just gives it the perfect kick! The ambiance is very simple which is nice they are constantly cleaning up the tables to make sure they tables have no dishes or trash on them so you can order and go straight to sitting. As well as their 2 rolls get 1 free promotion is literally a great deal.

The seafood also tasted really fresh and the squid was buttery soft and not chewy or tough. They also have $1 salads which had a tasty, classic Japanese dressing and fresh greens. You just can't find any food for $1 these days, so the $1 pricepoint was really surprising! I also love that they gave a huge serving of bread and butter as an appetizer. There is so much love, so much heart that is put into the food. Additionally, the amount of food is coma sending. I finished the food and was so ready to take a nap in the warm weather. It's literally like eating grandma's food when youre a young child. The spicy tuna came out first and we were shocked at how delicious the fish was. There wasn't a lot of rice which I appreciated and that fish had a bit of a kick. Pair that with some wasabi shoyu and you're tasting some real goodness. The spam musubi was solid with the furikake. My only gripe was that it had a bit too much rice which could have been better balanced with a thicker slice of spam. Regardless, it was solid. Now the star was the chicken combo. Boy oh boy, that Ladybug Fried Chicken was amazing. The batter had so much flavor and added to the juicy chicken. Pair that with you salad and mac salad.. oh my.. youre tasting a slice of Heaven! Fair warning, there is some grinded celery in the mac salad, so if youre allergic then let them know. Otherwise, that aroma of celery added so much depth to the mac. I can't emphasize enough, there is so much love in the food and the servers take gooooood care of you. It was also amazing to see how much attention to detail the owners put in the restaurant. We went in on the Chicken Katsu and the Katsu Don, and honestly, both dishes came out swinging. The chicken katsu was crispy in that crunch way, while still staying juicy inside. The katsu don had that comforting, saucy, slightly sweet vibe that makes you feel like life is going to be okay. Because it is! And let's talk about the curry sauce, "Wow" it's thick, savory, and the kind of delicious that makes you consider pouring it on things it probably shouldn't go on. It's the type of curry that makes you nod to yourself mid‑bite like you just solved a personal problem. Ordering at the counter is quick and painless.
