They refused to have a manager speak with us, either in person or over the phone, and showed very little concern or empathy for the situation. Due to the seriousness of this concern, we were adamant about contacting a manager. We persistently requested for the staff to contact management/the owner. Our number was provided and management never called. Finally, the owner Pia came... with a smirk on her face. The owner was extremely disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional. There was a severe lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the owner who came out after us laughed as she drove away. The way this situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Serving raw chicken is serious enough but the complete lack of concern afterward made the experience even worse.
