Since I was closer to the Woodbury location today, I decided to try it, expecting the same quality and experience I've always had. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the $20 salad I received. The quality didn't come close to what I'm used to at Plainview, and it fell far below the standard I've come to trust. Given how often I dine with you and how much I genuinely enjoy your food, I expect consistency across locations. I hope this is taken seriously, because experiences like this make me rethink where I choose to spend my time and money.
