Ina Tailors is amazing, highly recommend!! I went to a different tailor with my wedding dress and I…read morewas very unhappy with the results of the tailoring, specifically the bustle and extra fabric in the back. The dress was sagging in the back because they said the train was "too heavy" so I just had to work with the bustle they made. So I found Ina Tailors and on my first appointment, they had 3 different bustle positions ready for me to review and needed to take some more material in at the sides to make sure the dress fit. It turned out PERFECT! I was so happy with the results. They were super flexible as this was now 6 weeks before my wedding and were able to complete the job within the required time frame and allowed me to come in 3 times for try ons. I LOVE INA TAILORS! Forever grateful for making me feel amazing on my big day!

I just walked in, put my dress on, she measured the length, and in two weeks it was perfect! She does say for length alterations to have at least 10 days before the event but can work with you if needed. She was easy to contact and gave great feedback. I was considering taking in the dress at the waist a little and she had so much seamstress knowledge about how that would make the rest of the dress look and the stitching style which was so impressive! Very disappointing experience with Ace Custom Tailors. I brought in two women's silk Western…read moreblouses that needed to be taken in at the sides and have the sleeves shortened. Because they are beautiful, expensive shirts, I agreed to the work even though it was much more expensive than my previous alterations with a total bill of $313.93 paid up front. When I picked them up, one blouse was still too large, so it was pinned and taken in again. No one mentioned that this additional adjustment would cost more, nor was I given the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to spend more. At pick-up today, Lucy told me I owed another $30. Outrageous. The alteration itself was done well, but the lack of communication about the added charge was unacceptable, especially after paying such a high initial price. In my opinion, Ace Custom Tailors is overpriced and has poor customer service. I expected the garments to be properly fitted for the amount I paid, and I should have been informed before any additional charge was incurred. I will not be returning to Ace Tailors or any of its locations.
