I had a very disappointing experience with this tailor and will not be returning…read more I had been a regular customer for months, dropping off items for alterations on a consistent basis, which made this experience even more frustrating. I came in for a fitting and spent approximately 45 minutes in the store both waiting and trying on garments while one of my garments was pinned and marked. After all of that time, I was informed there would be a two-week turnaround time- far longer than what I've experienced elsewhere for standard alterations. What was most frustrating was that one of the items I spent time trying on and having pinned couldn't even move forward because the tailor needed the pins back. In other words, I spent a significant amount of time during the fitting process for absolutely no reason. Had this been communicated upfront, it would have saved everyone time. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. As a repeat customer, I was genuinely appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward alteration appointment turned into a frustrating and unnecessary waste of nearly an hour. I expected much better from a business I had supported regularly.
