I was feeling some tacos after having a few adult beverages. Somehow I stumbled into this taco truck on Washington. First of all,there is no line that's either good or bad we'll see. I was looking for tripas bingo they have them. I order 3 tripas, one pastor, and 1 asada. Help yourself to some salsa red, green, and guac salsa. There is also pickled onions, which by the way are hot! If you get it to go they give you the onions and cilantro on the side. Also give you cucumber slices with limes. The main event for me was the tripas they weren't dry it was soft but not chewy, good flavor too. The asada and al pastor did the job too. I'll check it out again. I was told they cannot give me side of rice and beans and said they would have to charge me. No biggie .. . Every time that I pass by, there always seems to be a crowd but the service is really quick! The tacos are delicious and so are the salsas. The meat is cooked well, it's not dry or flavorless. I was starving so I stopped by on a Sunday night. I ordered a tripas taco and an asada burrito. The tripas taco was good, but I received very little meat in the tortillas. The asada burrito was very bland. Wasn't much flavor in the asada or rice/beans. Their salsa options (rojo, verde, guacamole) all are pretty spicy, so you have no choice but heat on your tongue; nevertheless, they were ok. The verde was probably my favorite.
