Really good! Taco spot. the owner is really cool and friendly dude. The have good customer service. Everything is always clean. Been going for at least three years the carne asada nachos are the best i've had. The service is relatively quick. The only downside is the area it's in is a bit dark when you have to wait for them to bring your food out. And parking as well but it's right next to a 7-11 if you want to stop by and get some drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone i know. read more

Let me start by saying that the service was good and fast, but the food was disappointing!! We order the mulitas and they were very greasy and small, looked like little tacos. I ordered the 3 Taco Combo that came with beans & rice. I chose 2 carne asada tacos & 1 pastor taco. Huge mistake. PASTOR IS THE WAY TO GO! I should have gotten 3 pastor tacos cuz wow! The pork was juicy, tender, fully cooked with some char, and created a whole level of flavor that the carne was lacking in. The carne tasted a bit dry & it looked like the meat was shaven thinly, not cut into big chunks. Thank God I went through the carnes first before trying the pastor! The guy at the front was friendly and made sure I got all the radishes, like, & carrots which complimented the tacos perfectly. They indicated my total was $11....When I received the receipt my actual bill was 12.75.....The difference was the $1.75 as a service fee for using my credit card. I understand if they want to pass the cost but she should have had my verbal agreement or there should have been a sign. This is not only poor business practice but this could be considered deceitful. A truck who has a B rating should be more focus on other things then a service fee....Don't you think!!!! This is a great truck! There are a lot of trucks in the area (most are good but not as good as this one). Unlike most of the other trucks that are hit or miss depending on which night you go, Tacos Estrella is always consistent in taste and the presentation. I hate when you buy 3-4 burritos and every one of them is a different size and the ratio of ingredients is off but not that is not the case here. Their burritos are always on point and always the same across the board. The only complaint I have is I wish they posted their prices (they only have their specials posted). I like to know what the cost of an item is before I order and since I always order multiple items every time and usually for myself and others as well I honestly don't even know what they charge for anything. read more

Absolutely love this place! Asada tacos are super tasty, and their sopes and burritos are delicious too. Personally, I don't go for anything other than the asada. So the reason for my 3 stars is because we got a variety of asada, pastor, and chicken tacos. Chicken taco was delicious even though my tortilla fell completely apart. Took the advice of other Yelpers and tried it out. Ordered Asada, Chorizo, chicken, and Carnitas tacos. Asada and chicken were ok. Better than most places. But chorizo and carnitas was really good. Food from here is some of the best I've had from a taco truck. I have tried the carne asada, al pastor and chorizo from here and they have all tasted great. The service is fast and the best part is that they accept debit cards!!!! Not many taco trucks do so that is definitely a plus!
