SOOO GLAD I found this place. It is legit!! We ordered 2 carne asada burritos with everything to go!! So dang good!!! So authentic! The rice, The beans. The asada and everything else!! Yumm!! So good for my weary soul. The homemade flour tortillas reminded me of growing up in central California. I have been craving one ever since. This place did not disappoint! My one gripe is they only give you one side of salsa for your GINORMOUS BURRITO!! Which is probably enough for a normal Person BUT...This salsa roja is FIRE!!! Fantastic flavor with a solid kick!! Hunky hubster and I love heat so for us it was perfect and we were wanting MORE!! Hubs finished his whole burrito but I could only do 1/4 to 1/3 it was so packed full of goodness!! Everyone was helpful and friendly from the employees in the market to the servers/ cooks outside. Was great to watch them make the tortillas while you wait. 5/5 with no complaints only ravings and a deep abiding sadness that it is 8.5 hours (on a good day) away from home. We travel this way once a year to visit my Mother in Love in Brookings for her bday. I will be looking forward to next July when I can have my old school Mexican food longings fulfilled!! And I'm hazarding a guess that the meat was previously prepared, then microwaved. The burrito was less better, with the red sauce tasting like someone had run out of red sauce, then added a bunch of water to make more red sauce, then drenched the burrito in it. No flavor.
