The lunch pizza and salad buffet starts at 11 am on weekdays, everything is so fresh and prepared to order. They even ask if you have any requests for pizza for the buffet!! I got a huge salad with everything that I like and a McKinley pizza which has all the toppings and is really tasty. 10/10 recommend this branch in ukiah!! read more

This place is bigger than it looks from the outside. I decided to stop by during their all you can eat lunch special and I had 2 toddlers with me. I was a little worried that they were going to make me pay full price for them. But they didn't they basically let me share my food with them since they were so little and honestly I'm so glad they did cause they only had 1 slice each since they were too excited about their play area. We have come here a few times, first attracted by a coupon for salad bar/pizza deal. Good food and a good experience with the gentleman at the counter. Remembering this, we came again a while later and were confused with the offerings/price that were not the same and not that good a deal. I've checked several times over months, even years, and cannot find any description of a salad bar / pizza or prices; so I don't know what is currently available and have not gone in cold turkey to find out. I'm glad to note that someone is seeing these Yelp reviews and responding. Maybe they can work with corporate to add information on the web site (or even just the local site) which will help attract more traffic! read more

As far as the chain goes, this is the best one I've been to in terms of atmosphere, cleanliness, and food quality. This restaurant features a bar and well-stocked arcade with plenty of games. We had a pleasant time stopping here during our roadtrip and really enjoyed our meal. The staff were very friendly and all the tables and floors were incredibly clean. They've recently done some remodeling and had a change in ownership and you can tell they really care about giving you the best experience possible. The food is absolutely fantastic! The pizzas are delicious. They are thin sliced the way I like them. The salad bar is absolutely fantastic!! They have a variety of things to put on the salad they have all the dressings. The buffalo wings are delicious. They are fresh. On top of that the service is great, very personalized service. Came here to watch the NFL playoff game. Had an online coupon that was not in their system, but they figured out how to honor it anyways! In town for a family visit, and saw the new signs at the bldg right at the end of Talmage so we planned for a dinner there. Went in Sunday night about 6:30PM with grandma and her grandkids and got an arcade card first! Ordered a combo pizza and it had that classic combo flavor, plenty of toppings with a good mix of veg and meats, crust was just the right crisp! Salad bar was fresh and grandma made a nice big plate. Boneless wings were good , we had ranch dip. Drink refill station was a bonus for the kids, and we also refilled the game card and even the adults played some skee-ball. Clean tables and a cozy bar area a bit separated from the food area to the left as you enter. Looks like a nice new place in town to watch football or bring the team after a game. read more

It was my birthday. My bf hurt his back & I didn't want him to hurt more by sitting in a restaurant. His pizza was made correctly as he likes a brush of oil on the crust. I walked in to order as whomever answered the phone didn't understand just oil part. I paid just a few cents under $70 for 2 medium pizzas. It was a bit early when we got home, but it wouldn't have mattered if we ate it immediately or waited. His was fine, but I ordered off the menu with no changes, the Back at the Ranch pizza. It should have started with a white sauce, but there literally was a cup of BBQ sauce, then the toppings & more BBQ sauce with just a squirt of Ranch. The real kicker was there was NO CHEESE ! Not a shred. I called to complain & asked how on earth can you not put cheese on? He offered to make it again, but we lived too far away. I know you're thinking it was busy, I'm not nice, or whatever. There was one group of 4 people eating & a Dad with kids in the arcade. Period. As I was waiting, the Dad came up to get change & was ignored. One of the group came up & was ignored. Eventually, one of the 2 on duty came out of the kitchen . The group person said, hey as the worker was just walking away. He snapped what do you want? She asked for a salad plate, he literraly tossed it on the counter & she had to grab it. He didn't acknowledge the Dad at all & walked away towards a hallway. I got my pizzas from the other worker who did make change for the Dad while I waited. I gave 2 stars because they did offer to remake it. IMO, customer service was rank as was the pizza. I love Mt. Mike's in another city I visit frequently. I will not go back to this one. read more

About 6 months ago I tried Mountain Mike's Pizza for the first time. Then, I thought their Pizza to be one of the best I've ever had. However, a few months back, I tried it again and was very dissatisfied. The dough/crust had changed. Hopefully they have since gone back to the original recipe. Will try one more time. read more

So on a road trip to Seattle from picking up my in laws from CA so this was a stop and in San Diego Mountain Mikes pizza is amazing so yes of course we were happy to place an order and pick it up. I called a head of time and I was told that it would be about 20 minutes for the order so I got the confirmation and started the directions and headed down, I let them know I was there for a pick up and waited for about 20 minutes on top of the time that I did when placing the order. I had asked if I could please get paper plates because were at the hotel and I just got the order placed in front of me and he walked away, no apologies for it taking so long, oh wait he gave my youngest son a 16oz of orange soda, just 1 and that was it. The place was slow and no one in there so it wasn't busy, there was an arcade so that was a plus for kids if you want to go in and have them play while you eat. It seems as though this place has many bad reviews, my experience however was very different. First Impression: I ordered for pick up on what I thought would be a busy Friday, around 5PM. They told me it would be about a half hour or so for my mountain pizza and order of wings. When I walked in it seemed as though there were just a few people dining in and in the arcade, salad bar was fully stocked & the restaurant looked fairly clean. There were 3 young girls working in the front area & at one point i noticed the phone rang & 2 girls raced to beat the other to answer, nice to see girls eager to work. Side Note for the owner/manager: I noticed that there was a female customer in the restaurant with a young daughter that was giving one of the girls(they all appeared to be young hispanic girls, but this has nothing to do with my story)at the front area a difficult time about having to charge for extra ranch, I think it's important for management to know that this particular young lady did everything that she could to explain the policy to this customer about why they charge for extra ranch, only to find that a young white male came out from the back area to give her SIX extra cups for ranch(at no charge) and then gave this cusyomers daughter a FREE prize(looked like a barbie or doll of some sort). Watching this is felt so disgusted, and i felt so bad for the other girl that was just trying to do her job & play by the rules she was given. I hope she knows that i noticed & i think she handled herself very well! Food: the food was great! We ordered a mountain size pizza, half Combo half Hawaiian, pizza had a great amount of toppings, great flavor & overall very satisfying, it was definitely fresh!
