Cultivo has good food, ive tried several pizzas, the Al Pastor Great, the other I forgot but was very tasty, Salad with added shrimp was delicious, raw oysters were so good and nice selection of local beers. All 4 occasions was @ lunch. The other day I called and asked what time Happy Hour was and the waitress mistakenly said 3 BUT ITS 4pm and i ordered a dozen oysters because they are 1.50 $ @ Happy hour and i should have said that i was told it was happy hour‼ but anyway food n service was good and i will make sure its HAPPY HOUR next time Mon- Thursday 4pm read more

This restaurant is off the charts! The Service and Food is fantastic! They have outside, inside and upstairs seating. Our server was outstanding, very hopeful and friendly. We had the Run With The Bull pizza, wow was it good. All their salads are great, can't go wrong. The place is very cool looking, music was just right. Been here a couple times now and the food has been good. Consistent service and quality food on each of my visits. The staff have all been professional and friendly. The interior is over two floors, modern with a contemporary feel. Sat upstairs the first visit, some oysters on the half shell, bread sticks, misto fritto and a nice pizza. The Misto Fritto was really good, its a solid appetizer or even a light meal on its own. The bread sticks also good and the oysters fresh and tasty. The pizza a nice crust and crunch, solid flavor and a good choice. There were several items on the menu that looked good, that I visited again my next time in town. Saw it my previous visit and it looked great at the table I saw it presented so decided to try the seafood pasta. The second visit, misto fritto again and it was good and the seafood pasta it was just only okay, heavy handed on the garlic and actually a let down for what was spent. It did not even look the same as what I had seen the time before? Anyways, it may have been an off night, different chef (my guess) or what ever but my initial visit was a better experience overall. First time visitors on a Friday night. Loved, loved, loved the rotisserie chicken entree. The chicken was moist and flavorful and you'll hate yourself for not ordering it. We also ordered a pizza (honestly can't remember the name of the one we ordered) and again, it was great! Thin crust, fresh ingredients, great flavor. The only problem I had was with the dessert. We ordered the custard, and I honestly wasn't expecting it to be what it was. It was good, but nothing to write home about. It was an honest disappointment after such a great dinner. Service was great, the room is small and cozy, but there is outdoor space and upstairs. Over all, will return again, but will probably get dessert somewhere else. read more

Service involving both the kitchen and waitress was VERY disappointing especially with a kid involved. If gratuity wasn't automatically guaranteed for them since we were a table of 9, I wonder if our service would've been different. We had walked over for some dinner before resuming ice skating with our kids because they were getting pretty hungry. After receiving and pretty leisurely eating most of our very delicious appetizers, our waitress let us know that the kitchen accepted a 20-pizza phone-order and that that was why all our pizzas and my 11 year old's breadsticks appetizer he was waiting for still were going to be very very delayed. Because they were now behind those 20 pizzas in the line for the oven. She indicated she didn't necessarily agree with their decision to accept the order. It took long enough to get the rest of our food that we finally decided to break up our group so that one grownup could take the rest of the kids that got to snack on appetizers back to the ice skating rink that closed at 7. We'd just stay behind with our son so he could at least eat his breadsticks appetizer that still hadn't come. At that point we'd have to take all of our pizzas to go and eat our dinner at home. More time passed. Had our waitress not noticed of our now mostly empty table that there is one young kid left at the table with no food still? Maybe not, she's busy, I understand things happen. So I politely got her attention to plead with her to AT LEAST **please** have the kitchen expedite our CHILD'S breadsticks so he could have something to eat at this point while we kept waiting for the pizzas. Well, the waitress just talked right over me that she understands but repeated what we already established. That the breadsticks go in the pizza oven too, so they're behind the 20-pizza phone order and it was going to be a while. GRATUITY was of course included on our bill. About $50. Not only did our child have to wait that long for a bite of his food and be the only kid staying behind from his friends that were with us, but we didn't even get to eat our dinner in the restaurant at that point. We had to box it up and take it home. Also on top of it, my gluten free pizza's crust was overdone and dark. We walked past Round Table Pizza to get to Cultivo, and would've had a vastly better and exponentially cheaper experience if we would've just went there instead. read more

This is not your "drive by and wave" place! We came here on an out-of-town visit and enjoyed both of the breadsticks as well as the beef bourgeoisie and it was absolutely delicious. Absolutely they were fulfilling, just what the doctor ordered. Oh yeah, I'm the doctor. The pesto sauce is so worth the $2 up charge No, it can get a little loud inside and there is outdoor patio seating if a different ambience is required. I had ordered a to-go shrimp po boy and a Coca Cola. The sandwich was good, not sure if it was 20$ good lol but it was decent . Not sure how fresh the shrimp was either , it gave Costco shrimp Sysco shrimp. I'd be open to try it again. I probably wouldn't recommend the chips - they get soggy quickly. I didn't even let my food sit at all. Presentation is there. Vibes were chill they just opened at 1130 so I got in around noon. Hubby, mom, & I just passed through on our drive from LA to Seattle ... and before I leave, I just have to say that the food and service here were outstanding. Our server Melissa went above and beyond - she was the most attentive, hilarious and delightful server we have encountered in some time. Truly a joy. The food was also amazing... the soft breadsticks (I forget the actual menu name) were delicious, and the kale salad felt/tasted truly from the garden. We ordered the Farmers Daughter pizza, which far surpassed our expectations... Try it!! We came here on a weekend night and ate indoor upstairs. There were two other tables when we got there but after awhile we were the only ones upstairs, which is kind of nice. My partner ordered the lamb shank and a beer and I had a lemonade and the margarita pizza. We shared the Buffalo cauliflower. My partner loved his lamb shank because it was tender, juicy, flavorful, and the bed of beans the lamb rested upon was also delicious. My margarita pizza was also good - the crust was thin but it didn't quite hold up the sauce that well. The Buffalo cauliflower was also nice but it could have used more batter or something other than it seeming like steamed broccoli smothered in Buffalo sauce. The lemonade was touted as freshly made but it was a little bit watered down for my taste. The waiter was attentive but I was surprised to see a $1.50 charge for blue cheese that I asked for to have with my pizza after learning that they did not have ranch. They could have been a bit more transparent about that. The meal was on the pricier end, after tip totaling around $100. It was a solid meal overall. read more

We loved this place! Farm to fork fresh gourmet delicious food, and I'm saying this as a Napa Valley food snob. Food selections incl wild boar tagliatelle - we were in the mood for the wood-cooked pizza, it was off the charts yummy, salad: great combo, SO fresh - and the dessert had real passion fruit in it, insane! 1. A nice, modern restaurant in downtown Ukiah. They have 50% seating inside due to COVID and a handful of tables out front. They are also offering take out. All staff wears facemasks. 2. The best Neapolitan-style pizza north of Sonoma County (where we have Diavola). It's probably the last place for any decent pizza like this - north of Sonoma County - you'll find if you're heading up Highway 101. 3. We ordered the Margherita - the true test of pizza goodness. My friend added bacon on half. 4. The pizza was very yummy with delicious fresh mozzarella and a well flavored tomato sauce. The bacon was quite possibly some of the best bacon I've ever had in my life. 5. I like my pizza crispier, so next time I'll ask for it that way. I suggest you doing the same if you prefer a bit more crisp than "wet." 6. We had a delicious, in season heirloom tomato salad with corn and balsamic/olive oil. Bright red and very tasty. 7. Service was very friendly. Our order was placed behind a group of six, so we had to wait a considerable time for even our appetizer. The server apologized, however, I suggest sending out a small snack or putting ahead a two top before a large party. We were very hungry and we were shocked by the 30 minute wait for a tomato salad. (But, this is me speaking as a former hospitality worker.) 8. By the time we were able to start enjoying our salad, the pizza came out. I'd rather be able to enjoy my salad a bit longer before diving into the pizza - unless we ask otherwise. I will remind them to slow the firing for the pizza next time, if desired. No, I can only speak on the pizza and breadsticks because the group I went with all ordered pizza and nothing else. But if the rest of the menu compares to the pizza this would for sure be a must stop.. The pizzas were delicious.. They have many unique styles of pizza with great toppings. You don't normally find.. also I was incredibly shocked at how big the pizza was. Normally when you go to a restaurant, you order a $20 pizza and it's the size of a normal plate.. I felt the price versus quantity and quality was extremely good. The service was great too.. my only complaint would be we do not offer any diet beverages. Went here for lunch. I had the Pork Belly Sandwich which was delicious! It came with a side of sliced potato fries and salad. After I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing to dip the fries in,, well amazing is all I have to say. They should make the blue cheese dressing with the fries a thing, maybe with some fresh cracked pepper over them. Hubby ordered the tuna bowl and it was meh. Maybe it's just us but when we saw tuna bowl we just assumed maguro or red tuna, this was an albacore tuna. Very different taste, smell etc. Honestly as locals and fishermen if the hubby had known it was albacore, never would have ordered it and the menu should specify albacore IMHO. I made reactions weeks in advance for my birthday next door at left coast seafood and walked into a nasty fishy smelling restaurant and a huge decrease in the quality I'm used too.
