Ordered 2 Taco Supremes and after driving 8 miles home, I open them up and the meat was stone cold/-like right out of the refrigerator. Drove back, manager made 2 replacements for me. I felt felt the tacos in the bag and they were warm. BIG WIN,huh. When I suggested that he make this right by giving me a 3rd Taco Supreme, he gave me coupons for food I don't eat there. Useless! Sullen service. Clearly they don't care about the quality of their food. When I got back home and opened them up, there was no sour cream. Well, it's taco Bell after all. What can you say?! I like the current capability to order on-line, but when you arrive, it's in a bag on a shelf waiting for you. No interaction with people. If you come in without ordering ahead, you order at a kiosk, and still see no people. The two methods of ordering tend to help make orders accurate (although my last order contained an extra item from someone else's order!), and you do come for some food, not see people. However, management might do well to recognize that a good experience at their establishment, which encourages repeat visits, is heavily influenced by favorable interactions with employees. read more

Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite places to eat but I don't get out very much and have found myself eating there less and less saving my money. The times I have been able to pick up some Taco Bell or had somebody get me some and Ukiah, every single day I get a taco and nacho Bell grande, and every single time, I get super stale chips. I realize they don't want to lose products if they have a mass amount do a better job putting the steel ones with good ones you guys are just pushing out the nastiest chips I've ever eaten every single time, as you set up in the morning, you check all of your ingredients to make sure they're fresh take a shit invited you would not serve that to you. I was passing through Ukiah on the way up north I decided to stop at Taco Bell, so I got in the drive-through. There were no walkins at the time, because it was raining outside. Everybody was in the drive-through. I've been to this location several times and I always have a disappointing experience. Make sure to always check your order before leaving because they always forget something or give you the wrong item. The food that you do get is somehow not as good as other Taco Bell's, it's always soggy and they put all the condiments in one spot. Prices aren't the same as on the menu. Menu had a $5 classic meal deal but rang up as $6.18. Items in our meal deal were different than listed in the menu. No ice in the drink machine. I went to the Ukiah Taco Bell for lunch using the drive through. I thought the price was high but didn't want hold up the cars behind me. When I checked the recite, I saw I was charged 11.19 for the Toased Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe Box. The Lakeport store charges $7.49 for the same meal. On top of being over charged, the food looked like a new worker was in training. I've managed a Taco Bell before and I would never let food go out looking like the taco or the Chalupa. The burrito was okay and the soda was fine. I will NEVER go back to the Ukiah Taco Bell again. If I had checked to Yelp rating, I would not have gone there today. They forgot my crunchy taco called it in and the person over the phone told me to come back any day and get my taco. Came by the next day told the "manager or shift lead" about my missing taco and he told me (in a really rude voice)that it was too busy and that he was not going to get it for me that I needed to call ahead. A crunchy taco, that I already paid for but did not get was too hard for him o get. So rude, long wait times, sometimes your food is hot. Sometimes its not. 1 HR + WAIT at 10:30 PM - got food closer to midnight and we were stuck in the line of cars :(((((. We almost just drove back across the lawn making a break for it to get out but we were too hungry and kept thinking they'd get through customers faster. This location is hurting. Multiple signs saying hiring and hiring all shifts and positions. I hope they get some new people soon! They had a guy working both the window and the kitchen, and we had to wait an hour in line to get our food. It was a total disaster. Got to the window after about a 10 minute wait, paid got my receipt for the 2 burritos and there's only 2 taco's on the receipt. Told him and he said that I would have to drive around and go through the drive through again and order the 4 tacos that I did not get! Now there's 6 or 7 cars in line behind me. I went thru the drive through two nights ago. It has taken me two days to feel ready to write about our experience -- I was so angry when I left. My order was messed up so egregiously. They initially took the 5 item order incorrectly. I corrected them at the window (every thing was wrong?? I mean w t a f?! This is what you do for a living...do this oneeee thing welll. I was fine at this point, calm and polite. But they were rude to me!! For getting my order wrong I guess?? The gentleman who managed the situation, tall guy, tattoo on his arm, and his young female worker at the window were slow and inefficient. They put ice in our no ice drink, even that was too difficult for them. The whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE--it was like being punked. The most terrible service I've received living in Ukiah over 33 years. I am upset all over again. Eating lunch there today myself and another customer had to ask the girl sweeping the mats vigorously right towards us to please stop as stuff was going thru the air.
