This Taco Bell is super solid. The parking is great and the drive thru is smooth. Shout out to the whole team. Thanks.

Ordered 2 Taco Supremes and after driving 8 miles home, I open them up and the meat was stone cold/-like right out of the refrigerator. Drove back, manager made 2 replacements for me. I felt felt the tacos in the bag and they were warm. BIG WIN,huh. When I suggested that he make this right by giving me a 3rd Taco Supreme, he gave me coupons for food I don't eat there. Useless! Sullen service. Clearly they don't care about the quality of their food. When I got back home and opened them up, there was no sour cream. To top off this rotten experience, they wanted to charge me for their HOT hot sauce. They don't charge for the others. Thank goodness for my trusty Tapatio. read more

Food was good even for taco bell. Service well we were confused who the guy in drive thru was talking to? Mumbling along even at the drive up window. We didn't catch his name, was friendly just couldn't understand him. Night shift after 9pm - Wednesday night. read more

Well, it's taco Bell after all. What can you say?! I like the current capability to order on-line, but when you arrive, it's in a bag on a shelf waiting for you. No interaction with people. If you come in without ordering ahead, you order at a kiosk, and still see no people. The two methods of ordering tend to help make orders accurate (although my last order contained an extra item from someone else's order!), and you do come for some food, not see people. However, management might do well to recognize that a good experience at their establishment, which encourages repeat visits, is heavily influenced by favorable interactions with employees. read more

Food was cold. Items were missing. The receipt said 7 items and 6 items were in the bag. How can you mess up this badly?

Cheap, decent basic taco and bean burrito with green sauce, food consistent from last time I visited a McDonald's about 10 years ago or so, lack of customer service. read more

The AI thing is a joke for orders. Even though you can ask for a team member you're still wasting your time waiting on someone to correct your order because they don't have the staff to take orders they rely on a machine. Even talking to a team member they still don't get orders right. read more

Sloooooooowwwww as hell... and for no good reason. Pay your people better to get them moving faster, because this is the only Taco Bell in Ukiah, and apparently no one with good work ethic wants to work here; probably because they're not treating their employees with proper respect and fair wages. It took easily twenty minutes in line, five to get to the damn menu to order, and another fifteen waiting for them to get done with the THREE CARS in front of me. Get with it, TB. I'll come back in a few months to see how you've improved and then we'll see if you get a better rating. I'm only giving you a 2 because the staff you have are VERY nice, good on order accuracy, and the food is decent. The timing is atrocious, though. It's called FAST food, so get fast, dammit. read more

Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes?!?!? Did not move for about 15 minutes. Never again.

Drive thru is painfully slow. We placed our order at the speaker, then waited 20 minutes for our"fast" food. When you are on the road the last thing you want to do is wait 20 minutes for a taco. read more

Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite places to eat but I don't get out very much and have found myself eating there less and less saving my money. The times I have been able to pick up some Taco Bell or had somebody get me some and Ukiah, every single day I get a taco and nacho Bell grande, and every single time, I get super stale chips. I realize they don't want to lose products if they have a mass amount do a better job putting the steel ones with good ones you guys are just pushing out the nastiest chips I've ever eaten every single time, as you set up in the morning, you check all of your ingredients to make sure they're fresh take a shit invited you would not serve that to you. Why would you serve it to me thank you. read more

I was passing through Ukiah on the way up north I decided to stop at Taco Bell, so I got in the drive-through. There were no walkins at the time, because it was raining outside. Everybody was in the drive-through. I couldn't believe how long it took, I've never been in the drive-through so long in my life I was car number five but I sat there for at least 20 minutes. read more

There's was 3-4 people working but we, amongst many others , we're waiting over 30+ minuets in a line with 5 cars. So so so slow.

What is this? Paid money for this.. was supposed to be a Taco supreme with no lettuce or tomato. I don't care how busy you are.. you want $15 an hour maybe work like you deserve it and pay attention to detail. read more

I love the food here. The crunchwrap Supreme is so good. I love the nacho fries, beefy melt Burrito, chicken quesodilla, chicken Chipotle Burrito, and the beef soft taco. I will be eating here again. read more

I've been to this location several times and I always have a disappointing experience. Make sure to always check your order before leaving because they always forget something or give you the wrong item. The food that you do get is somehow not as good as other Taco Bell's, it's always soggy and they put all the condiments in one spot. I'd pick a different fast food place if you have the option. read more

Prices aren't the same as on the menu. Menu had a $5 classic meal deal but rang up as $6.18. Items in our meal deal were different than listed in the menu. No ice in the drink machine. Unbelievable slow. Drive thru took forever. Management clearly doesn't bother with staffing and/or training.

They are so slow and order is wrong. You are faster going to a sit down restaurant. I used to love this Taco Bell but after several visits where everything was bad, I won't go back. read more

I went to the Ukiah Taco Bell for lunch using the drive through. I thought the price was high but didn't want hold up the cars behind me. When I checked the recite, I saw I was charged 11.19 for the Toased Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe Box. The Lakeport store charges $7.49 for the same meal. On top of being over charged, the food looked like a new worker was in training. I've managed a Taco Bell before and I would never let food go out looking like the taco or the Chalupa. The burrito was okay and the soda was fine. I will NEVER go back to the Ukiah Taco Bell again. If I had checked to Yelp rating, I would not have gone there today. I feel totally ripped off. read more

If you place a door dash order, do not expect any sauce packets. Ever. Also no napkins, etc

They forgot my crunchy taco called it in and the person over the phone told me to come back any day and get my taco. Came by the next day told the "manager or shift lead" about my missing taco and he told me (in a really rude voice)that it was too busy and that he was not going to get it for me that I needed to call ahead. A crunchy taco, that I already paid for but did not get was too hard for him o get. So rude, long wait times, sometimes your food is hot. Sometimes its not. Make sure your food is in the bag before you drive away because the will not replace the item because they are too busy. read more

1 HR + WAIT at 10:30 PM - got food closer to midnight and we were stuck in the line of cars :(((((. We almost just drove back across the lawn making a break for it to get out but we were too hungry and kept thinking they'd get through customers faster. This location is hurting. Multiple signs saying hiring and hiring all shifts and positions. I hope they get some new people soon! They had a guy working both the window and the kitchen, and we had to wait an hour in line to get our food. It was a total disaster. Highly recommend avoiding this location if you see more than 6 cars. read more

Nice location near the freeway to get in and out of very quickly. The service was nice and the inside was also clean.

If I could give a 0 rating I would! Just went through the drive thru, 9/29/22 I ordered 2 burrito supremes and 6 taco supremes. Got to the window after about a 10 minute wait, paid got my receipt for the 2 burritos and there's only 2 taco's on the receipt. Told him and he said that I would have to drive around and go through the drive through again and order the 4 tacos that I did not get! Now there's 6 or 7 cars in line behind me. Absolutely ridiculous that he couldn't let me get the 4 tacos that I originally ordered without going around and ordering again! Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost!!!! read more

I went thru the drive through two nights ago. It has taken me two days to feel ready to write about our experience -- I was so angry when I left. My order was messed up so egregiously. They initially took the 5 item order incorrectly. I corrected them at the window (every thing was wrong?? I mean w t a f?! This is what you do for a living...do this oneeee thing welll. I was fine at this point, calm and polite. But they were rude to me!! For getting my order wrong I guess?? The gentleman who managed the situation, tall guy, tattoo on his arm, and his young female worker at the window were slow and inefficient. They put ice in our no ice drink, even that was too difficult for them. The whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE--it was like being punked. The most terrible service I've received living in Ukiah over 33 years. I am upset all over again. Being treated poorly feels really bad. -- I went on to have a nice evening, with the wrong food. read more

Eating lunch there today myself and another customer had to ask the girl sweeping the mats vigorously right towards us to please stop as stuff was going thru the air. The gentlemen first asked her when it was directed right at him. She replied, my bad. Went to the next mat directly towards me and started doing the same thing. I asked her if she could plz stop as stuff was flying while I was sitting there eating. She looked up at me and started to sweep again anyhow. At that point the gentlemen said again she means to stop. I know as I told her she is told to do that but there's a time for it and that was definitely not the time. read more

I am so mad because I walk in to this fine looking establishment and I order my food and drink, I go over to the soda machine and try to grab some ice. Then reality struck, the darn machine didn't have any ice. I was stuck with a warm drink with my warm food in the 115 degree weather. Me: Can I get 16 supreme tacos, 8 chicken burritos, 6 supreme burritos, and 4 veggi burritos? Voice over Speaker: (different voice, not directly into microphone), "that dude must be way stoned..." First voice, "Um, do you want hot sauce with that? Please pull up to the window. Thank you." Only in Ukiah. read more
