I had a burrito supreme and an ice tea. A few hours later I had excessive gas.I then grew up and did not feel better until it was all out of me. I called the Manager and all she said was that they prepare things according to company standards. Never did she ask my name or how she could make it right. Very poor response read more

Ewwwww. Taking my last bite of chalupa or whatever the hell this thing is and see a short dark hair stuck to the sauce on the wrapper. Thanks for that little extra boys! read more

I think this is one of Taco Bell's newer designed locations. I was a bit surprised on how modern it looked inside and their lounge chairs, which I found interesting. I came here for a quick bite, service was quick but that's probably because our food was probably prepped earlier and then just assembled real quick as ordered. I came with my boyfriend and we both got a double chalupa and an apple empanada. Our chalupa was okay.. the shell was not crispy and so it slowly started to fall apart when we were eating it and it was warm. Our empanada, one was room temperature and the other was hot. So only one was made fresh and the other was sitting out for awhile. I get that they're probably pre-cooked and sitting under the light, but when you give a customer two different temperature food, it just makes us know that they aren't fresh and have been sitting out for awhile. I know food at taco bell isn't completely fresh but that doesn't mean we should get one that's been sitting out and then one made.. read more

I came across this place through Yelp - I wanted Taco Bell and this location was easy to go to while I was driving from So Cal to Nor Cal. It was easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location. There is ample amount of parking space available since it has a private parking lot. I went straight to drive thru - it was a pretty long line. The girl that helped me with the order and payment didn't really look like she wanted to be there, there was no excitement in her voice neither did she make an eye contact or smiled at me when she gave me my food. I had to ask twice to repeat my order because on the screen I saw that she didn't sub beans instead of beef despite my clear instructions and at the end in the bag I noticed that she only gave 2 sauce packets. Again I had to ask for more packets. read more

At least in my order was hoping to find some meat in the tacos......didn't receive very much........DelTaco all the way from now on!,,,,

While they completed my order the staff was rude. Apparently the lobbe closes at 8pm and it was my fault that I did not know this... stay away from thus place. I have overlooked minor inaccurate orders before due to the pandemic. I will NOW avoid this place and tell everyone the same. I can accept mistakes but not bad customer service. read more

This is by far the best taco bell in Irvine. I have been coming here since I moved to Irvine almost a decade ago. The cleanest one, the staff is always friendly, drive-thru can get busy during rush hour but they do they're best to crank those orders out fast. Love this place read more

They just gave me 1 mild sauce for 2 cheesy been burrito and 2 7 layer!!???? They SUCK Cheapness on its best??!!??!! read more

I've been coming to this location for numerous years, but something has changed recently as far as their food is concerned. Their simple crunchy beef tacos no longer taste good and the rest of the items such as burritos are not flavorful anymore. They were all so salty and tasteless. I won't be eating Taco Bell for a while...sadly. Hope you guys change for the better. read more

This is the closest location to my house when I get a craving for Taco Bell. I mean, I know it's easy to make nachos at home, but why make the effort when I can hop in my car, go through the drive thru and have them in three minutes or less? Super service from the cashier at the first window to the server at the second window who made sure to ask if I wanted hot sauce and a spork. This location now supports the Taco Bell app! Ahh, you mean I get my order even faster? That's nuts!! read more

This location never opens on time! I work at 7am, so pulled I at 6:35 am, not a soul in site!

Stopped by today around 3pm and used the drive-thru. James I think it was (name on receipt) took my order was patient and had good attitude. I ordered there gordita crunch big box and a Reg. Pepsi. Pulled up to window, payed and within minutes my food was ready. Cashier still was polite and friendly. Thank You Taco Bell for the great customer service. Food wasn't that bad. I did like the Fiery gordita crunch taco. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Tustin, California

Encountered a very rude cashier this evening. If this she is not happy with her job, maybe she should look somewhere else. Guarantee there are many others who would be thankful for a job. She needs to remember she is in a customer service job and she should try to please the customer. Hopefully management sees this and she changes her attitude. read more

App is down for "maintenance" like cmon. That is where the deals are. You have to do something better Ryan that. We are all college students

Taco Bell Tustin 5 South @ Red Hill This just received the "Heritage" test redesign. Looks great! If a Taco Bell ever deserves five stars, I'll give it to this one! Wrought Iron lamps, nice tile and seating that includes a place one can't help but want to hang out and relax. read more

First time ordering breakfast here: CrunchWrap with sausage patty, iced coffee, and a couple of Cinnabon balls. Taste was excellent, with the usual mild-medium sauce added. Good texture. Could've been bigger but I'll try the breakfast scrambler for that next time. This newly designed Taco Bell is awesome, welcoming, and reminds me of a sometimes overrated coffee house. Knocked off one star only because the employees didn't care whether I was in there or not. Given the contemporary decor, I was expecting some semblance of welcoming customer service. I barely escaped getting sprayed on while they were cleaning the tables and floor; there was only one other customer there besides me ... they couldn't have done this earlier when or before they opened? Granted the dining area was spotless, as were the tables, but if I wanted some Windex, or whatever they use to clean, on my food, I'd eat at a hospital cafeteria. Other than that, impressed with this location. read more

As far as Taco Bell fare goes, this location's items are no different than any other and the speed is just as fast even though there were no other customers at the time. It's sort of hard to navigate all the streets in the area to get here, though. The air conditioner here is set on arctic ice blast. We were very cold. The staff was nice here. The food was tasty and there were no problems with it. read more

Their service is the best they're kind and politely ask you what you want it's the only taco bell I go to

The staff was rude gave me the wrong order and when I went back to complain and they said it was my order the tacos were made with nothing on the except ground beef and lettuce this is exactly why I go to DelTaco as bad as business is the staff should learn politeness because soon when you all get shut down again you will wish you had customers the other thing this is the USA so please speak English read more

Made a late night stop at this location with my wife and we were both pleased by their attention to detail in getting the order right and the two gentleman that was working last night managed to be prompt, very friendly. Not to mention, all our items were made perfectly. read more

Arrived on time, the driver was a nice guy, buy unfortunately the food was cold when we got it.

I don't usually write Taco Bell reviews haha but I had to for this one it's so good! It really annoys me that every time I go places the Taco Bell's close to the airport or freeways usually have 2 or maybe 3 stars so when I saw this one had 4 stars I was so glad. I didn't know how much of a difference there was between Taco Bell locations but I have to say if I was to compare the ones I've been to previously with this one, this one is the best. The place was clean and the staff were so friendly!! The staff are usually rude and uneducated but the people here were so friendly and even joked around with us when we got our food it was such a nice change from the usual experience I have at other Taco Bell locations. Good job Taco Bell nice improvement! read more

We drive all the way from irvine to this taco bell because it's the best. The staff is super friendly and always on point with the orders, But my favorite thing about this taco bell is the ice lol they have the best ice and their pepsi is soo good haha. Thank You Guys keep up the good work. read more

This location is clean, friendly, and quick. The food has always been good....never a soggy taco shell. Big hi five to Michael for the great customer service! The dude always has an upbeat and positive attitude! Give this guy a raise. read more

This is one of the better Taco Bells I have been to. The place is always neat and tidy, they always have their sauces fully stocked for you to grab, and they have never messed up my order (I hope I didn't just jinx myself!). Food always comes out hot and the taco shells are never broken unless its a Doritos taco, but those shells are super fragile. But even with those it's rare that they are cracked. If you are craving some Taco Bell, this is the one to go check out! read more

2 times in a row I received an inaccurate order. 1st time I was given the wrong $5 box. 2nd time they shorted me 2 tacos. I wrote to the manager both times and did not get a response. Not going back!!! read more

Usually this taco bell is good, except tonight! I was in the drive thru and was hurried to order (I was the only car). When I got to the window I was given my drinks and food right away. Guy forgot to give me my straws and I wasn't offered any hot sauce. I had to ask for everything, reminded me of McDonald's. Usually at other taco bells they ask if u want hot sauce not this one. Oh and I didn't get napkins either. Muy malo! read more

Normally I never step foot in this place(Boycotting it due to a slip and fall about a decade ago),but my brother was craving Taco Bell and I'm his "wallet".So we enter this establishment and the first thing I noticed was the odd people who eat there. You have some guy dressed like a girl,a loud Asian girl who will not shut up to save her life and a fat chick who is taking pictures of her twelve taco box and six sodas. So my brother orders some nachos and a couple "Doritos" tacos(I refuse to eat their "food") and he ended up throwing them up today/had gotten food poisoning from this location. During the meal the Asian girl starts yelling about her boyfriend and the chick with the camera throws away her twelve tacos in front of us and takes off.I mean I knew the food was bad,but to spend twenty dollars on the crap and then throw it away is just insane. No wonder why America gets such a bad rap across the globe since we literally are throwing away our money/food.I mean even if she is an art student why would you do that? Not to mention she drove off in a Lexus. Bad food, bad atmosphere(couldn't hear myself think while sitting in this dump) and their employees are a joke.I had a slip and fall accident here about ten years ago(still experience back spasms because the "help" left a puddle of mop water and didn't put out any caution signs) and the rude manager comes out and starts yelling at me in Spanish.Yelling "Policia" and "idiota" and I decided to leave since I was a kid and my track record with TPD isn't the best.Never frequent Taco Bell unless you want to throw up or get disrespected by some idiot who can't speak English.Weird place and weird people! Will M. the kids who ditch go to Del Taco since they have good food and a better atmosphere. Also they have been playing classical music for years. When I was a kid I came here just to enjoy the classical tunes.I'll admit this generation of post Y2K babies have no musical sense, but 80s babies know good music and this place does have good music...that is if you can hear it over said retarded Y2K babies(Millenniuels?I think they are called) ... read more

This is an alright Taco Bell location... really, its strength is its location right off the 5 at Red Hill, which means easy access to butt-blowing cuisine that happens to taste good under certain circumstances. read more

Thank you for best service for beautiful smile! you have a very pleasure and professional cashier the name is CHALSEY:)))

It's Taco Bell - always there for you when you need it late at night. Never go wrong with a Chalupa or a Crunchwrap Supreme. Yes, it's not legit mexican food nor is it high quality - but man it's tasty after you've imbibed a few drinks! Drive-thru line can get a long long - FYI. read more

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They were OUT of ground beef and soda, so I ordered something else. 20 minutes later I get to the window, and they read my order back to me THEN, which is completely wrong. I was so pissed I just drove away. read more

We went to Taco Bell for lunch. A new girl was the cashier with one lady coaching her and anothe looking over her shoulder. I asked if the Macho Combo burrito was the largest, lady number 2 said yes. I said I wanted that as a combo. She asked me if I wanted to large size/ super size the friends and soda I said not. When I got the order I only got the plan combo burrito. At first I noticed there were not fries (fries come with the combo mean), a man (appeared to be the manager) said I was wrong the "combo" was the type of burrito not the combo meal. I shuffled off, then realized that the burrito was not the Macho Combo burrito again we complained again he told us we were wrong. As best I can tell their policy is "the customer is always wrong". We won't go back there. read more
