Drove here and ordered two crunch wraps and two nacho fries. The fries were tasty as expected. Came home and there was only one Crunchwrap. Asked for ez sour cream and ez cheese. Didn't know that they would t put any cheese, no sour cream, and no meat. Worst experience ever. read more

Taco Bell - Crunch Crunchwrap Supreme. Don't ask for easy anything or they will take it off completely. They even took out the meat smh - Fast Food Near Me - Tustin, California

One of the employees encouraged me to try the fries with cheese and honestly I am always going back for it now! Appreciate that guy!

I went to order no body said anything on the intercoms so I pulled up to the window they told me that they are closed till 9:30am I don't know the shady operations that are taking place here but they lost a customer for this location. I wish I never bought gift cards. read more

I live close, within a mile. Every time I come here, my regular tacos are not as crunchy as they should be... usually stale, yet Taco Bell tacos, which I love. Heard the Mexican Pizzas were back on the menu, so it's family dinner time ! My daughter's favorite ! Pricing is deceiving... they show $4.99 each, we ordered 2, and the price shows $8.98, then as we go to pay, the price displays $9.98 and $.77 tax, with a total of 10.75 ! Where does this math come from ? Some Bull Sh!t going on here ! Dining room tables were dirty too, I had to bus my own table and that upset the wife. read more

pretty clean interior, and the workers were really sweet. however, it seems like they didn't make my online order until i got there, which was past the time the app told me it would be ready (10 mins over). luckily it didn't take them too long to make it, but it would have still been nice to have my order ready for pick up at the time it stated! the lady was super sweet about it though. read more

Ordered food at 8:25pm 1/03 Sunday through the Taco Bell App. Got there at 8:30pm only to find a car blocking the drive thru. I tried knocking and nobody answered. I called and a robot responded with "please enter the remote access code". Crazy considering online hours say open until 12AM, and the app processed my transaction and has yet to refund me. As I write this, an employee is cleaning the door and refusing to answer me. read more

I stopped at the Taco Bell on 14042 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. I ordered The Breakfast Wrap Combo; with fries and, a diet soda. The wrap; scrambled eggs, bacon, yellow cheese and, a hash brown that was inside of the wrap. That was a delightful breakfast wrap, with the flower tortilla that was nicely toasted, soo good! The fries had light salt & crispy, with a good taste. I drank a diet soda with the meal. The place was nice and clean. The cashier was super friendly. I left to buy more things that I needed for our home. Robert H. read more

I came in on a Saturday morning around 10:00 am and ordered 2 crunch wraps and waited 20 min for my order. It wasn't very busy, there were only 3 customers in the restaurant and 3 in the drive through and at least 4 or 5 people working. When I checked on the status of my order they hadn't started working on it yet and when I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer, they told me that in order for me to get my money back I would need to call my bank and dispute the charge. Super frustrating. Would not recommend this location. read more

Out of Mexican pizza. It just came back but you need to have it in stock. Simple ingredients and you knew the demand.

We all know we go to Taco Bell because we have a craving for it. It's not supposed to be fine dining. But man it's delicious. I tell everyone that the location on Redhill has the best customer service at the drive thru. The ambiance is lacking . I haven't seen myself. But my brother goes inside. He says he won't go back because it's dirty. I hope they fix that problem. Because I enjoy this location. But if they're filthy I do have pause to think k about not returning read more

Lately y'all been slacking :( normally the service and food is always fast and delicious. If I could leave no stars I would!! I went through the drive through and ordered a few items, but specifically a regular quesadilla. After I placed the order I specifically stated, "a regular quesadilla with no meat." I was asked if my order was correct and I stated yes it was, but "please make sure there is no meat in the quesadilla. The person acknowledged my request a second time. Well, I get home and my wife takes the first bite of the quesadilla and guess what...yeah....there's freaking meat in it!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! read more

Not only do I feel rushed every time I order from here but they always forget to add something from my order. Been going here for a while now. It's always been open when I come thru anywhere from 11pm-2am. This past week I've been coming around midnight - 1am. I'd drive by and see employees clearly inside, staff cars in the lot, but when I'd go thru the drive thru, the menu would be off and NO ONE would be at the window or even walk by.... Upsetting to say the least. Change your operating hours online or at least address your customers at the window and say why you're not open... read more

Taco Bell is one of my biggest guilty pleasures and this is favorite location. Let's be serious for a second, Taco Bell is pretty terrible "mexican" food, but I love it. I know that it's bad for me. I know that it's not authentic at all. I know that it'll probably give me diabetes and high blood pressure. With all that said, I love it. My go to item is a chicken quesadilla and a taco. So ridiculously tasty, especially for a late night meal. This location is pretty cool because they get special and new items. I guess they're a test location for new promo food. read more

Taco Bell - Drive-thru menu. I know it like the back of my hand. - Fast Food Near Me - Tustin, California

I rarely review fast food places, but this one is different. The Redhill Taco Bell is a teen kid's music hell in the morning (Haven'tbeen here at night)! And I love it. This is your typical Taco Bell with the same old salty and fried food and same old complaints about wrong orders, wrong change, etc. that you would experience at many fast food haunts. But, listen closely...they pipe in Classical music as a tactical weapon and it works. This is on the way to and from Tustin High School for several hunded kids. This used to be truant hang out. Kids with no money and no place to go would take up seats supposedly for paying customers. Then, they dumped the hip hop and rock, and put on Bach to Rachmaninoff. Now kids can be seen running away, and/or killing their eardrums with headsets so they can't hear the fugues, etudes, and other cultured music. People who don't like the music still stay long enough to eat, even kids. But only those with appreciation of culture actually hapily eat their cheap, unhealthy but fun junk food at a leisurely pace. Since most of Taco Bell's ingredients arrives pre made, there's no needto talk about how their food tastes compared to other Taco Bells. Parking is ample, but it's busy as neck during lunch and dinner. But its best asset is the proximity to the 5 Freeway on ramp. And if you like culture (and I don't mean yogurt bacteria) you migh like it here. read more

Came here after a night out. My friend and I had been talking about the cheese and I had a craving that needed to be satisfied. Ordered the crunch wrap supreme with extra cheese. Just got home and noticed they gave me nacho cheese but without no chips? Well that sucks big time. How do they mess up my order that bad? I ordered chips with nacho cheese but you guys forgot the other half. So if the district manager or manager is reading this you guys charged me for this item and didn't give me my entire item. I would like a refund back to me immediately or a gift card for ruining my meal bc I was looking forward to everything I ordered there. And for me to waste my gas to come back one way another to get my refund. My order was around 12:20am and it was a Doritos locos taco combo w/Baja fresh drink, bean and cheese burrito w/no onions, chips& nacho cheese, and a dozen cinnamon donut holes. Hopefully someone will reply back to make my negative experience a positive one but I'll just be sitting back and waiting for a response from management. Thanks.... read more

Horrible service! The drive thru was taking forever for a single car to move. Line literally backed into to the street from 2 directions. I called the store because I was stuck and the girl said they were working on a single mobile order and hung up on me! They cant handle more than one order at a time??? Avoid this location at all costs! They literally only hire incompetent people I guess who can't multitask and are rude to customers! I'd give zero stars but Yelp wont allow it. Stay away! read more

This is one of Taco Bell's newly designed stores. The interior is warm and inviting. It's almost like a Starbucks. It looks nothing like a typical Taco Bell. By far one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been too. Open late which is nice because I work as a sound and lighting technician for a few club and bars venues. Kuhlea (night manager) is one of the cutest/sweetest employees that works there. She Always greets with a smile and always gets my order right(I'm a little complicated with ad ons and modifications). I come through at about 3 am so having someone take my order with her positive energy and politeness is surprising and refreshing. She definitely deserves a serious raise if she hasn't already received one. Thank you for being my favorite Taco Bell and for hiring such wonderful staff members -Robin read more

If its your first time ordering here let me give you a beginners guide. Theres only one step in this guide. What you have to do is get in your car, and get on the 5 freeway and drive as far away from here as possible. Last time i got this sick was when i had my dads foot in my mouth. Unacceptable. The only way i would ever consider coming back here is if i reincarnated into a giant scary lion. I would sit at the front door and scare everyone away from the worst dining experience on earth. read more

Still pretty time-consuming. It is about 10:00. I've been waiting in line for the drive-thru for about 32 minutes. I barely reach the drive-thru window to pay. No apologies no sorrys. I receive my order only to find that it was incomplete.
