This cashier is really really nice! Every time my boyfriend or I go there she is so sweet. Always has a very positive attitude!

Strawberry Milk Truffle Balls.
Cindy Z.

I drove out specifically to this Taco Bell as it is the chosen one to offer the limited time Strawberry Milk Truffles. I love when Taco Bell does collabs with other amazing companies, this time being the infamous dessert spot: Milk Bar. The truffles aren't on the menu, but luckily they did offer them for two pieces at $2.99. The truffles are good. I'm not a big fan of desserts, so it was a bit too sweet for me like most Milk desserts. If you let the balls sit out for a bit, the fudgey corn filling gets more soft, which I enjoyed more. Another awesome collab for Taco Bell. Their R&D team is killing it! Get it before it's too late.

August 2022 - Currently there is a Milk Bar Collab going on. So yum!
Elle K.

Only came here for the limited time only Milk Bar Collab test going on. So yum! 5 stars for that!!!!! The young lady (early 20s and tatted up) at the register today (noon) provided unfavorable customer service. I know it's TB but still there's got to be some kind of standard. No eye contact, lackadaisical, unhelpful, didn't know answers to basic questions, shortchanged me to boot. She didn't give me the right change, but I didn't feel my time to quibble about coins so I let it go. TB Corporate, please stick with your Irvine location for your tests.

Came through the drive-thru at 2am for two DoorDash pickups and got 'help' from a large rude man who clearly hates his job. I had already checked in through the AI, but when I tried to confirm a second order at the window because the order had a difficult name, the bigger guy in a dark grey shirt (my first interaction with him) had a fit and said I "needed to check in at the window and shit," then refused to give me the food and told me to drive back around. I wasn't going to do that just because he wanted a power trip. He walked off to the back assuming I'd leave. The only reason I got the order was because another car pulled up and the other worker (pictured) finally handed me the food but only because the bigger one told him to. He wasn't much better either. When we tried talking to him, he ignored us and went back to talking on the headset (but couldn't jump on the mic to help us at the speaker?) , just playing follow the leader. Clearly, they could've given me the order the first time. And after checking reviews, I saw I'm not the only one this same guy already has other bad reviews about his attitude. Honestly if working at Taco Bell is too stressful, Chevron/ExtraMile is right across the street. Way less to do there, way less people to deal with! seems like a perfect fit for employees who can't handle basic customer service without having a tantrum.

The case of the missing Chalupa Supreme!!
Dennis H.

What's with me and the missing Chalupa Supreme!!! You guys got everything right and left out the Chalupa. I swear I am curse. This happened to me at the Tustin market place location too!!! Anyways if you want to make it right and give me my Chalupa Supreme let me know. The gal at the window was nice and gave me a free taco coupon. Nice service saved you from 1 star. Still love you guys at Taco Bell.

Grab the Taco Bell x Milk collab until August 16th!

Out of Mexican pizza. It just came back but you need to have it in stock. Simple ingredients and you knew the demand.

I do prefer fuller pieces, but the flavor and so much meat I was absolutely impressed. Everything tasted fresh. The shrimp was crunchy. Perfect amount of rice and beans. A ton of salsa was given as well. Fish taco was very good and again ample amount of meat. Two tortillas to hold that shark together! BRC burrito was lived by the vegetarian in the household. Great flavor and very authentic tasting was her comment. Now the street tacos flavor was good. But the chop meat was so fine I felt like a baby being fed steak. Bigger bites people! Having said that the flavor was still good. And wrap them so they don't fall apart in the packaging. Overall five stars! Super friendly service. Proving is fair for what I'm getting. I'd pay 15.00 for that surf/turf burrito. Well done Chico tacos. Oh and they have a lovely stone sitting outdoor area to enjoy your meal. Or inside is great too. See you tomorrow! Gotta have that burrito!

Everything came out fast. The tacos were packed with meat and had flavor. One thing I appreciated was how the tortillas held together while eating and did not break apart. The super fries were delicious. I honestly couldn't stop picking at them and ended up finishing the whole thing. The cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, and cilantro crema all blended together well. The horchata paired well after having the tacos and fries. The customer service was good. The lady helping me was super nice and patient. I couldn't decide on a drink, and she let me sample everything before I picked the horchata which I really appreciated.

I'm going to start this review by saying we go here often and we love the food. Quality is great…read moreand flavor is there. The drive through can take a bit , but it's not fast food so that has never bothered me. My one gripe, and it's enough for me to knock 2 stars, is their stinginess with salsa. Only Mexican restaurant I've ever been where they are vehemently stingy with their salsa. Order chips and pay close to $5 after tax and you get a solid amount of chips, but they only allow you 2 salsa and half the time they barely fill the salsa containers (honestly sometimes like 1/4 full which is less than an ounce of salsa). Again, it's literally the only Mexican food restaurant I've ever been to that limits you on salsa and it's not even reasonable. And this last time I went finally sent me over the edge because they charged me extra for salsa because I wanted more and I finally agreed to just pay up only to get home and realize half the containers were less than half full. Honestly unacceptable. And on top of that I'm a frequent customer that will tip a few bucks every time even though I'm not dining in and I continuously get screwed on the salsa.

It is next to a gas station. It looks like a pretty popular place during the lunch hour. It's a smaller place inside, but they do have an outdoor patio. We were able to find a small table, not too far from the front counter. Ordering at the front was easy. The staff was friendly and quick. We could see the cook grilling up the meats as we placed our order. There were at least five different salsas to choose from as well as cucumbers and a chili oil at the self-serve salsa bar. I noticed a customer in front of us ordered a kids plate which included two street tacos and rice and beans. That's what I ended up ordering with Carne Asada and chorizo. There were four or five proteins to choose from for the kids plate. I loved the grilled meats with the char flavor. It was delicious! Everything was well seasoned. I wish I would've ordered a third or maybe even a fourth taco because it was that good! I will definitely come back many times and it's going to be on our lunch rotation for sure.

Taco Gutierrez you have my whole heart!…read more After having moved to Santa Ana last year this has become my go-to spot for tacos close by. It's hard to find a good Taco Tuesday but they do a great job helping the community and keeping the prices $1.50 for basic meats like pollo, asada, and al pastor. I personally love my lengua and this truck has some of the best I've tried! It is a bit pricier but definitely worth it given the taste/quality. A couple things about the condiments--green sauce is spicier than you think, red one is more of a salsa and not that hot. Radishes are unfortunately not very crunchy/juicy at this location so I don't get it as often as I would at other taco spots. If you're ever in a rush, they do phone orders AND DoorDash. I've done all the methods and quality stays up there each time! However, if you do wanna enjoy your tacos right after they're prepared, you can always sit at their tables next to the truck. They have quite a bit of dining space and I've never seen it too crowded to the point of having difficulty finding a spot to sit. In terms of finding the truck, you just need to turn into S Hathaway St. Very close to the train tracks. I park in any free space they have there, since the businesses are usually closed after 5pm (which is when the truck opens).

I was disappointed, my mom paid so I had to pretend like it and eat it. I think the meat sits out all day and just gets reheated. The meat was old and tasted raw. The kind of taste when you bite into an undercooked burger and you get that smell of rotten flesh? Wasn't pleasant . The toppings were ok.. they have a salad bar but I don't think they tend to it for hours. Taste was bland , I asked my mom's how was her plate? The enchilada , she said it was so so. Hole Mole! How have I never been here?!…read more I think Rubio's is a little better, but they are much more expensive than Hole Mole... so the next time I have a craving for a taco or burrito, I'll go here instead. A few of my friends have been telling me about them for years. We placed our order online for pick up. Unfortunately, their tablet wasn't working properly. The manager came out and wrote our order down so we did have to wait about 10 minutes... but they did their best and we appreciated the excellent service. We ordered a BRISKET BOWL $10.29, al pastor taco $2.29, Ensenada fish taco $2.89, asada taco $2.50, FISH BURRITO $11.80 + 1.50 extra for guac ~$13.50, and French fries $3. We were stuffed and our meal was only $35! The brisket bowl was surprisingly good- 4.5 stars. It was nice and smoky, and came with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. We got the flour, but once I unwrapped it from the foil, it was quite dry. The al pastor taco was okay, but very dry- 2.5 stars. The asada taco was not bad- a little dry but flavorful- 3.5 stars. The fish taco was good but not crispy. I would get it again for Taco Tuesday, but Rubio's is much better. The best item was the FISH BURRITO- 5 stars. The fish was tender and the filling was seasoned perfectly, and the added guac gave it soo much FLAVOR! I've got to try their other burritos. We also got French fries and they were pretty good- 4 stars. Huge portion- probable enough for 3-4 people! We were so hungry I forgot to take a picture lol. Would get again. Looking forward to their WAVE WED: Baja fish tacos $2 Baja shrimp tacos $2.50 Shrimp ceviche $8 They also have POZOLE on the weekends.
