Horrible experience. My friends and I ordered 3 separate items, and were told they were out of all of them. One of us ordered nacho fries, and then we were told they were out. They offered fiesta potatoes in place of the nacho fries, but then came back and told us they can't do that and only offered chips and cheese and not even a refund. We also all ordered Baja blasts and were told they were out. They offered 2/3 of us a refund for the drinks. Picked up food from the drive through. The Crunchwrap had almost nothing on it except lettuce. NO MEAT. Very little cheese sauce despite having paid extra for extra cheese. Like maybe 3 chunks of tomato? And again, no meat. Loads of lettuce. So I called and spoke with the manager. It was like pulling teeth to get him to say anything but "uh-huh." He said mistakes happen, as if I should be fine with paying for an inedible meal. I finally got him to say I could get a refund or replacement if I come in, but that takes time and effort on my part. An apology would have gone a long way. These people clearly do not care about doing a good job. I know fast food jobs suck and don't pay well, but if you accept the job, then you should do the job. Before they did renovations the food was always good but after they reopened the food was bad. Crispy shells are stale, chips are stale, crunchy tacos are cold, cheesy Gordita crunch had a weird smell to the soft she'll around it and non of the cheese was melted or warm. Firstly, it IS fast food and it is not total Mexican food but rather Amerimex. For what you get, it is good yet I admit I am not crazy about some of the new menu goodies. I've noticed that lately most of their food entries are all with the nacho cheese like the volcano taco, the cheesy double beef burrito. I stay away from those. For this review, I am grading it based on what it is which is Amerimex fast food. Personally I mostly eat the burritos. I loved their chipotle grilled stuft burrito with steak or chicken so I was bummed it is no longer on their menu. I usually eat their grub after a hangover having a bean burrito w/ rice and green sauce. Sometimes I would have a chicken quesadilla (which does taste better than some other places that charge hella more (hint, hint). I enjoy their taco supremes too at times or their nacho supreme if I feel indulgent. For a fast food Amerimex place, I dig it and I will probably eat it when I am old, lol. It is my guilty indulgence food I confess. The prices of this location are higher than the other Taco Bell's. Maybe it is a franchise for all I know and hence have to charge more. read more

I went to Taco Bell today for the first time in over a year. I was so excited because it's been so long and as a diabetic, i don't get to eat my favorite fast food as often. We are in the drive through ready to order. Taco supremes, sure no prob. Chalupa , no, quesalupa , nope, Tostada, we dont have it anymore , Mexican pizza, nope, no longer available, double decker, nope not available. Ok, how about a 7 layer burrito, no we don't sell that anymore. WHAT THE HELL!?!? The guy said they were trying to go vegetarian. That's crazy to me.when one goes to fast food, they aren't looking for the healthiest options, they aren't looking to give up meat( As a diabetic I know vegetarian isn't the healthiest option for all) . This was such a bummer, but I guess it makes it easy to now give up Taco Bell. They didn't even have mild sauce available. I'm upset that Taco belle now only caters to vegetarians. The employees were nice, it's not their fault, but I won't be purchasing from them anymore. I was a long time customer and they have dropped too many items for me to want to stay.
