The night crew is terrible. Apparently it's really difficult to take someone's order in drive-thru at this location. They obviously weren't intent on listening to their customers while I was trying to pick up a meager combo deal, especially since you can hear people cackling wildly in the background like the hyenas from Lion King, including the person actually taking the order. I don't really mind having to repeat myself once or twice, but a fourth time and you still have problems actually taking the order right? Even still, I still got the Sour Cream that I asked them NOT to put on the burrito four times. I'm super patient. I've worked fast food before, and the drive thru window as well, I've been that guy. When I went through the drive thru on 6/18/2020, one of the employees was not wearing mask and working in the back with the food. He was staying out of sight of the drive thru so it was hard to see him. A lot of employees were wearing the masks below their noses. When I went to speak to the manager about a refund, she came to the door with her mask below her month and when I took her picture she slammed the door and threatened to call the police. Update: I went through the drive through again (why do I do this to myself?!). I ordered two soft tacos, one burrito and cinnamon twists. When I got home, there was literally two twists on top of the other stuff. No packaging, the rest weren't hidden under. No, they dropped two twists in my bag and called it good. What an effin' joke. Despite the 50/50 chance a visit to Taco Bell could end with a night on the toilet, I swing by on my way home from work every so often because it's easy, cheap and on the way and I don't feel like cooking. But for the love of all that is holy, please train your employees on how to fold a burrito. I work with kids that can do a better job. Also, please close/fold the soft tacos so when you inevitably put them in my bag upside down, it doesn't make my bag into some sort of 'other brand' taco bowl. Amd please pay attention to what I ordered. My two chicken soft tacos with 'regular chicken, no shredded' (that the lady at the window heard and up-charged me for) were still shredded chicken. I go to Taco Bell pretty frequently, however this particular location is by far the worst Taco Bell I have visited. I went through the drive through tonight and after I drove away I discovered that over half of my order was missing. So I had to immediately turn around and drive back. When I returned and explained my issue with the staff they acted as if I was inconveniencing them and they never even apologized for their mistake. Then after they FINALY finished my order my Crunchwrap was a complete mess and wasn't even recognizable. And the order was still completely wrong. I will NEVER go back to that location. read more

Did a preorder of two taco party packs. They were not ready when I arrived at the designated time for pick up, but I was told they were being worked on. 20 minutes later I asked for an update and was told they would start making them. I asked them to cancel the order and said they should not have initially told me they were making them. I didn't have time to discuss further as I was now going to be late for the party I was hosting. I later filed a complaint with the corporate office. This location has consistently had about a 75% failure rate for me. They consistently mess up my orders, forgetting items, giving me someone else's order, serving hot soda. They are always very willing to make it up to me if I return to the store for them to remake it, which I appreciate. But I live 20 minutes or so away it's always more trouble than it's worth. Check your order thoroughly before you go every time you stop here. read more

This is probably the slowest drive through fast food place I have ever experienced. They are located at one of the busiest intersections and yet, it seems like they are either understaffed or low on inventory. Recently, maybe a month and a half ago, they ran out of beef so the only option is chicken which they charged every item that you order a dollar extra. I thought that was quite unreasonable given that it was their own internal mistake. Also, they are always closed out of no reason. Like today, we ordered online and when we arrived, it says closed when we got there. I wonder why the online ordering doesn't give you a heads up? Now we need to send Taco Bell an email to cancel our order, drive to a different location and reorder our order. If I wasn't pregnant and craving Taco Bell, I would have just go somewhere else. Do not go here if you want your order made correctly. I came through the drive-thru twice in the last week because I was craving Taco Bell. Both visits I ordered the Cravings Deal with no tomato (I can't eat seeds due to health restrictions) and no beans (personal preference). Both visits they got the burrito made incorrectly. As I was home by the time I checked my meal, I did not feel up to going back. It's disappointing when a customer explains the fact as to why they can't have something and it is still made incorrectly. If that was not enough, the customer service itself was lacking. I get it is a drive-thru, but there should still be a "Hello" or some kind of acknowledgment instead of just turning, saying "It's $8.67" and staring in annoyance while I pull out my money. Parked my car at the parking lot, And find out lobby is closed but drive-through is open at 8 o'clock in the morning. This is my Local Taco Hell at the moment. And like many of you sometimes I just crave a "run for the border". Usually I can satisfy these cravings with yummy Taco Del Mar, or one of the non chain joints, but sometimes you just gotta do it. The first time I ever went to this place the person that was taking my order was very hard to communicate with. To say that she had broken English would be an understatement. Once I finally got my order out, she repeated it per my request. I literally caught about 10% of what she said. When I got my order, I was surprised that they only made 3 or 4 mistakes. Oh well. FF to a few months later- This joint does not understand changing the order from whats on the menu. Let me say- I despise tomatoes on my food. Especially the ones that are all nasty like at fast food places. Even if they are placed on the item it ruins it for me. Still have never been able to get no tomatoes on anything from here. Possibly the worst fast food place I've ever been to. The parking lot is TINY. It was completely full when I arrived and there's nowhere else nearby to park. The dining room is very small. There are two entrances to the parking lot, and both lead to the drive thru, so you have cars coming from both directions trying to form a single line, and it's chaos. The food took forever, and they messed up my order and the orders of 3 other people while I there. read more

UPDATE (5/12/2007): This Taco Bell has changed so much I had to basically rewrite my review. (The old version is below.) The staff is no longer friendly. The food is... eh... okay. For some reason they seem unable to properly work the drive through speaker. And worst of all is the soda. Where as it tasted too sweet before, it is now so sweet it's vomit inducing. I mean, something is wrong with their soda machine, and my biology-loving wife says it's probably riddled with bacteria. Um... disgusting. Avoid if at all possible. I saw where you could customize orders, so we placed a $20.00+ food order on their app with this Taco bell. No lobby open so drove to the window and they are working on the coke machine and will not talk to me. After a long wait they finally fix the coke machine and someone comes to the window, and tells me they have my order. After another minute wait I get it and take it home. Apparently the order had got cold so they microwaved it, with the metal hot sauces in the bag. The food was soggy, they had the wrong sauce with the order and the paper was stuck to the food. My chulupa fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork. I deleted the app and we will skip taco bell for a long time after this. What a terrible place. read more

I've come to the conclusion that this place is only really bad during the day. They were understaffed during a lunch rush. Three people working during the lunch rush with the high school kids. They had 9 min drive thru times! One of the shift leaders (an older woman) was making good and taking orders in the drive thru and didn't change her gloves. It took me 5 minutes to get a bag.
