I know this is a Taco Bell, and fast food chains don't usually have the best reputation. But last time I went here, I gotta say, for ordering at the kiosk to dine-in, the in-person service was actually decent. After ordering at the kiosk, a real person actually called us up to let us know they were out of a sauce in one of our items and offered a different one instead as a substitute. Now it sucks that they were out of the one we ordered, and maybe it should be updated in their system at the kiosk if that's possible (or a paper sign?), but the fact that they offered a substitute before completing our order was good customer service. Also, I went up to the front to ask for the restroom code, and I didn't have to wait long before a person actually walked over to me to see what I needed. Oh and to top it off, another customer didn't hear their order (to be fair, the person who called out the name didn't say it very clearly or loudly, but the customer also had headphones on, so it was a lose-lose situation)... so it sat on the counter for awhile. When the customer finally came up to pick up their food, a worker said since the food had sat there for some time, let them know if it's too cold. Wow, very nice! Yes, customer service like this shouldn't be such an anomaly, but I've had pretty bad experiences with issues from ordering at a kiosk at other restaurants, and the service here was so much better. The place was pretty clean, food was good. read more

I genuinely think it has to be a joke at this point I don't think in my last three times going they have gotten my order right. Unseasoned cinnamon twists destroyed tacos and they either they don't think I'll notice or just don't actually care to give me the right drink. read more

We had a $15 gift card and ordered $18 worth of food and they would not let us use the card. They said we had to pay the difference in cash and then when we gave them cash they said they still can't do it. The manager on duty 4/11 at 4pm just kept telling the employee in the window that they cannot take our gift card even though in every other taco bell this would not be a problem. Just an unwillingness to do the smallest things to help. Go anywhere else! read more

I want to commend the hard working staff at this location. I used to DoorDash Taco Bell from time to time and never got a chance to use the in person kiosk. I appreciated being able to customize my options while dining in. The location is very clean and I appreciate this. This is one of the better Taco Bell that I have tried. Great job! read more

I quit going there because of the small portions for premium prices. Thought I would go to their new location near Costco East, Bellevue Wi. to try them again. I stood at the counter and two employees were too busy yapping to see me. I regret not walking out. It took me a while to figure out the Kiosk and that's when the greeted me. I purchased my favorite Nacho Bell Grande , 2- beef burrito's no beans, cinnamon twist all for $18. All beans and a total of 3 tablespoons of beef. TB should be ashamed of themselves. Adios, never again LarryV read more

Staff cannot get a single order right here. Every time I try this location they are missing items that I paid for.

awful service. door dash driver stole the order. then when a new driver tried to correct it the manager at this taco bell refused to re do the order and refused to refund me. read more

I'm pretty sure the employees here are competing with each other to see who can provide the worst customer service AND product. This place is an utter joke. I get working at Taco Bell sucks but it probably wouldn't suck so much if y'all gave a damn about giving people the right food or putting AN OUNCE of effort into making it edible. How are you gonna say "want any sauce?" and then hand me a bag with no sauce in it TEN SECONDS later. How are y'all gonna sell Crunchwrap supremes with no crunchy taco shell in it??? I don't even know how y'all pull that one off but it's happened multiple times. Forgotten items. Wrong items. Rude ass employees. LONG wait times in a line that's impossible to get out of. At least Taco Bell used to be shitty but cheap. Now it's shitty and expensive. Don't come here. They need to tear this place down and put in something else. read more

Three days ago I went to the Lake City Taco Bell ordering two boxed meals. The five layer beef burrito was nothing but nasty looking beans, the taco was weak at best, the chicken wrap was fair and the nachos cheese good although the chips crumbled. Then the Mango drink disgusting tasting like dirty water suck through cardboard. The dried fruit like Styrofoam that was added to cups. My husbands stomach has been hurting for three days and fortunately mine only two. I use to love this place and told my husband we should pickup some food he would like it I was wrong. Worst ever read more

as a girl who really loves Taco Bell, I was super disappointed to order my Taco Bell. Wait 30 minutes and receive my order just to see that it was wrong. Do you guys really not care? I really love my Taco Bell and I was super excited to get it. You guys broke my heart. i'm absolutely devastated and you deserve this one star review. in return you should give me 1 million tacos even better. maybe in those 1 million tacos make my order right. thanks! read more

Slowest customer service ever. They always mess up on your order. The food isn't always cooked. Bet it sucks working at Taco Bell. But give a damn if you got bills to pay so you don't get fired. read more

Finally Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell. I got (2) of them today and have been missing it for 2 years or so. I had to get it and there is a few different things about it. First it cost almost a $1.00 more, but to me it seems there were more either meat or beans in it. So that extra cost is worth it. Also it kinda tasted a little different, but it could be my imagination since haven't had it so long. This is one of the BEST food on the menu from Taco Bell to me !!! So good !!! read more

Is it a rule that, in order to work at this Taco Bell, you have to be extremely rude and consistently get orders wrong? I feel kinda bad writing a crappy review of a fast food place... but this Taco Bell is honestly so, so bad. Like, extraordinarily bad. They consistently mess up or forget at least one of my items, and the employees are always incredibly nasty. Like yeah, I get it. You work at Taco Bell. It's a shitty job. But I mean... I worked food service jobs for years (including fast food), and I somehow managed to not be a total dickhead to every customer I encountered. If I'm being polite to you, you should at least extend me the same basic courtesy. It's not that hard. So yeah. I wish this Taco Bell wasn't so convenient because goddamn it is awful. I avoid going here as much as possible, but sometimes I just need that burrito supreme and it's the only one on my way home. read more

Horible!! First they changed their drink station, so you now have a very limited choice. 2nd, I asked for 2 sides of ranch dressing and was given hot sauce instead. 3rd, the crisp beef burrito was not fully cooked. It was not crisp and the meat tasted raw. 4th, the soft taco had no dressing on it. I WILL NOT be back! read more

If I could give them a negative five stars, I would! When you pay 12 dollars for a meal, it should be at least halfway edible. Might at well stick to Chipotle or Panda express for the price. Make better food Taco Hell! read more

This place has definitely up'd their game in terms of their crew. Many orders have been made to perfection. Thank you!

Seriously?!? It was a late night and I was over hungry so d used to try some Taco Bell since it has been years. I guess things change. This was completely unacceptable experience. If I lived closer I would have taken it back and smeared on the inside windows. Oh wait! There is nothing to smear with! So after waiting 20 minutes for my huge order of 3 tacos this pick is what I received. Why did you go through such a big remodel to give such crappy service! Well I definitely won't go there again. Now I'm just hangry. I can't believe I even had to pay money for this!!! This feels like robbery at this point! OMG! My husband came back from walking the dogs and opened his food. This is a pic of his beans with no cheese at all on them and not even half full. Oh a bonus! They are cold. Not like they've cooled down - like they came from the refrigerator. So pissed that we threw our money away for nothing and still hungry! read more

This place is actually horrible. We tried to buy one of the deals that is mobile only and bought a gift card which wasn't working for at least 30 minutes. And even after the card finally worked, I am still waiting for my food and it's been an hour. This place is the worst fast food place I have been too and it made be download this app just to write a bad review read more

Honestly its Taco Bell so i understand we arent expecting the most amazing experience. I am writing because I feel like other complaints re:this TB arent necessarily fair because they lack context. The issue here is not the employees, its the management. So often I go here for a quick bite and they cant open the lobby because they don't have enough people in. It's a skeleton crew, which isnt a good idea for such a busy intersection, and the employees are massively overowrked (and underpaid). So if someone is sick or burned out, there isnt anyone to cover them. i have been in multiple times and there hasnt even been a manager on site. They really need to treat the employees better. read more

This place is never open when it's supposed to be. Always missing items that we ordered and paid for. Garbage place.

Kept me in the drive through line, trapped by other cars, for 30 minutes. No explanation for the waiting cars/customers. Came up to the window, asked what was going on, was told with shrugged shoulders 'busy' and given the total owed for my order. Avoid this place. read more

I've never seen a fast food place that moves so slowly and inefficiently. It's clear the employees aren't well trained or taken care of. The food I receive any time I'm here is sloppy and inconsistent. The staff is generally moody and even just pulling up to the drive thru it can take several minutes to get a greeting, which is almost always followed up by "I'll be with you on a minute." A large number of issues need addressed here. In no way does this Taco Bell deserve a second star. I'd like to see Taco Bell get this one right, since it's a brand I've always loved. Here's hoping. read more

Ok I get this Taco Bell a lot cus I work over here. personally out of all the tb's in Seattle this one is pretty decent also considering it's on aurora. I've never had a bad experience here with service or food until last week. I ordered a fiesta veggie burrito and a quesadilla. I open the bag it's two beef crunchwraps. My bad I didn't check before I left ig but I am vegetarian so that sucked. But besides that the food here is pretty good and I've never been inside but the people working the drive thru have always been exceptionally nice which is why I'm giving 4 stars. read more

Do not go here if you value your time. Based on other reviews, I wish I just went home. Sitting in drive thru for 30+ minutes with a handful of other cars, and they just kept coming piling up, so once you're in, you're in. There's no excuse for these beyond shitty drive times. I did a mobile order so I'm unfortunately extra stuck, otherwise I would've just left. A huge waste of everyone's time. Probably will contact corporate for a refund because this is beyond ridiculous. If I came back to this location for it, it would probably take over 30 minutes If your employees can't do the job, fire them. If it's not a good fit, it's not a good fit. They're costing you money. There's no reason for 6 cars to wait a half hour, and still not even be at the speaker. If I had to guess, everyone's probably stoned and doesn't give a crap. It almost seems like one person is working. Incredibly poor service. Not to mention half the menu isn't available to order at this location. I literally have a $6 order, I ordered one thing and some sauce. I've almost finished listening to this whole album while sitting here, still not even at the speaker. One car moves every 10-15 minutes. I get it's probably not considered a peak time, but if you're a 24 hour location you need to staff accordingly. read more

Do not go here. We have stopped at this location quite a bit and it's always awful. Orders are almost always incorrect, service is slow, and tonight specifically, there were three guys at the drive through fighting the entire time we waited for our order. Like, the manager getting in between two of them and telling one he can go home if he wants, lol. They gave us our order and we were missing two drinks, hot sauce, and a quesadilla. We got home and realized the other items were incorrect as well. Yikes, seriously? I know no one wants to work in fast food but damn, I'm embarrassed for you. read more

Every time I order from here they get something wrong with the order. Every. Time. They usually get the items correct but any modification requests are ignored. I'm going to echo the other 100 reviews that come to a 2 star average. Although the app, the quality of food and speed of service is acceptable to me, (for Taco Bell) they have shorted my order 2x out of 4! That is bad, but what is worse is that they survey afterwards, giving you an opportunity to tell them you were overcharged and did not get product you paid for....However, your complaint goes in to a black hole and there is no apology or offer to make it right. Where are my Cinnamon Twists? Why are my tacos plain when I paid an extra buck for Supreme? I hope the survey at least loops back to the order fulfillment team since it does not loop back to the customer. read more

Another big fail for fast food in lake city. Never can seem to give me the correct order.

Slowww. Literally the slowest TB I've ever been to. I waited 10 minutes before they told me they were OUT of SOFT TACOS...what. How does Taco Bell run out of soft tacos? It's like McDonald's running out of buns. POORLY ran. read more

I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. This is the WORST Taco Bell on earth. The worst. Every order is wrong. They advertise food they don't have. As far as the managers go, I'm not sure how they even put their shoes on. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have a really low bar for Taco Bell and this is well below that. They forget something/prepare it wrong every single time I order something. One star for being Taco Bell. One star for getting our orders right 50% of the time. Do yourself a favor and check your bags before you leave the drive-through window. I've had orders as small as 2 quesoritos and 2 dollar triple cheese burritos come back minus one burrito. read more

I feel like "open during business hours" is a bare minimum expectation for a major fast food chain, but somehow this location consistently fails to even meet that. Frequently closed in the middle of the day, but still taking mobile orders so I waste my time going to pick up food when no one is there. read more

Maybe the winds of change are blowing... Generally, I expect to be disappointed when I go to this Taco Bell. Notoriously, my order has been messed up, bathrooms were locked ("out of order"...?), not all sauces were stocked, etc. etc... mainly, my order would be consistently wrong. Well, we went there the other day, and par for the course, most of the order was missing. So, we drove around through the parking lot and my husband went inside to correct the order. Not only did the woman fix our order without complaint, she gave my husband a free drink for his troubles while he waited. Unfortunately, we aren't being given receipts due to COVID, so we don't know who to thank- but hopefully, they keep this woman around! read more

The night crew is terrible. Apparently it's really difficult to take someone's order in drive-thru at this location. They obviously weren't intent on listening to their customers while I was trying to pick up a meager combo deal, especially since you can hear people cackling wildly in the background like the hyenas from Lion King, including the person actually taking the order. I don't really mind having to repeat myself once or twice, but a fourth time and you still have problems actually taking the order right? Even still, I still got the Sour Cream that I asked them NOT to put on the burrito four times. I'm super patient. I've worked fast food before, and the drive thru window as well, I've been that guy. I know how it is, but seriously? How can you mess up something so small? I don't like being the dude that has to go write a bad review about precious T-Bell, but you compelled me to share how frustrating this was for me. Also, your burrito folds sucked a**. read more
