Just picked up 2 Mexican pizzas. Tonight's, however, were really disappointing. They both had a rather disgusting taste, like the oil used for frying the tortillas was old and needed to be replaced or the tortillas were old and stale or meat and/or cheese was bad. So I was just at Taco Bell ordered two bean burritos and a supreme burrito get to the counter. They give me one burrito that ain't even a quarter of a burrito smallest bean burrito I've ever gotten from Taco Bell went to ask about my missing one and why they're so small and they are looking at me like I was doing something wrong by asking, and kept avoiding the question of why the bean burrito is skimpy. Nearly doubled all their prices at the East Silver Springs & North 441 Ocala locations. One week it was more than double ($7 combo for $14.99). Service was always mediocre at best, food never ready in a timely manner, but did usually get the order correct. Cheap/good/fast...first 2 out of the 3 was fine. But not the new menu pricing. Cheaper to sit down & eat at an actual restaurant with much better food, which is what I'm doing rather than go back. GREEDY owner. The staff is friendly and the food was good but for some reason they can't get the sauces correct. When I ordered at the kiosk it asked me what sauces I wanted so I typed in a few hot and a few mild. Looked in the bag and I just got four random sauces. I don't think they even look at the screen. This is the reason I don't go through the drive thru. They want $15 dollars an hour and they don't care enough to get the sauces correct. read more

Manager Emily on silver springs boulevard is rude.. no customer service skills..29 minutes after arriving.. and after asking several employees about the 2 items in the order.. I attempt to ask about the food to Manager Emily.. With no kindness in her voice she told me they don't have one of the items.. it is protocol to COMMUNICATE with the customer.. its 1am and i just had taco bell doordashed to my house and all of my food was cold and soggy, and my coffee wasn't even filled up all the way i got like 3/4 of a coffee so i didn't even get the full coffee i paid extra for and i also paid for extra sauces and didn't get it so i called taco bell and told the manager everything and she said that the food was cooked to like 265 degrees or something like that so it's not cold and that she watched her employee make my coffee correctly so if a refund is what im looking for than i need to contact doordash so guess what i did i called doordash and got my $30 back, she was lowkey rude and had an attitude making me feel like im wrong but i watched my dasher on the app go from taco bell straight to my house, no pit stops, and i only live 8 minutes away so how does my food get cold, not even warm, cold in just 8 minutes? not to mention my order nearly took an hour to get to my house so they definitely made my food and just let it sit there and get cold a soggy. and when my dasher got to my house she was apologizing for taking so long and complaining about how they weren't even busy at all and i whole heartedly believe her because im a dasher too and i hate that taco bell cuz everytime im dashing and get an order there it always takes them 3 business days to make the food and hand it too me and no matter what they are always messing something up or getting something wrong or mixing up the orders or giving the doordash orders to random ppl to take without them showing proof that that's their order they need to pick up and everytime i go there they are never busy, maybe 4-5 cars AT MOST (i always go late at night) and it still takes them so long to get orders made, you would think all that time you're wasting, you'd atleast get the orders correct. read more

I literally never leave reviews but after having to throw away a portion of my meal the last 3 times I've visited, something has to give. I hate being that guy, but I personally don't like lettuce and no matter what I order there is always not one, two, three or 4 pieces of lettuce it's like I ordered lettuce. Cheesy bean and rice burrito literally has the ingredients in the name. I still manage to have a mouth full of lettuce. Beefy 5 layer burrito? How about Shredded Lettuce layer veggie wrap. My last order... a shredded CHICKEN burrito, which if you google how to make doesn't have lettuce in, I somehow managed to have to throw away both my burritos. Idk if y'all are trying to force a healthy diet on your customers by snuggling in lettuce like El Chapo. Or it's a very careless job of cross contamination but when customers have to throw away food repeatedly it's become a problem. There will probably be too much lettuce on your computer screen to read this but if there's some slim chance you do care about your customers opinion, or their orders, please be more careful about the lettuce everywhere. This is the one night where I didn't ask for a receipt because the guy at the window had lettuce stuck to his glove... Now that's the end of my rant at 1:21am. Anita was great and all staff at every Taco Bell should be trained as she has been. Her customer service was amazing, she was very polite. Taco Bell has a great set of options for vegans but we have struggled to get orders right at other locations, but boyfriend started to order and Anita knew exactly what he wanted with no mistakes, offered al fresco options. I came in one evening threw the drive through and was informed the card reader didn't work so I was like no problem I'll go inside an place an order.When I walked to the counter I placed an order for 3 Doritos locos tacos the cashier placed my order and when I received the food I had received only 1 Taco.So the cashier placed me another order for 3 more Doritos locos tacos and waited 45 MINS until I had to go up and say something about where my food was at. The shift person at night had to call back TWICE for my food to be made.While I was there the whole time in the back of the kitchen I heard a lot of LAUGHING AND GOOFING OFF!When I got my tacos they were 3 REGULAR TACOS when I payed for specialty's.No apology or anything,I'm a very reasonable patient person BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! read more

Wanna start by saying I love Taco Bell. That being said, this location seems to not give a rats @## about its clientele. Ordered 3 Gordita Crunches and specified NO LETTUCE. It said so on the screen and we double confirmed there AND at the window. I get home aaaaaaand lettuce on ALL of them and not just the normal sprinkle, I'm talking EXTRA lettuce, like MORE lettuce than meat on 2 of them. I call back to complain about the people preparing my food (because they OBVIOUSLY didn't read the order) and the "manager" (if thats who it was) didn't seem to care. Just "I'll replace it for you" like I have all the time in the world for that. How about you fix the problem and talk to the food preparers and assure me that the problem will be fixed instead of just smoke screening me with a replacement Gordita! Worst Taco Bell I have even been to! Got my order wrong to the drive thru so I went inside and ordered, guy who was making my crunch wrap was very slow and after he finally made it, he dropped it and had to remake it. Getting my order took about 10 minutes and it was just two people in the restaurant so they weren't busy at all. After all I left, got home and saw that my order was wrong again and my chalupa was completely dry and rock hard when I specifically asked for a fresh one twice!!. Like the place, they had good stuff, i always get the burrito supreme combo, i asked for no sour cream, they had no sour cream on my burrito, very nice but they did put sour cream on my taco, but you got to cut them some slack, on the machine where it says no sourcream, it only says it for the first item, not the second, plus they put barely any on because they assumed right but their boss probably followed the machine, and they were really nice and let me get a new taco no extra charge, very nice environment too, probably the best taco bell I ever went to. 10 stars read more

Went to TB E. Silver Springs Florida, bought a twelve pack of tocos, got home had 11, not the end of the world but person making the food should be able to count to 12.
