Buffalo Chicken Slider

I ordered 2 sliders , 2 wraps & mozzarella sticks. Highly disappointed about the size . I've never had anyone cut the tender in half for a slider before. The tender inside the wrap was hard and cold ! Food was not fresh. I will not be back at this location.

2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches

Thank you so much to Michael, Victor, and Brie! I've never had such excellent service! Our food was out in literal seconds, piping hot. 100/10!!!

It's common knowledge I would assume, the actual meat is nowhere near the amount you get that's on the pictures. Taste was ok on the traditional Greek Gyro , pita bread was a little doughy for me and the beef gyro didn't taste right. Store was clean, service was quick and friendly.

One my favorite quick stops in Ocala, it's always sparkling clean inside. Even the sauce pump area always looks like it has not even been used. Quick friendly service yet it's never that busy. Food is made fresh, I had the king Hawaiian this time it was fantastic. I love that sweet Hawaiian bun perfect pair for a roast beef sandwich. The only downside is sometimes the soda fountain is miss-calibrated. But if your a ice tea person it will be flawless.

The food was ready so quickly, and it was delicious. The restrooms were spotless! We'll definitely be back.

Planed to stop for a quick burger and saw several-- I passed some interesting shops with 4 or more…read morestars but tried Mooyah because I had a good burger from a MOOYAH in another state a few years ago. Here's how it went. I wanted to love my paleo burger .. but my burger was very dry. I had it lettuce wrapped which they were quite generous with- a ton of lettuce and two thin patties with blah blah blah , but it was dry and they put the mustard on the burger that I asked for on the side. Bacon was not flavorful.. Both types of French fries (sweet potato and regular) were good--just the right crisp on the outside and soft o the inside. (I always ask for extra crispy because I strongly abhor soggy fries. The other burger was a regular barbecue beef burger and the one patty was not a lot. It is hard to spend almost 40 bucks not including tip for two burgers and fries . When I do I want it to be delicious and not have to fill up on fries The place was clean... out of forks.. not very inviting or warm. So if you want to drop in an uninviting place to grab an expensive burger -dry and bland burger. This is your place. I'm a little grumpier than usual because raising the prices should not include lower standards . With top-- 15 percent because they hand you a cup and bring your burger out... and you bus your own table... it was over 40 with the tip. For two burgers and fries. Tired of overpaying for regular food.

When we walked in the door there were no customers but a couple of employees at the counter putting together orders. We walked up to the counter to browse the menu. We could tell there must have been some large orders come in as the employees seemed very busy working with their backs to us. Apparently so busy that they didn't think to say, "Hi", or "Welcome in!"- literally said nothing to us. I asked my wife loud enough for the workers to hear, "Are we ready to order? and she replied "Yes" for them loud enough to hear. Still, that wasn't enough to get the workers to stop what they were doing to help us with our orders, so we walked over to the self-serve kiosk to get our orders in. We considered dining in but weren't sure how long it would take, so we ordered as Take out to be on the safe side. I clicked the button for a printed receipt but couldn't figure out where it printed after I did that. We decided to go sit down. At this point we had been there about 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement from the employees working. I've worked in the service industry before (and continue to do so in a corporate environment), so I understand what a rush is like but I also understand that you're to make customers/clients feel welcome and heard- neither of which we felt at The (Not) Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. As we waited, other customers were coming in. Seemed like some regulars and others didn't seem to have as much trouble getting the employees to communicate with them. Another 10 mins or so go by and I started to notice about 4 different people receiving their orders who had come in after us, so I went to the counter to ask the status on ours. The female employee seemed irritated that my question pulled her away from what she was doing but she looked up our orders anyway. Said ours would be up in a few mins, so I said thanks and I let her know that I clicked "Print receipt" on the kiosk but wasn't sure where I was supposed to get it. She pointed to where it was supposed to come out but it wasn't there and shrugged. I said ok, and sat back down with my wife to wait for our food. At this point, I was irritated with the service and didn't want to dine in anymore. We got our food and left. I received a text to share my experience, and I shared what I'm writing here with the restaurant mgr or owner. I received a text back that they were sorry that my wife and I didn't feel welcomed or acknowledged during our visit. The mgr or owner mentioned it was disappointing that the kiosk and service didn't meet our expectations. They did say they appreciated the feedback, so they could improve and would love the chance to provide better care that we deserve in the future. Maybe I'm being too critical/out of line but if that was my business, I would offer a free lunch or something of value to try and make it right. I let them know that too. We go to restaurants for good food, good service, and good people. When someone has a bad experience, I'd be doing whatever I could to earn that business back. This is not a place we are planning on going back to.
