today 7/24 ordered a steak honey melt to go with everything on it. everything was on one side, and the other side was bare, disappointed, then boxes were just slung in the bag. something to be said check your order before leaving. this was the firehouse sub in silver springs. read more

I went to Firehouse Subs and honestly it wasn't the best experience. The inside was freezing cold, to the point where it was uncomfortable to sit and eat. The drink machine also made the drinks taste kind of weird and nasty, like something was off with it. I tried sitting outside instead, but the table had mold on it which was pretty gross. The place could definitely use better cleaning and maintenance. I like Firehouse Subs normally, but this visit was disappointing. read more

They made me wait 40 minutes just for a sub and did everyone else order that was coming in after me.

The young man who assisted me was exceptionally courteous, professional, and friendly. The cuisine was fresh and delectable. I ordered the meatball sub (Large). The restaurant is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The exterior is maintained to a high standard, and there are ample parking options. The staff are consistently friendly. I will certainly return and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. read more

My wife and i Burnell order the hook and ladder and split a large. With her being in a diet these days that go to favorite changed up this last visit. She wanted meatballs with no bread and i was free to order whatever i wanted. I chose the steak and cheese as it looked delicious in the menu picture. As we were running errands we ordered it to go. I typically hate ordering to go or using drive thru service because 6 out of 10 times something will get messed up or forgotten. But since firehouse has been pretty good in the past i didn't bother to check everything while there. We get to our next destination and park and dig in. My wife loved the meatballs, but when i showed her my sandwich and the severe lack of meat she just laughed. So o basically had a wee bit of steak and cheese sandwich. This looks nothing like the menu picture and I'm pretty disappointed in this half assed attempt at a sandwich. Before the pandemic firehouse was one of our staple go to places for lunch. But the service and quality of the sandwiches has not lived up to its reputation when they first opened years ago. Needless to say this may be our last firehouse sub for a long time. Publix deli on the other hand is the king of subs and they really know how to make and pack a sub! read more

I wanted to support this company since my husband was a volunteer fireman year ago. The sandwich was amazing but half the sale is customer service and the staff at this site needs to learn some common courtesy. When someone tell you hello, you acknowledge that person, when someone asks about their order you point out where it's at, when someone says have a good afternoon you acknowledge them. I have never in my 57years walked into an establishment and walked out with an order without any employee saying a single word to me. The company I work for buys the employee meals from local restaurants once a month. I'm sorry to say that since your employee's don't appreciate my purchase then they won't get a recommendation for a purchase from our company. read more

After placing our order (normal 4 sandwiches) we were told 25 min to make it. It was nearly impossible to understand the cashier who took our order. The restaurant was extremely cold. Everyone who was waiting was shivering & its SUMMER. Just not an enjoyable lunch. As a chain, Firehouse is usually perfect. read more

Came in at 1pm on Saturday. They were short staffed and busy. We were greeted as we're entered and advised before we ordered there would be a wait for our order. The food was hot and delicious and worth the wait. Staff very friendly read more

The subs here are the best - they're delicious, they make them attractive - totally fresh, the steamed meat is perfectly drained, they follow special instructions BUT they sometimes forget to help a senior citizen (who uses a cane btw) out to her car with a large awkward to-go order, so they lose one star for that. Be aware of your customers, millennials and younger! read more

We ordered four sandwiches, one steak and cheese with NO peppers (it had peppers), added a cookie and tea, neither of which was included. I would not recommend this location, clearly they do not do a quality check on the food going out OR they don't pay attention to the exact order. read more

With what I ordered the food was good not a long wait and people were friendly. I would recommend this place for someone's lunch or dinner meal. I had a medium sub with a pickle on the side I'm still a little hungry but I didn't get the meal. But the food was very good and the staff was nice. read more
