I ordered the Mexican pizza, nacho fries, and some other items but will only be reviewing the former for the moment. The Mexican pizza comes in a box its size . The presentation was nice. The taste was alright, except the refried beans was overwhelming. It was like a 3-1 beans to beef ratio, with practically no beef. This was disappointing, i definitely would have enjoyed more beef. Taco Bell in East Harlem, woohoo! I remember when this location first opened. Like every new fast food chain it went through growing pains. I'm glad it survived. I must admit I don't visit like I did in the past. I usually do more business near 86th Street. When I'm in the mood for Taco Bell there's two newer locations. It's my understanding the owner/ operator of this location also owns the small location just south of 86th Street on Lexington. His employees have said he is a good Manager. I've never met him. I frequent at quiet times of the day. I avoid long lines that way. Plus employees, if they're on the ball, have time to clean between peak times. I've never used the restroom so don't ask.... I'm posting some of my delicious photos. Some items are limited time only. I hope TB brings back the Crunchwrap Supreme! What the heck it's a Taco Bell. You're not eating real Mexican food when you come here. It's fast food to fill my drunk belly. I've hit this one a few times after some bar hopping excursions uptown. I was near this area around 9:30 pm​ on a Friday night. My plan was to pick up a granola bar from CVS for my long train ride back to Brooklyn. However, I saw there was a Taco Bell. A standard Taco Bell restaurant. There seems to not be as many Taco Bell around uptown so it was cool to see in the area. The store looks modern and not run down which is a plus. Food is pretty standard and what you'd expect. Staff and service is good enough. The fountain station is a mess and some of the drinks they offered were out, bummer. Probably recommend going to a local Mexican chain rather than support a corporation like this. read more

The posted hours say that they close at 11PM. This is not remotely true. They closed long before 11PM tonight (Thursday 1/28/21). The employee inside clearly saw me, and despite the time gestured that they were closed and he would not even approach to answer my queries about when they actually close. All these reviews saying the staff is bad are wrong - the staff is wonderful, kind, and patient. Service is quick and accurate. It's the customers honestly - as I was waiting to order, the woman in front of me was being incredibly difficult over something she "has been ordering since 2000something" but the cashier was so patient with her and really tried to help her figure it out! I'm amazed at the great customer service here. Clean store, great employees, cheap food. A+ guys. read more

Picture it. New Years Eve 2018. I am hungry. AND it's raining cats and dogs, possibly everything in Noah's Arc. Torrential rain, and wind. I look online to see what time my nearest Bell closes, and they say 10pm. I get to the Bell on 125th closest to 5th, at 8:30, and the doors are locked in my face LOL SO I make my way over to the Bell on 116th between 3rd and Lexington. "How much is a party pack of Taco Supremes?" i asked the middle eastern guy behind the counter. He looks at me if he doesn't wanna be there, and says "$20." Ain't no way. Ain't no fuckin' way. On the site it says the party pack is $14.99, for 6 supreme tacos, and 6 regular tacos. Then i notice that when you order, and set it to each individual Bells location, the price fluctuates. Well shit just got real. As i peel through the app, some Bells have the party pack I wanted for close to $25. BRUH! I abruptly leave. MInd you, I'm not mad. I know I could do better. I head to the location on 3rd Ave and 104th. Lights are down, curtains are closed. They are closed and ready to go. This is basically the Bell saying "Oh F U, go to Dominos." lmao. I didn't want none of that cardboard ass pizza. So i start mapping out a contingency plan. I said to myself "Damn, McDonalds always wins. They always fuckin' win." I'm mapping out what I'm gonna order from my local McDonalds. BUT Not before I run to this Bell on 97th and Lexington. So I walk down to this location, in this got damn rain, hoping and praying they'd be open. As I'm coming up the block I see a group of people walk in. Hallelujah! I REJOICE as I know I'm having my tacos as I planned. I had wanted Taco Bell with my Gallo moscato, and had been planning on it all damn month. They have naked chicken chulupa boxes for $5. BET. I copped two. Also have $1 chicken enchilada, and 3 cheese burritos too. BET. I asked the cashier for 2 burritos. One of each flavor. BUT, she wound up charging me and giving me 2 of EACH. FINE! I kept looking at my receipt debating if i was gonna correct it, but i left it be, for I never had the burritos in my life. They turned out to be the burritos I never knew I needed. The food was amazing, and I was full. I brought in 2019, with a stomach full of goodness from Taco Bell, and happy, because I am aggressive, greedy, and persistent. lmao read more

I was already skeptical that the neighborhood was having a Taco Bell open up. It didn't seen to fit when surrounded by ABV and Judy's but okay I decided to take a chance and try it. When I walked up the Taco Bell it was very modern and sleek looking. The décor translated to inside of TB and the place was very clean. Always a plus at a fast food joint. I had no idea what to order so I took my time scanning the menu. Boy is it me or is TB more expensive than before? Anyway, the female cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu. She answered my questions of what items were in what burritos and such. I finally decided on a bean and cheese burrito. I only got one thing because I wanted to see if the food was good before I indulged with more items on the menu. Boy was that a good idea! I got home (down the block), opened my burrito and noticed that it was not hot. I thought that it was just me being picky until I unwrapped my burrito to put in salsa verde and saw that the beans were room temperature at best and the shredded cheese was not melted at all. I ended up putting my burrito in my microwave for a minute to heat it up. Disappointed was I to say the least. The luke warm burrito killed my vibe and has convinced me not to really eat Taco Bell in the future. read more

First order... taco pizza with no meat... I say no meat please. Order comes in with meat. The cashier says, "oh thought you said no beans...." No problem, I give that order to a friend and make another order. Order 2... a cheese quesidilla, again because I say "I'm a vegetarian, I'm not able to eat meat." I've visited this Taco Bell a few times. The consistent issue I have is that either the cook or the cashier can never fully follow my order. I'm a vegetarian and although I clarify multiple times during my order that I want beans and not beef in my order - 3 out of 5 times they've done it wrong anyway. Worse off, upon trying to fix it - they'll get it wrong again! When they finally get the order right, the food is fine. This is my favorite Taco Bell. It's new, clean, and has a bathroom. It's a bit on the small side, but I always end up getting a seat. The service is absolutely fantastic: the staff is chill and the food is made quickly. The prices are the best in the city also, it's the only Bell I've been to that doesn't overcharge for their products, like the one on 125th or the one near Penn Station. I come here a lot, and the service and food has been consistent every time. If you need Taco Bell, look no further. read more
