I sat in their drive thru for nearly an hour. It looked like there was 3 workers and they were all high out of their minds. 3 crunch wrap supremes costs me 35 dollars, and my food didn't even have the crunch in the middle. When I asked for sauce the worker rolled her eyes and handed us a handful of sauce not in a bag or anything, in my hand. We did a delivery order last night 6/8/24. When it arrived half the order was missing. Upon calling the store, E. Main St Meriden, Ct. the manager on duty gave us a hard time saying that it was sent out correctly and she started blaming the driver and US, calling us liars! Incredibly rude! Haven't had Taco Bell in quite a while and had a reminder why not tonight. A dozen tacos in a party pack, a chalupa and 2 Mexican pizzas, nearly $50! Not only was the food ridiculously priced, it was awful. Last time I had a Mexican pizza, it had olive and scallions. No more. The chalupa used to be soft and chewy . Tonight it was stale, a drop of sour cream! I didn't pick up so I can't speak to the service or cleanliness. But if I HAD been the one to pick up , I would've left it there when I heard the price of a Taco Bell meal. Left it, and gone to a real restaurant for $50. read more

The Tacobell has recently been under new management and for the first time in a long time, I was in and out of the Driev-Thru in just a few minutes. This Taco Bell seems new, or at least newly renovated. The inside is a little more updated than most Taco Bell locations, which makes it a little cleaner looking and cheerier. The staff was friendly enough and the food was good. I've been to some Taco Bells where the food takes forever and is sloppy and sad when it comes out, but this wasn't one of them. Everything was fast and tidy. The five stars is compared to other Taco Bells, obviously this is fast food and that's what you're getting. read more

The food there is usually pretty good but after last nights experience, I will never go back again. They hired a bunch of new staff, and to be honest I was extremely alarmed by what I saw one of the staff members who appeared to be a skinny middle-aged, Hispanic man with greasy hair, was in the back cooking food, while taking hits of a disposable dab, pen and coughing all over the food, which is not only unsanitary, but very dangerous. One day after I had eaten there, I had severe diarrhea, which caused me to leave school as well as strep throat's soon after most likely caused by the horrible hygiene of these new employees Taco Bell needs to fire this man immediately and be much more selective with the hiring process read more

My husband and I stopped here to pick up a "quick" lunch on our way to run errands. It was not quick at all. I've got no delusions that when you're ordering from a drive thru that you're going to get a five star meal and impeccable service. I do expect to spend less than 15 minutes in said drive thru otherwise I would go to a real restaurant. We ordered three items and there were two cars in front of us. By the time we had gotten to the window for them to give us our food it had been at least 10 minutes and none of our food (or the one drink we ordered) was sitting at the window. Fine, they're backed up. No apology or acknowledgement about the wait. Fine, they didn't realize? They took our money, gave us our receipt, and we waited. There was a survey on the receipt so I logged on and took it, I finished it before we pulled away from the window. That's how slow it was. By the time we had been given our food, it was cold. It was probably sitting while we waited. Again, I'd like to say I'm not expecting the world from Taco Bell on East Main Street, but you're a FAST FOOD restaurant and it was anything but that. read more

This Taco Bell is located right into the exit, less than half a mile from the exit. Fairly easy to spot and convenient to drive by in. Menu options were up to date and similar to ones offered at most towns. Service was great and super quick. All the food came out correct and some extra favors were in too - extra ketchup sachets and a medium drink when small was ordered. All in all a pleasant, friendly experience for a quick food halt on a long drive. read more

I'm so sick of ordering something and it being just the opposite. Getting a quasarido is a burrito and a quasadilla. You'd think there is suppose to be more ingredients in it other then meat and rice, correct. Nope, they make paying almost 4 bucks for one a punch in the face. Very nice gentleman manning the drive through and we got our food pretty quickly. The order was also done right. Only reason for not receiving a five star was because their slushee machine wasn't on and it was like 2pm in the afternoon. My nephew wanted the Air Head slushee and the employee said it would be a while since they just turned it on. read more
