Hello. I am very sad to write this review because I love this particular Taco Bell and I love cinnabon delights. Right now I should be very happy, but I am actually very sad. I ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights and a 2 pack of Cinnabon delights (one bag for me and one bag for my sister). That is 14 total. Unfortunately, I was only given 12 Cinnabon delights. So the only thing I can think of is that they tried to bamboozle me by taking 2 out of the 12, making the 12 into a 10, and creating a 2 pack out of thin air. This is heartbreaking and truly evil. I will be returning ofc but next time I will count my Cinnabons before I depart the establishment. read more

Taco Bell is definitely one of those places for me that you don't crave it and you can go awhile without having it, but when you need it, you need it. This Taco Bell is just that. Nothing more or less, it's Taco Bell when you're in the mood for it. Location: This Taco Bell is locating down the street from Arbor Lakes near the exit/on ramp to highway 94. It's tucked away at the back of a cul-de-sac behind a gas station and a Burger King. It's easy to get into and leave from. I have never been in the store, I have only ever down drive thru here. Because of that I can't judge the inside, but only the extior drive thru process. Once you pull around into the parking lot you pull straight up to the drive thru window that looks like it hasn't been touched since this location opened. You order your food and then drive down a tight corner to the pull up window. Once you've paid and get your food you drive around another corner in front of the garage cans and then you make upur way back home. It's just your normal, average Taco Bell. It's not remolded to the new designs or has been touched up at all. You get what you expect by looking at it. Food and Employees: This is where the store gets the 2 star rating from me. More about the Employees rather than the food. If you have had Taco Bell food it is exactly what you think it is. This location is no different, it has the current menu and the food is prepared to what you expect from a Taco Bell. The problem is when you're craving your T-Bell, you want it and you want it now, but that's not always the case here. I have gone to this location three times and they have left out items and got the order wrong 2 out of 3 times. They have forgotten items which makes me have to turn around and go inside or back to the drive thru. It really hurts the experience and makes you not trust the employees when you arrive. Overall: In end, this is what you expect from your normal Taco Bell chain. The food is good but nothing to write home about. The store is no better than the average Taco Bell you have been to before. My burrito had more beans and cheese then tortilla, normally this would be a lovely thing however it was not. It tasted acidic like i threw up in my mouth and i had no relief of a tortilla because i couldn't taste it They had a limiting menu not offering a lot for a taco bell connoisseur like me. I got the classic meal and i was left unsatisfied, i would've been happier taking my 5$ and using it to wipe my rear end. We just moved here from Wisconsin, so I'll say this: the service at this Maple Grove Taco Bell far exceeds the Taco Bell locations we've gone to in Wisconsin. We placed an order for breakfast through the mobile app. When we stepped into the store, they were in the process of making it. Contrasting this to our WI experiences, the employees in WI almost always looked perplexed that we had an online order. Also, we received the drink cup without asking, which was also something we always had to do. So that was refreshing. I thought my breakfast crunchwrap was well made. I ordered a combo with a burrito, taco and added a side chicken side taco, my usual from past late night eats. Here is my observation - Minnesota already mostly has bad Mexican food. California living for 40 years ruined me so low grade Mexican raises the Minnesota terrible factor. The beans were coldish, the meat non meatish and I regretted the decision instantly. Order was incomplete and they didn't even package the food correctly (ordered 2 of the $5 Chalupa boxes, and they simply gave me a large bag and left $6.72 worth of food off my order. Tried calling the location three times when I got home, and they would answer the phone without saying anything and hang up. Multiple calls to Taco Bell in Irvine, CA were left unanswered as well. 13 hours ago I can not believe the poor customer service at the location in maple grove. The drive thru attendant yelled at me while having to repeat what he said. I ended up gettimg frustrated and raised my voice when after him yelling at me about what type of 5.00 boxes they had informing me that uet again they were out of baha blast. I said what do you have? The guy said he wasn't going to serve me and why i 'copped an attitude?' WOW. i attempted to get the managers name when he came to the wimdow which i was refused. One of the employees represented himself as the manager and said he wouldnt give me his name or store number. I took a picture of the drive thru window with my phone and explained that hopefully it was on the window. In return they BOTH mocked me and said i could have their picture instead. Never have i been treated so poorly, insulted and belittled by ANY food chain. I sincerely question their food practice and how they are still in business I will never return to this location and prehaps others. Currently at the Taco Bell in MG. Worst service I have ever witnessed. People have been waiting 20-30 minutes inside while the drive thru is running smoothly. Just watched 6 people walk out. There is no concern for anything. The line now has 8 people in it with 2 at registers, but only 1 actual taking orders. It took 17 minutes to get my food and that's only after complaining. This is unacceptable for a fast food joint. You get faster service at a restaurant. The people that work here seem to be unbothered & one even laughed when complaints were made. They always get the order right (A+ in fast food 101) and load my bag up with about 2 dozen packets of hot sauce. The staff is always super friendly and seem to have decent personalities. Last time, I had to wait a few extra minutes (seriously only about 2 minutes) so they hooked me up with a big freebie sack of cinnamon twists. Man, I forgot how good those things are! This Taco Bell is best for night or late night food. I love that I can go in, order, and leave. Granted, I have to wait a few minutes every time I order, but the food comes out right, and I get the right thing every time. The workers are fun to be around for the most part. I'd never eat in there. I always order to go. I've seen too many dirty tables there in my lifetime to take the chance of eating there. In fact, I'd never walk through there at some times. As long as I order to go, I'm fine. My son is fine. My husband is fine. If you do take my advice and order to go every time, forget the above paragraph. The food is good. The people are nice. Don't go to this Taco Bell. Ever. Got here at 10 o'clock and got out of the drive through at 11 o'clock. We ordered nacho fries and they told us the machine was broken at the window so we had to ask for a refund. And the food was cold. The lady in the window was swearing a lot as well. On 12/9 at around 7:00 pm, a buddy and I went to grab some good food. We first stopped at Burger King to grab a sweet deal on the nuggets, but we were persistently hurried along while we tried to figure out what else we wanted... and they didn't even have the sauce or the burger my friend got the night before, utterly unprofessional. We then went to Taco Bell to grab the cinnamon delights and some loaded potatoes, and this guy that we ordered from was incredible! This guy needs to get an award! His name is Yue-Pheng. Yue-Pheng was kind and enjoyable to converse with as we ordered our meals. It took slightly longer to receive our food, but it was because Yue-Pheng made a fresh batch of cinnamon delights just for us and brought us some nice, hot loaded potato grillers.
