When it finally arrived it was the usual fare. But Now you can only order at a kiosk snd theirs are less than intuitive. After we've ordered 3 young men arrive and order. Their orders come out fast with flirty giggles and handshakes and gushing. We're still waiting. And waiting. Staff are all (5 of them) leaning and laughing. We work to get their attention and ask about our order where upon are made to feel we are being impatient and unwanted. A further reason we rarely go to TB anymore. read more

We put in an order, waited 20 minutes, went up to ask about are food, and found out that they had completely forgotten about our order somehow. After this, they made our food, gave us some extra stuff because we waited so long (which was better than nothing) but they put chicken in my vegetarian wife's potato tacos. I ordered 28$ worth of food tonight for me and my friends paid my dues at the window got parked waited maybe 10 minutes and was brought a back with labels on it showing my order. When I got home more all but 1 item was wrong and I was given less food than I had ordered. If you need time to get an order done take the time if you park someone there is zero reason there should be a wrong order. read more

To all of those around location looking for food , this is not fast service no matter how many people work here. There is no leadership among the crew and this is FULLY staffed. The manger is questionable not speaking to the crew, the crew making no response to each other to work as a team. Watching my order for about 1 hour. Ouch. As for the ambiance it's nice. But that's because no one is in there in the first place. My suggestion, avoid this place at all possible cause , only having 3 in line for about 1 hour is unacceptable no matter the place. This specific location has been plagued by the most unbelievably slow service for nearly a decade now. Somehow over all these years they've never once managed to staff to a level where you're not waiting 20-45 minutes. Their new "solution" is to park every single vehicle and have someone walk your food out. This isn't Pressed, you're not making a salad and smoothie from scratch, it's fast food Mexican that's 90% prepared and all uses the same 6 ingredients. I don't normally use this location (South Willow is closer, always better and I used to work there) but that one has been closed for renovations so I stopped by. When I got home, I noticed that the food in the bag was barely packaged. The foil "wrapped" (far too generous a descriptor) around things was literally just folded over each item, not so much as tucked in around the edges. I'm amazed that it wasn't entirely spilled into the bag, but it was close to it. I've never seen this at any other Taco Bell location, on either coast I've lived, or when I worked there. I don't normally post reviews for something like this, but it's not that things got disrupted in the bag, which would be understandable, it's that they were literally just not wrapped in the first place. My group ordered all together and my friend order online because he had a lot of modifications on his order due to allergies. He's tried to order it through the drive thru multiple times, but they always mess it up. I was then told I have to go all the back through the line again because they can only do one order per car.... I don't understand why you can't make the mobile order when you get it? We placed 15 mins prior to make sure everything was all set and we could be on our merry way and enjoy our Taco Bell as a family. This is an unreasonable rule and makes no sense. I live in Bedford NH and have visited this store several times in the past, but not for a couple of years. The Bedford NH Taco Bell now only caters to delivery services. I made an order for pickup using the Taco Bell app and when I arrived they told me that it would be more than an hour because they process all delivery orders before starting on drive up or app orders. This is the only location that I have gone to where they treat regular customers so bad. I will never go to this store again. read more

There is a woman who manages this location, I'm not sure if she's the only manager or one of a few but we came by around closing last night 5/19 and she was BEYOND AMAZING, helpful, kind, happy, she made suggestions for my fiancé which was awesome because he loved whatever she suggested. The food was perfect, and fast, despite being the end of the night and we were overall very pleased. We live on the other side of the south willow location, but will be coming to this location from now on. Give that manager a raise! She deserves it and the world. read more

The worst taco bell I've been to. I've had nothing but issues everytime I go there. The lobby is closed which I understand. Now you have to wait a good 20 30 mins the line is always long. Its like they can't keep up with the drive though or they only have so many people. It makes it hard for doordashers and other food deliveries to deliver food. They have no compromise. read more

The breakfast and lunch foods here were packed and served very well, corporate should be proud! The place is way under staffed and over worked, which accounts for some slowness in the drive through, but I have never been handled in any way other than kind and professional by the staff here. This location isn't friendly to any doordash driver. If your are a doordash driver steer clear of this location because at night you wait 45 min for them to tell you that you can only pick up one order and then you have to cancel the second order. This location sucks. If they can't handle doordash demand then they need to stop allowing delivery or atleast keep there lobby open for doordash driver. The staff and management are rude and not trained or informed of policies with delivery driver apps that they have at their store . My roommate was picking up a order at that location in drive they with no one behind them . I asked if I could get something and pay for it with my own money separately . We were told we had to loop around the building again and then can order again ... mind you empty drive thru . Also we were told we can't order any food because of the driver app . That is false as you are paying with your own money , you can do what you want . I've never heard of such disregard for customers and frankly , even though it's a Taco Bell . This is easily the best Taco Bell I've ever been too. I come here once a week minimum on my meal break and the service is always friendly and fast. The place is always clean and the condiments and sauces are always full. They have never once messed up my order and are always helpful with suggestions and substitutions.
