Honestly I order from this location a lot - I LOVE wingstops sauce selection and that they let you choose if you want all drums or flats, or want them well done etc. My complaint is that the price has skyrocketed recently, and my wings are almost never well done (which is really the only way I can eat them, I'm neurodivergent and textures are a big deal with me), so I gotta cook em more when I get home... Ever since the current ownership took over the quality of everything has gone downhill. The service is awful, they are not nice and treat you like a you like another annoyance walking through the door. After they messed up my order, I called in and was hung up on twice, then when they did answer the gentleman that answered just wanted off the phone and said "we are too busy, come here tomorrow and we will give you free food for the mistake". That's not how you handle customer service. I just wanted a refund on the part they Didn't include in the order. Now I have to return to that place if I want restitution. This place went downhill fast. When they first opened the wings were pretty good, although kinda pricey compared to other wing places. They only answer their phone to take orders when they feel like it, they openly complain about customers, and employee hygiene/attitude is generally poor. My most recent experience included them not answering the phone, messing up my order and then as I was leaving the only two employees left the store and put up a sign that said "on break be back in 10 minutes" and went and smoked some weed in the parking lot in front of the store. Tried this Wingstop for the first time this evening. The food was fantastic. Ordered the garlic Parmesan, spicy Korean and lemon pepper bone in wings with side orders of French fries and fried corn. Everything arrived fresh and hot. The wings were crispy and flavorful. The fried corn had just the right amount of spice. The store is bright, clean and inviting. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Laura who efficiently took our order. I was impressed with the efficient service and fresh flavor. I will be returning soon read more

I had to make a trip to the largest city in our state, knowing that there was a Wing Stop in town I had to swing in with my daughter. I popped in and to my surprise everyone entering was wearing a mask. Maybe it's a Manchester thing! Or maybe it's a company policy? To my surprise no employees were wearing masks. Why would they when their policy seems to be protect their employees I guess. Regardless of that and the fact the state and our national government dropped a mask mandate. I wrote this review to speak about the others I've read hear. Gave them five stars when really the food was more like a 3.5 star. Bottom line, service was what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. Half the people out there aren't working right now and it's killing our restaurants. The wings were solid a fried chicken wing and a fried boneless piece of chicken. The sauces were tasty Atomic was peppery and flavorful not hot in my opinion. The original was just that as well original. The park garlic was quite tasty on the boneless wings and my daughter really enjoyed the Hawaiian sauce. I got a fountain soda Melli Yello (this guy doesn't drink soda) and to my Surprise my daughter was able to get a vitamin water from the fountain machine. After driving one hour home and tossing the fries in my air fryer they were great. I should have ate my stuff there but wanted to get home. Wings had plenty of sauce on them and I liberally tossed them back in the extra sauce. Blue cheese was great. Ranch I didn't taste.
