Qdoba is better than Chipotle. Don't @ me. Guac is not extra - that's honestly all you need to know. Personally, I think there are a lot more options, the food tastes fresher, and the flavor is better. Their portions are bigger too. So I skipped breakfast and decided to treat myself to a Qdoba steak burrito after a less than exciting trip to the outlet. Sadly, the burrito was dry, flavorless and had a huge "blowout " upon simply opening the wrapper!!! Cmon man. I had such high hopes, yet disappointed again. I ordered online for in store pickup. This location was easy to find and was a quick in and out. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't on a busy street. The restaurant was clean and the condiment section was well stocked. When I got there Mary was already working on the Salad Bowl I had ordered. She friendly greeted me and asked if I needed help even though I just came in and sat down to wait. She did an excellent job preparing my food and bagged it with napkins and utensils. She was friendly the whole time. I took my food to go but it was very good and I will definitely go again based on my experience with the food and staff. read more

Upon coming up to the counter, two employees, both at least 20 years old, looked at me and sort of sighed. i wasn't actually approached until they finished whatever conversation they were having, and was greeted with an eye roll and a "what do you want?" Each thing i asked for came with a sigh and an eye roll, and any portion specification (ex. a little rice or extra veggies) i gave was not honored, and was either exaggerated or i was given the exact opposite of what i asked for. ordering felt rushed and the chicken was dry and cold. read more

QDOBA has been a life saver for late fast eats around here. Merrimack is a slow and quiet town, and this QDOBA by the outlets is close by to where I stay and they are one of a handful of restaurants that open til 10pm. Whenever I come in, it's always past 9 and they still have a fresh selection of veggies and meats. The guys at the counter are entertaining with their natural youthful foolishness but they always make a generous bowl for me. Honestly, QDOBA to me is superior than Chipotle because of their wide selection, free guac, and better (and larger) takeout ware. I highly recommend this location! read more

Qdoba opened recently in front of the Merrimack Premium Outlets. I've been to other Qdoba locations in the Boston area whenever I needed a quick burrito fix on the go. Qdoba serves up decent Americanized Mexican food, which has a similar concept as other fast Mexican chains such as Boloco, Chipotle, Moe's, Hot Harry's, and Baja Fresh where your food is made to order down the line in right front of you. Vegetarian options are also available. Chips and salsa cost extra here. Kids eat free on Tuesdays! On the way to the Outlets, I stopped in here for a burrito break. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Queso Burrito ($7.95 with tax) filled with marinated grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, 3-cheese queso, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, & corn salsa and wrapped in a white soft flour tortilla. The service was very prompt and my wrapped burrito made in a matter of seconds. The grilled chicken queso burrito tasted pretty good after adding a few drops of Cholula Hot Sauce. The soft tortilla was on the chewier side (to prevent tortilla rip). However, this burrito seemed slightly smaller (less fillings) for the price compared to other burritos I've had very recently at similar burrito places (ie. Moe's and Hot Harry's). Also, both Moe's and Hot Harry's give out free warm chips with each order and offer complementary self serve salsa bars. read more

We came here at 1:30 on Labor Day. The line started to form out of the door and there were literally 2 people manning the entire line of hungry human beings. So the five stars is for the exceptionally fast (as much as possible considering that they were obviously short handed) and friendly service from the 2 workers that day. Fast service, delicious burritos and a pretty good customer rewards system... what's not to love? My only qualms with Qdoba lie in their sometimes less than satisfactory employee management. Being involved in food service myself at one point in my life, I can't even begin to explain how annoying it is when you operate a store short handed. I have often seen one lone employee work the line during peak business hours, and as a result, the service was lackluster at best and the lineworker was exhausted. Kept arguing with my sonand I how he shouldn't order is special taco without the veggies etc, but rather just do a build his own. When We still wanted to proceed explaining his way, she was very rude and also make a point to tell the staff member who was to finish adding the toppings how we were wrong and really wanted to Build own. My son noticed this too. Not fun to Take your Boy to lunch and have him treated badly by staff. I'd never Go back or recommend anyone to go here. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Trying to find a clean seat was impossible so I had to wipe off my own table. Not only was the restaurant filthy the trash was over flowing and they ran out of forks. Quite hard to eat a salad bowl with a spoon. The sides were either empty or close to empty for the corn, salsa and guacamole. This is my first and last experience with QDOBA! Too bad that they can't compete with chipotle. I went to Qdoba for first time ( Have been to Chipotle many times)and ordered two different types of tacos. The young man making them must have been new, being coached by another. Looked like he was afraid to put anything in the tacos. Ordered 6 to go (2 different types),got home and had one of each and in plain words,both were lousy. Shells tasted semi stale and only half filled. Called mgr.who was apologetic,said I could come back for a refund,but I wasn't calling for that,just wont go back again. Based on what I read about Qdoba having better ingredients,totally disappointed. Tacos were $3.00 each and weren't worth a buck each! read more
