Worst possible Burger King you can visit for an ice cream cone. Besides their ice cream being sub-standard, you're given minuscule portions of it unlike every other Burger King I've visited. I even mentioned it to the manager and he told me "That's all you get". Went on a Saturday afternoon. WORST BK I have ever been to!!!! I should have read the reviews!! My husbands Whopper was ice cold. My big fish sandwich was a very small piece. Both of our buns were so stale. He forgot straws so my husband went to go in to get some and the door was locked!! We ordered 1 fry, 1 onion ring. We got two fries. Worst service ever! Not going to stop in ever again! No one came to the register to take our order of at least five minutes. When she did decide to turn her head and notice us she can to the register and just looked at us. No greeting or "what would you like to order?" We ordered and she looked at us as though we annoyed her so my 81 year old mother said "Are you having a bad day?" Then she said "So so". She should not be in a service oriented job if that is how she is going to be. When I picked up the tray with our order it felt slimy and gross. Not going back! The Coke machine is one of those cool machines with like 30 different options however this machine was empty of just about all flavors. Only option I could find was rootbeer. Then I noticed black mold stuff growing down the front of the machine, yuck..The frys were cold, the sandwich had no mayo and the chicken was cold. When I told the manager the coke machine was empty she looked at me like she didn't understand English. Seriously! Fyi this is my second trip to this location in the past month. Building is nice well maintained. The inside is open to dine in but bathrooms are blocked off. So if you eat in theres no place to go to the restroom. The plastic barriers are good for safety for health but its so blocked off they barely can hear you so you have to shout and lean in to the crack which makes you break social distancing. While waiting for my food I noticed the young lady taking orders was wearing a mask and the drive through lady was too. The lady putting the burgers on the grill and the male preparing food had masks on to but both pulled down. They have the speaker so loud from drive through that it was so hard to hear in there and they both are talking loud to get orders down over food with their nose and mouth not covered. With the location and amount of customers rolling through, if either of them had it they would infect hundreds. Thought for food! read more

The girl that apparently is the manager treat the customers in a very rude way and speak Spanish when she want to go above and beyond taking shit about them, she was very surprised when I spoke with her in Spanish regarding how rude and unprofessional she was being talking behind a customer in Spanish thinking that person didn't understood .when I told her in Spanish that I was putting a complain about her she laughed and refused to give me her name. The poor guy at the register had to go write her name so I could complain, Genisis if you are not happy with your job please find another. Ordered a large soda, double cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. While waiting in line I actually heard the guy who just posted the last review about customer service being horrible. I have to agree. Got to the window, the girl with the Jean jacket looked like she didn't care or want to be there. She hands me the bag and I sat there, she's says "what are you waiting for!" I said my soda, she gave me a look like I was crazy and I started thinking I didn't actually order a soda. So I started getting my wallet back out and asked to buy a soda and she hands me the large drink. I started handing her my debit card and she mumbled something and I said here's my card. She said no I did order it and it was paid for. She just walked away after that. While waiting to order I even heard the guy in front of me say he wanted a seedless bun and she told him they don't have seedless. I work late nights and supposedly the hours listed are when they are supposedly open but the night staff takes liberty to close earlier than posted on a frequent basis. I wish i could give a negative number to this review. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience and been treated so badly by a worker bee and a manager. I had gotten a junior whopper and I discovered a black hair in the burger. I drove back around and was told they couldn't take my order because their systems were updating. (what restaurant updates their systems at lunch time?) So I explained my situation and they told me "no one worked there had black hair" so I must have gotten it from my car. How does a black hair go through the rapper and into the burger from my car? The worker bee told me to drive up and she would give me my money back which she almost threw at me. I asked to speak to her manager who was more rude than the worker bee was. This could have been handled so differently if they would have apologized and said how sorry they were and they would give me my money back. (Maybe a coupon for another visit) which is what good customer service is. We stopped here for a quick inexpensive lunch while shopping on a Saturday shortly before noon. We have had a bad experience with very slooooow service here in the past, but figured we could give it another try. Upon entering we saw a few folks waiting for their food, but no line at the window. I immediately noticed that only two crew members were working, one cooking and assembling sandwiches and another doing double duty on the drive up, inside counter while at the same time putting up orders. I was pleased to see that he took my order within a few minutes. As it was being prepared another crew member came through the door with a "deer in the headlights" look presumably going to work. After checking her cell phone, but with out washing her hands, she appeared to be wandering in circles looking for something to do. Just a few minutes later, our order was ready and she called out the order. I had to ask for ketchup, asking for six and received three. She did give me some additional upon request. As we were finishing our meal in the dining room, the same young lady came out and announced that the dining room was closing and they we all would have to leave. When my wife asked the reason why, she replied that they did not have enough workers. We were done at that time, so it was no big deal. I watched other tables get up and leave with their food half eaten! There is no way in hades that I would have left the dining room before I had finished my meal! As a side note, I tried to provide feedback on the Burger King website, but was unable to do so because the store code and my order number on the register receipt was illegible. I am sure that this was just a coincidence. It is a sad day in retail when the customer is an inconvenience. read more

I came here with my middle school lacrosse team. There are around 50 of us in here right now, so we can't really blame them for being slow. But this is REALLY slow. We've been here for an hour, and about a dozen of us haven't ordered or gotten food yet. My friend had chicken nuggets on her receipt and she didn't order them and told the cashier.
