This is my second time at your business and you have yet to get an order correct. The first time I ordered grilled nuggets and got fried even though receipt said grilled. The second time I knew enough to check my receipt before getting my order. Good thing I did because your cashier Rang in a sandwich and not the nuggets. I also asked for crispy burnt fries and they were half cooked. I asked both the server and assembler to make sure they were WELL done. Also, they said they were replacing my basic order with the 12 pack but there were only 10 in the container. And zero utensils so I had to eat with my fingers. This is one of the fastest Chick-fil-A drive thrus I have EVER, uh....driven...through. *gets jacket* Nah, but seriously, folks....this place really has their shit together and it shows! No incessantly long line going outside of the parking lot, ending obnoxiously into traffic. No incompetent staff making you wish you'd taken your money elsewhere. THIS Chick-fil-A is how all Chick-fil-As should operate. Oh, but...there doesn't seem to be any curbside parking service at this one. Yeah! This is a first for me. But from what I can tell, you can either pick up the food inside, via their drive thru, or just dine in now. Normally, I don't review chain restaurants because it seems redundant, even when you go place to place. But I had to write a quick one to discuss the exceptional service, because that's really the only thing that makes one franchised place different from the other. To the best of my knowledge, they have not screwed up any of our orders (so far). So, in addition to speed, their quality control appears to be in tact. Oh my lord, do I love Chick-fil-A.... It is Gods chicken that's for sure. We made a 90 minute drive from Maine to Nashua simply for this chicken. Yes we did some quick ice skating while we were there but that was to make the trip seem less gluttonous (and calm our minds). Embarrassing? Maybe. Worth it? Hell yeah. Let's put it this way. Each and every person in the car always orders two meals. One for then. And another for later (cause we know it will be a while till we are back). In prison, my last meal would be Chick-fil-A. Like, if you haven't tried it, do you hate rainbows and unicorns as well? Afraid of happiness and love? What's the reason?!? This Chick-fil-A we have visited 4 times, when going to meet our collie, when picking him up, and twice because we had a craving. And if anyone knows my health conscious runner wife, the fact she's willing to indulge on so much fast food, and take a 90 minute ride after a shift at the hospital to get it should tell you it's amazing. This place does it perfectly. Even in Covid they are kicking butt. Masks, limits to in numbers in store, great drive thru service, and excellent food. From spicy chickens with extra pickles, to grilled chicken cool wraps, to their amazingly salty crispy fries, nothing is bad. The lemonade is divine, although it can be a little too sweet at times (doesn't stop us from pounding it though!). And as an aside, on the ride back to Maine, grab a bottle of Malibu at the liquor store, mixes perfectly with the lemonade once you're home! Now, why the 4 star you might add, if it's so amazing? Two reasons: 1) they skimp on sauces. Extra Buffalo turns into two tubs of it. For 12 meals? 2?!? Give more sauces!!! And 2) they have forgotten stuff each time we have been there. Then I call and talk to a manager to discuss the fact that we got the wrong order in a bag with the correct label and she is nitpicking the credit she will give not back to the card but as a store credit. If the kids bringing the food to the car can pay as much attention to the sports team on my shirt the staff INSIDE should learn a lesson on attention to details on putting the correct food in the bag. Ordered 2 chicken strip meals and received 1 chicken tender box. The tenders are a waste because you really don't get a ton of chicken. Just breading. I've eaten at the restaurant 3-4 times and each time the experience is a little bit less enjoyable. Upon entering on a Saturday night around 8pm the restaurant was still somewhat busy. One of the two cashiers at the registers (blue shirt?) was busy chatting away with non-customers at the counter so there was a pronounced delay in being greeted to take our order. The food was just OK this time. My sandwich was unusually thin in my experience though tasted fine and was hot. The beverage was 90% ice in the cup and was left partially unfilled (greater than an inch from the top) which lends to a unsatisfied experience as there just wasn't the typical enough to finish the meal, prematurely sucking air through the straw. The last unsatisfying experience was with the fries. About 50% of the fry container consisted of 'debris'. The small broken pieces of potato that gets scooped up from the bottom of the bin. Too small to grab and dip, about the size of smaller popcorn pieces. This was a lousy experience. My daughter had no such complaints, but felt sorry for me non the less. I did leave my responses on a survey for them, but since they didn't acknowledge the issues, perhaps they will see them here. read more

I waited for a solid 10 to 12 minutes in my car after they asked me to pull around fun because my order wasn't ready when the girl got to my window I asked her if everything was correct in the bag and I had plenty of sauce she then said yes I did not I had to go back in the restaurant and wait another 10 minutes in the busy line to get sauce. For this being a fast food place, we had a really good experience. The drive-through line looked long when we first pulled in, so I was worried that it would be a while before we would get out (we were picking up food to-go for date night at a drive-in movie theater), but much to my surprise we were out with our food in less than 10 minutes! There were several people outside taking orders (all with masks on), and by the time we got to the front of the line for pick-up, our order was just on its way out the window! They put everything in a clear plastic bucket and a server walks it to your car, and you pull it out directly from the bucket. Very good safety process IMHO. I was disappointed with the food and service. It was very busy with vehicles lined up to order. They had many teenage workers standing around outside chatting to each other only one taking orders and processing credit card payments at your car window. I usually think chick-fil-a is better, however, I have a couple of suggestions. #1 - have food and price menus signs or handouts available while we wait in drive thru. #2 - if you process my credit card while in drive thru, please give us a receipt. #3 - when you give us the orders, provide a print out of what's in the bag. My order was missing an item and the order was incorrect. I paid for items that I never received. This is frustrating and from reading some of these reviews, I am not the only one to complain. I wish the restaurant owner would read this and take action to improve in these areas. read more

Order was short two items...realize it's a pandemic and not the end of world but they pack the bags so tightly I couldn't see in bag and would have had to take all out and put on seat to see to the bottom. The Staff was Unbelievably Friendly. The dining room was spotless the food was great as always. I was shocked when I went to use the restroom and there were diapers and wipes in the stalls for the mamas who forgot there diaper bags! That means a lot to me as a mom who is always on the go and sometimes forgetful. I normally don't review fast food but this place had me runnnnninnnng to yelp I came at 3:30 pm on September 13. Latest Visit Placed a mobile order at 10:24 for breakfast. Showed up in the drive thru and they didn't even have our order ready. They said they couldn't make our order because it was after 10:30 when I arrived. The women manager started playing games asking me if I placed the order before 10:30 and that they couldn't make my order because it was after 10:30. The issue is that this location doesn't acknowledge their mobile orders and then when you show up they push the blame back onto the customer. This location was previously fantastic for mobile breakfast orders. No longer! Visit #1 - Drive Thru I visited their drive thru, my chicken nuggets were cold and they forgot my sauces. I am sad now because I don't have time to turn around and have them include my sauces. Visit #2 - Drive Thru Placed a mobile order for breakfast sandwiches. Showed up and they were entirely out of breakfast sandwiches. How can you be out of your #1 breakfast item? They gave us coupons as a consolation. The coupons were all crap food like cookies and shakes, etc. Things we would never buy. Thanks a lot for wasting our time. Visit #3 - In Store Pickup Placed new mobile order as a replacement for our other mobile order. The order was made and they could not find it. Like...physically, violently ill. Either these idiots glutened me or the chicken was bad. Either way, I'm beyond pissed. I've eaten from plenty of other places and not gotten sick. Either way, you would do well to avoid this place at all costs. Never again. Where to start. We ordered 3 Chicken Clubs without a bun and one Chicken Club meal with a side salad. It took them over 20 minutes to serve our food. One of the clubs had no cheese. Two had honey mustard on them when we asked for none. The salad was lettuce with 2 tomatoes and a tablespoon of cheese. It took them FOUR times to bring us unsweet tea; each idiot kid working there assured us it was unsweet - it was not. It wasn't until a manager poured it himself that they got it right. The manager comped us 2 meals, but that doesn't come close to the $40 we spent and the aggravation of waiting over 30 minutes for them to finally get us the correct drinks. The kids who are working here looked to be young. Like...14 years old young. The owner would do well to hire people who can actually perform the job with accuracy whether they are 14 or 44. Better than what we were used to in the southern states we've lived in. We went around the time of the lunch rush (12:30). There was a line but they kept it moving very smoothly. H and I came in on a Friday evening after running errands in Amherst/Nashua. It's located on the looooooong strip that is Amerst St near Market Basket and a number of chain hotels. Basically, it's near the 7W exit if you're coming from Massachusetts. This Chick-Fil-A also has its own little parking lot (although it's not big, it's enough) and depending on when you're here, you may/may not have to have for a spot. I know we did. The restaurant, overall, is quite clean. There are constantly workers who were bussing tables and I noticed the restrooms were adequately maintained as well. I didn't check out the play area, but the kiddies looked like they were having fun. You order your food like you would in any other Chick-Fil-A and get your food called out. H and I got our food (two salads, a burger, side of fries and a drink for $25ish) in under 5 minutes. Like other freestanding Chick-Fil-As, as we were eating, workers came and asked us how our meal was, if we needed anything, if we wanted refills, etc. Expecting this, I brushed it off and thanked the server for coming. H, on the other hand, was taken back. (In his defense, whenever we go to Chick-Fil-A, we always order via drive-thru!) Good experience!
