I was standing were all the food is packaged and overheard two older woman talking badly about other employees. I found it very unprofessional and unsettling hearing about how other employees talk about others behind their back. I hope they're not a management. I saw a couple walk in to the register where I originally waited at and noticed a girl taking their order so I went back and waited in line. When it got to my turn, the girl immediately walked away. She didn't acknowledge me until I said something. The overall impression I got from her wasn't very welcoming because when I thanked her after getting my order she turned to the girl next to her and gave her a look, no "have a good day!" Or "no problem!". I have worked in the food industry and understand that it can be stressful so maintaining a cheerful attitude all the time can be difficult but for my first time here it definitely made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The food is great but customer service is a big part of someone's decision to come back.
