5 egg omelette with ham, provolone and tomatoes, pan fries with toast
    John S.

We decided to go once again for breakfast and again not a let down at all. We got there right as it opened at 6:00am and already 8 people in front of us. Sat down at a booth and right away the server was there asking what to drink. I love that when their that quick. Coffee and an OJ was brought. I love the coffee it is semi strong and always piping hot. After we ordered we were able to watch the local news on weather while it was cool and smells of good cooking in the air. When the food was delivered in a quick and proper manner with plates full of food. We ordered the eggs, pan fries, corn beef hash and toast. Again everything cooked perfectly and tasty. A must go to if in Manchester NH.

Kinetic diner that's obviously a locals' nest. Breakfast served all day with no dish breaching $10, yet sized for healthy appetites. Many baked goods - including raisin and maple breads, various muffins and scones, and the lauded grilled cinnamon roll - are made in house, as is the "like canned but much better" corned beef hash. Servers surveyed the room and had a check book at every table: when you're ready to order, you flip it face up and whomever is nearby will stop by and take your pleasure. The cinnamon roll served as a bonus dish, and I went hash and eggs with the specialty raisin bread ($0.35 premium - what am I, a Rockefeller?) Strong coffee and salty hash, lean and flavorful with a smattering of potatoes. The raisin toast was burnt, but that's okay. Eggs were over medium like *chef's kiss* and I can say with certainty buttered cinnamon rolls are not try thing. If they were, this was a super rich take on one. My teeth ached immediately. Vibe is warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a diner, Franc's is exactly what you're looking for. Promise.

Belgian waffle w/ real syrup & hot sausage.

First time eating here today and its our new breakfast place, hands done! The panfries were everything you'd want them to be, the service was prompt and the bill wasn't heartbreaking. I had the Belgian waffle with a side of hot sausage. The waffle had a delightful vanilla flavor and the sausages were flavorful without being overpowering. My wife had the eggs Benedict with ham and said the eggs were poached perfectly.

It looks very low-key from the outside, but once you walk in, you will be attracted by the exquisite and informal atmosphere. Although the menu is concise, each dish is very sincere. We ordered [your dish, such as: Smoked Duck Breast and Gnocchi], the plating is artistic, the taste is rich, and you can taste the care and creativity. Cocktail is also excellent, especially their [your drink, such as: Birch Martini], which is refreshing and slightly sweet, perfect for summer. The service is very good, the waiter is professional and friendly, and he is enthusiastic when introducing the dishes but not selling. The rhythm is just right, and the whole dining experience is very comfortable. In short, it is the kind of small restaurant that you can come again and again, suitable for dates, friends, and also suitable for sitting alone and sipping a glass of wine quietly.

Tikka masala wings were amazing, octopus so light but tasteful, pork belly was delicious and the broccoli salad was awesome... such a fun place. No alcohol and it was a $72 bill! Coming back.

It's been around for a long time and just never ate there. This was a call in order and picked it up and ate it at home roughly. My order was ready within 10 minutes by the time I got home they were still hot to eat. The price was right where I would like it to be. It was about $17 for two of the breakfast supreme burritos, one with avocado and sour cream which they charge extra for. The size and the weight of these burritos were more than plenty The flavor was OK. Next time I will not order this burrito again. I didn't care for the potato inside of the burrito. It seemed very overwhelming once I finished the first half so I picked them out. When I walked in to pick up my order, it was roughly at 7 AM in the morning and it was very laid-back and relaxed in there. They had all their fresh baked goods out on the counter, but as I said before, I definitely will go back and try something different from in there.

Another dangerously close go-to for us--perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. This place is a…read moretrue local hot spot: always quick, always bustling, and somehow always worth the wait. Got a sweet tooth? Go early before the pastries, cookies, and muffins vanish faster than you can say "carb loading." Prefer juices or smoothies? They got those too. Fresh, flavorful, and fully customizable with all kinds of boosts--because balance, right? Our go-tos are the Chicken Caesar wrap and the Reuben--both reliable crowd-pleasers. The salads hold their own too. Honestly, unless you're a picky eater or have food allergies, you can't really miss with any of their breakfast or lunch sammies. Even the sides pull their weight--pasta salad or fresh fruit are both solid picks. On a nice day, grab a seat outside and soak up the Manchester vibes. Not much to the atmosphere in the dining area, but whether you're corporate, casual, out of towner or a student, The Bridge is the vibe for all. Need the restroom? Just ask for the wrench--err, key--at the front counter. Whether you dine in or grab and go, you'll get what you pay for (in the best way) and leave fully satisfied--probably already plotting your next visit before you've even left the breezeway.
