Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. Our waitress made us feel neglected and overlooked throughout the evening. For a meal that came to over $220, I expected a much better dining experience. It wasn't just slow service--it felt like we were forgotten at times. I did speak with the restaurant manager, Zach, and I truly appreciate how he handled the situation. He listened, was sincere, apologized, and genuinely cared about our experience. His professionalism left a positive impression, and I'm grateful he took the time to address our concerns. Crown Tavern has an incredible kitchen and serves amazing food, which is why it's disappointing that the service didn't reflect the same standard.
