We both upgraded from home fries to fruit cups, and that too was disappointing. Were the exception of grapes, you couldn't tell which fruit you were eating. I'll grant you it's early in the season but pre-cut fruit sitting in watery liquid is bound to lose flavor and texture. I'm glad so many people like it, and don't want to yuck their yumm, but we won't return.

My maid of honor and junior bridesmaid were never given their bouquets and had to walk down the aisle without them. My dogs were also supposed to be brought to the side after the ceremony so I could take pictures with them. This was communicated multiple times beforehand and directly to the wedding coordinator that day. It never happened. My dog sitter was apparently told she could leave, and I completely missed out on photographs with my dogs that were extremely important to me. When I complained, the general manager tried to blame my dog sitter and claimed I never communicated the request. Completely unacceptable. The wedding coordinator was another major disappointment. Guests weren't properly informed when dessert was available, I wasn't kept informed about our bar tab, and I found myself dealing with details that I paid the venue to handle. What is almost worse than everything that happened is how management handled my complaints afterward. Instead of taking accountability, I received excuses and finger-pointing. It felt like the priority was defending their employees rather than acknowledging what happened to the customer who paid for the wedding. Things can go wrong at a wedding. That's life. But when multiple things go wrong and the response afterward is to deny, deflect, and blame someone else, that's a serious problem. I should have been enjoying one of the most important days of my life. Instead, I was stressed, running around, and dealing with problems that should never have been mine to handle. For the amount of money we spent, I expected far more professionalism, communication, and accountability.

I ordered, picked up, and opened the container at home in the same timely fashion I have for over a year now, yet have never ran into cold hash browns (in case anyone is questioning if it took me longer to pick the food up and start eating compared to past orders. So no, same time frame as the last 50+ orders.) The only thing I'm getting at with this review is to say check your order and its quality before you leave the store. I can still warm the hash browns up, but the breakfast sandwich is done for as the muffin almost, somehow, has a liquid consistency.
