I really wanted to like this place because Thai is my favorite cuisine and I pass by this intersection frequently. But unfortunately it misses the mark for my standards, having lived around the country in larger metro areas where competition forces restaurants to try harder to succeed. The only conceivable reason this place has survived thus far is because the locals don't know good Thai food for comparison. It's convenient to Bedford and Amherst, but the flavors are muted. I've tried multiple noodle dishes and they are all too similar with some reused sauce that tastes blah and almost burned. The chicken is almost always dry and the ingredients don't seem fresh at all, more like old produce scraps from Hannaford. Everyone I ask has the same opinion about the food here. I will say that the bao buns are actually good, but I'm there for the entree that consistently disappoints despite the prices suggesting it's at another tier. The owner is defensive about negative reviews as well, so that tells you all you need to know. They say that tastes are a preference and their prices are reasonable because nothing is "premade." I'm sorry I thought freshness was implied for a sit down restaurant and I also thought owners would consider improving based on critical feedback. Maybe offering incentives to return. None of the above, I'm wrong evidently. So, go see for yourself if you have $18 to burn on lunch takeout (including tip). read more

The food is great. it is one of our favorite take out food. Unfortunately, last Friday , we did order food to go and and when we took out the food from the bag, the sauce was dripping all over the floor and the tempura was deeply soaked in the sauce and everything was mushy. The food container was overflowing with tempura and was packed so tight that the sauce's containers broke. I hope they would not repeat this and pa k the sauces separately and carefully. read more

My test dish is Drunken Noodle and I've gone all over southern NH and theirs is the best. Very fresh. The Krapow is delicious too. I don't know about the other dishes but these 2 are the best. read more

This is a nice take out solution close to home in Bedford. Paid thai and Pad king are two go-to's. Tom yum soup is very good but I need to ask to take the heat index down a notch on the next order. read more

Great to have a Thai alternative in Bedford. They're in soft open phase right now and are heavily into takeout. The interior is clean and nicely set up. The decorations are a bit odd. Nothing Thai about it but certainly there's visual interest. At the moment, and hopefully this will change, the dine-in is pretty similar to takeout as in the dishes are all disposable and the cutlery is plastic. During my visit there were no dedicated servers, one poor girl had to handle the phone, and work the register for takeout, and take orders for takeout if the customer didn't enter the data themselves AND do the server duties. I sure hope this changes quickly. My rating is based on the food we had being good and the potential of the place. But if the service situation doesn't change it may well change. All we had were basic noodle dishes and they were completely acceptable. They offer various heat levels in the seasoning but aren't well calibrated yet. Good amount of outside parking. read more

Im updating my review after a few months of the Bedford location being opened. The food is very inconsistent! It's always a surprise meal, even though I always get the same dish. They must have a different cook every time I go there because the food comes out different every time. I keep on going back hoping to get the same experience as the first couple of times, but unfortunately, in the past few months, It's been a disappointment. I'll stop going there for now, and the next time Im craving that meal, I'll drive a bit further to the Manchester location to get a more consistent dish. I hope they get this issue resolved soon. read more

My wife and I drive past the place frequently and decided to give it a try. Food was incredible, fresh and tasted very good. Large portions and you didn't feel "gross" after consuming most of it. We will be back for sure there are too many options not to try it again! read more

First time 11/13/23. I've been in the restaurant industry 15 years. We moved to Bedford from Florida in November. My kids LOVED it. I LOVED it. Service was spectacular (we also didn't come during rush hour; arrived at 4:40pm). High quality scratch made food for a very reasonable price. Will be making this place our "go-to" when I don't feel like cooking. Highly recommend. Very clean and orderly kitchen and dining room. Bathrooms are extremely clean and decorated as well (that's always an indicator of the back of the house) read more

Food was fresh but served my tai noddle soup in a plastic lined paper bowl. The noodles actually burned into the bowl. If it was served in a glass soup bowl I probably would have given them a 4 star. I don't understand how people rate this a five star There are 2 or 3 much better authentic tai restaurants in the Manchester area that aren't rated as high as this place. Please if you're charging 18.95 for a soup make it bigger and put it in a glass bowl with an actual soup spoon not. A plastic tablespoon. Was very clean and waitress was very nice. Restaurant is new & clean, but food is not good. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai but there were only 2 small pieces of thin pounded Chicken & it didn't taste good. Pork Gyoza was barely acceptable & Chrispy Wings were dry & salty. Recommend driving to Merrimack or Goffstown if you want 'good' Thai food. read more

We've gotten takeout here twice and the food was fresh and delicious both times. First time my hubby was under the weather so we ordered soup - beef noodle for him and duck ramen for me. I had leftovers of the duck ramen for the next day which was great. The second time we got the avocado rolls, papaya salad with shrimp and the chicken pineapple fried rice.
