We ordered shumai to split for an app. It was loaded with ground chicken, I enjoyed it. We got the fried version. By the time we got home the fried was softer but we didn't care. They provide ample fresh vegetables and shrimp in a delicious sweet but addicting hot red curry. And the people at the restaurant are lovely. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I was really happy to learn of this buisness recently. My favorite area Thai restaurant I frequent is closed on Mondays. I searched Yelp for a local Thai restaurant open on Monday and that's how I learned of Ubon Thai. I searched for their website online since it wasn't available through Yelp. I'll add it to the page today so others can have easier access to it. I'll also add pictures of the menu. Brian took my take out phone order and was very courteous. Parking is easy in the lot out front. My food was ready when quoted. I had no wait picking up my food despite a few other customers being there. It seemed like most people order take out here but they have plenty of tables and chairs if you prefer to eat in house. The prices were very fair and portions were ample. I ordered my 3 favorite Thai items: Chicken Tom Kha soup, Beef Panang, and veggie Pad Thai. The Tom Kha soup was delicious 5 stars. The Pad Thai was phenomenal! Also 5 stars and my favorite Pad Thai of all the area Thai restaurants. The Beef Panang was delicious. The sauce was much thinner than I'm used to but it was very tasty nonetheless. I ordered a 4 out of 5 spice. It wasn't as spicy as I wished so next time I'll get a 5 out 5 aka Thai Hot spice level. I would rank this as 4 stars. I'll try it again for sure. The menu has your standard Thai offerings. It doesn't list what is gluten free which isn't delightful as someone gluten free. I only knew the items I ordered are gluten free from eating at other Thai restaurants so much. That would be my only recommendation for them to consider. There's probably many more things I could eat there that I'm not aware of which is why the gluten free menu would be helpful. The front of the menu does state vegan and gluten free options but doesn't denote what is what inside. The website doesn't either. I'll definitely go here again. Disappointing, asked for shrimp shumai got chicken. They were so soggy they tasted like loose scrambled eggs hanging off of a chicken meatball. Tom Kha soup with noodles and shrimp, flavorless. This is my go to place for Thai in Manchester. I have tried a bunch of other places but none of the others compares to this place. First, the food is amazing. Like all of it. I have not been disappointed in anything on the menu and I have tried most of it. Second, they are super fast. Most of the time the food is ready in 10 minutes, 15 if they are busy. My favorite is the drunken noodles and som tum (papaya salad). The drunken noodles has the same flavor as my favorite place back home and it that was a pleasant relief when I tried it. The som tum is the best I have ever tried from a restaurant. I like mine Thai style and it is amazing. Check out the pictures. If you have not tried this place, you are truly missing out on some great food. They even have delivery in house so you don't have to use door dash. They have a very nice online ordering app, but the food wasn't ready for more than 45 minutes after it said it would be ready and the person at the cashier was not polite or apologetic at all. He kept saying the estimated time in the app is wrong so everyone just has to wait at least 30 more minutes! Never thought there would be such delicious Thai in Goffstown! We ordered from here last night and were very satisfied with our dishes. The pineapple fried rice and fresh rolls were great (solid peanut sauce) but the pad Thai really blew me away. It was more flavorful than most places I've tried in New York City and Boston, with decent vegetables and interesting thin noodles. We tried Ubon Thai 2 Go last night for the first time, via delivery. I like to judge a restaurants food by take out or delivery, because so often - those customers get a lower quality product. First off, the ordering system online was simple, straightforward, and really easy to use. Second, the prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt and courteous and - YES IT IS TRUE - arrived HOT!!!!! Third, the food. Well I have to say. This was the best Thai I have had outside of NYC and the best money I've spent all month. We ordered the fried shumai (delicate and crispy and flavorful), the chicken spring rolls (perfect and the scallion dipping sauce was divine), chicken satay with the cucumber sauce... please please tell me how to make that cucumber sauce it was delicious! We also ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, which was so delicious, and the Pork Lo Mein - which I can honestly say was they best we have ever had. You know it's good when there's no leftovers!
