Service was pretty average. Usually go on Sunday's with my family, but it is pretty busy. Today we went and wasn't that long of a wait probably 5-10 mins. Food is good as well. It is spacious, only indoor dining no outdoor dining. If you would like a light meal I recommend getting the Tucks B.E.L.T (Bacon, Eggs, Lettuce, Tomato) it has and little add kick with a chipotle Mayo. read more

The service was excellent ambiance was just ok but the food was mediocre and way over priced. I had the classic breakfast. The scrambled eggs were nothing special, the house potatoes were undercooked and bland tasting like they were 2 days old and the toast was barely buttered. Their coffee was better than average but no big deal. My major gripe is the portions were very skimpy yet the price was way too high for the skimpy meal. Service! Totally rude waitress! Got to the restaurants 10 min wait! They were told a table for five people. 20 min later get a booth. Sure not room for five. Told the waitress and she's says I was told for four! Totally not true. Obviously did not listen. Can we put a chair? NO we can not. Do you have a table for five? My mom and tried Tuckers the other day and we were definitely impressed. For a Monday morning it was packed which is always a good sign. We started with a breakfast appetizer of Blueberry Coffee Cake which was excellent. For our breakfasts I had a caramel apple French toast which was fantastic but sooooo filling!! I also add their cheddar and bacon biscuit which is delicious!! My mom got the veggie omelet and she was also very happy. The only issue we found was regular customers were definitely treated better than new ones, which is always disappointing as it's not a good way to get new regulars. I went in wary, and with a $20 courtesy card from my first visit nearly 2 yrs ago. Thrilled to say we both loved this experience - both the food and service were exceptional (shout out to Brenda E)! Details - hubby and I split a steak and cheese omelette (no peppers) and an order of caramel coco loco pancakes. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious. Couldn't ask for better. We always bring our best friends from Maryland here when they visit from out-of-town. One of them has a couple of dietary restrictions and Tucker's is accommodating and has a lot of options for her. Food is consistently great and creative. Coffee is excellent. This review isn't about the food or the coffee, though. It's about the service. We went yesterday for a late breakfast. Kyle was our waiter. He was funny, engaging and attentive, but was very good about not interrupting conversation, noticing when we might need things, etc. When we left, we all talked about how great he was. In a world where it seems a lot of people in the service field are unhappy at their jobs and it shows at times, he was refreshing. I hope he feels appreciated! read more

WHAT has happened to this place!?!?!? The only good thing about it lately is that the staff is friendly. The pancakes were dry and tasteless-I thought they accidently gave me the 'gluten-free power' ones. The waitress got me new ones, but they were just as bad-she admitted that they have significantly reduced the size of the pancake! I don't see how that affects the taste, but she said they have not changed the batter, so that is the only explanation she could suggest. They were REALLY bad pancakes- I wasted my money. Tuckers is fantastic for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. There's usually a wait, so call ahead to get on the waitlist. The restaurant is clean, and bright, and very inviting. Service is always with a smile. The food is excellent. We literally have never had anything we didn't like. We had seen this string of local restaurants on TV recently so decided to give them a try as they had one not far from our house. The server was friendly and helpful with good ideas and even mentioned that they sold their rye bread (my wife's favorite). They took away the sweet potato home, fries our favorite but what they do have their French toast, yummy sugar they have a big nice Belgian. They have yummy pancakes. They have toast and eggs, vegetarian options. Just everything you can think of with table surface, which is good everyone trying to get in there and they're hiring their prices but the food still way worth it. I would go like a big group or like with a lot of people I wouldn't just go like as a couple although it's romantic if you want like that whole big experience you're probably not gonna be able to get all of it because you really need to focus on getting something yummy and if you get something bad and try to spend a little and you're not gonna have this great experience so we do every time. read more

My second time at a Tuckers but first time at this location. The food was very comparable to its other location in Concord. It was very good, fresh, and tasty. We went late morning on Friday and had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated. The avocado toast was massive, with heaping amounts of avocado, the pricing was cheap, and we added 2 eggs on top of the toast for $2.58 more. Definitely room for left overs. I ordered Erica's Breakfast Melt. It was my mistake that I didn't realize it did not come with any meat on it. I was disappointed in the mistake but the sandwich was really good and had great flavor from the chipotle aioli, the grilled ciabatta was fresh and perfectly toasted. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Sedona Skillet, he hasn't stopped talking about it. We will definitely be making another appearance at Tuckers but maybe another location to change things up a bit. We were in a larger group of 10 on a Saturday morning. A tough test that they aced. Serviced by 2 waitresses, our order taking was quick. The wait was hardly noticeable. I had the sausage and gravy biscuit. Creamy & smooth gravy over a warm flaky biscuit with chunks and slivers of tasty sausage. An excellent choice for a busy day ahead. Next to me, a hearty 3 egg omelet oozing with ham, cheese, peppers & taste, surrounded by grilled hash browns. Across from me, classic pancakes with syrup that was top notch. I should also mention that the coffee was perfect with non-stop refills. Tucker's has several locations in NH, very good pricing in a clean, almost boisterous environment. Absolutely overrated. Usually skip this place due to the wait time, but had my second visit in 4 years because I was there at opening when it was empty. I just don't get the hype about this place. It's overpriced and just mid. Ordered the Irish Beni and the hollandaise sauce was coagulated and flavorless. Lacked any acid such as lemon. The hash seemed like it came from a can, and had a weird aftertaste. The home fries were diced so small they were difficult to fork, and none of the food was seasoned, at all. They offer free refills on soft drinks (even state it on the menu), but they just delivered a can to my table. $20 for a breakfast plate and a soft drink. Tipped $4. For all the hype regarding "locally sourced", "partner farmers", etc. they miss the mark. It's just forgettable breakfast food. Just not worth it. Prefer a greasy spoon where the pricing is realistic and the atmosphere isn't so pretentious. They'll continue to do well and they'll keep opening new restaurants. I just won't understand. Tucker's is now open in Bedford in the former Outback Steakhouse building. There are several Tucker's locations in Southern and Central New Hampshire including restaurants in Merrimack, Hooksett, and Concord nearby. Tucker's is a very popular restaurant serving breakfast (all day) and lunch (11am-2pm).   The food served at Tuckers is excellent and the portions are generous. It is on the pricier side (Bedford pricing, lol) with higher quality breakfast & lunch. Gluten free items are also available. The interior of the restaurant was redone and is a bright modern looking eatery with hard wood flooring and light green painted walls and wood panel partitions. This space is slightly bigger than the Hooksett location. There are framed photos of printed art and farm related photos. The dining room has booth and table seating. I've been to the Merrimack, Hooksett and Concord locations for breakfast and those locations are usually very busy on the weekends with lines and waits to get in for a table. I highly recommend getting to Tuckers early! I stopped in at the new Bedford location for breakfast during opening week. There was no wait when I arrived here at 7:25 am on a Saturday. I will note that the place was getting very busy while I was eating breakfast. I started out with a big mug of fresh brewed pumpkin coffee ($3.10) and raw sugar (brown packets) was a choice. I ordered a Fall Special, the Sweet & Savory ($13.99), 2 local eggs any style (got scrambled), grilled pumpkin tea bread, house potatoes, grilled maple sausage, and baked beans. The food came out about in 15 minutes after ordering. I was given ketchup in a plastic cup and hot sauce upon request. The scrambled eggs were firm and fluffy. The grilled house potatoes were fresh cut diced , lightly grilled and soft. The grilled sausages were very firm and needed to be cut. The baked beans had a semi sweet flavor and the two grilled thick slices of the pumpkin tea bread were soft and sweet.  I finished my big breakfast plate and also given a refill on the pumpkin coffee, I was definitely good to go afterwards!  The check was dropped off after I finished my food. Overall, the Sweet &  was great and very filling. The service was courteous and attentive. The Bedford Tucker's should do very well given the very close proximity to other popular breakfast/brunch spots like the Friendly Toast and the Purple Finch, adding other great local breakfast and lunch options. read more

It was plentiful and good especially the hash brown potatoes.
