This newish spot in DT Manchester is so stunning, whoever decorated has great taste. Sat at the bar with my work bestie and we started with cocktails, that bartender was very friendly and made the drinks super fast. Delicious Cosmo here (not on the menu but it's my go to order). We had calamari and the truffle risotto as apps. Both were done beautifully. The risotto was the favorite, super addictive, we couldn't stop eating it. I ordered the lasagna for my entree and the portion was larger than I expected and it was so incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend that dish. My friend ordered the cedar plank salmon and although it was cooked well, everything on the plate was under seasoned. He had me tast the cauliflower mash and it was so bland. After asking for salt and pepper it was much better but overall a disappointment considering how out of this world the other food was. read more

Lets just say this is one of the absolute best restaurants north of Boston that we have been to in a very long time. We sat at the main bar and Nick & Adam were absolutely amazing. The food was great. Even Owner Robert Singer came over to us to check in to make sure absolutely everything was perfect. We got ALL of the specials tonight and not one thing disappointed. By far one of the best restaurants in Manchester and anything north of Boston. This place showed up on our Amex Resy and it had blown us away at how special a place this is. We had started with Oysters and a Meatball app, then transitioned to the 2 seafood mains that were on the specials, and finished with a tiramisu and a molten lava cake that was phenomenal. Just spent Mother's Day lunch at Bravo Restaurant in Manchester, NH, and let me say, it was absolutely outstanding! Only open since October, and this place is already impressive. The ambiance is beautiful, classy, elegant, and perfectly lit. The décor is breathtaking, with a full liquor bar, separate wine bar, and an outdoor patio that will be perfect for summer evenings. There's plenty of off-street parking and it's conveniently located across from a paid parking lot as well. I ordered the lobster crab stuffed haddock with asparagus and mashed potatoes, my daughter got the grilled chicken Caesar salad, and my husband had the fried chicken brunch with home fries, eggs, and cornbread. For dessert we shared the warm apple crisp, and it was delicious! Our server Emily was incredibly friendly, attentive, and sweet, and she truly made Mother's Day feel extra special for me. I came here with my fiance and his family for his birthday and the holidays. I'll start by saying that my server Emily was wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, and upbeat! The ambiance and decor of the restaurant was very nice and modern, upscale. Bathrooms were also beautifully done! This is a newer restaurant in the area, and I think there are a few things to work on. We had a reservation for 7PM and arrived early (around 6:40PM) and waited for our table. We did not get seated until 7:25PM - the staff told us that the table that was supposed to be ours had been sitting there for a very long time. If you know you have a reservation coming, please consider a back up plan for things like this. The bread plate had a mix of baguette, sweet roll, dinner roll, and a few others. It came with a side of garlic herb butter which was nice. French onion soup came out piping hot with a great amount of Gruyère to soup ratio! We ordered the Chilean sea bass pad Thai, the sole special with orzo and asparagus, seafood casserole with a baked potato, and the crab and lobster stuffed haddock. Chilean sea bass - the fish was perfectly cooked, delicate, tender, and had a nice crust. My favorite fish of the night. The "pad thai" was more of a peanut noodle dish, the sauce had more peanut butter flavor than the classic tangy tamarind sauce you expect with pad thai. It would be more accurate had they had advertised it as peanut noodles instead. The daily special sole with vegetable orzo and asparagus had a very flavorful butter sauce with what looked like caramelized onions and herbs. The sole itself was not as tender as the sea bass, but the butter sauce really made it tasty. The vegetable orzo was also delicious and the asparagus was well cooked. It was our most expensive dish of the night at $74 (the others were more like $38-$45) Seafood casserole - I only tried a little bit, but my family thought it was tasty. It was served with a baked potato with butter and no other toppings and asparagus. They wished the baked potato came with more toppings or maybe a different choice of side would go better. The crab and lobster stuffed haddock unfortunately was cold by the time our food was served. Not much flavor in the fish or topping either. Some folks had some sediment in their wine, which may not necessarily be the restaurant's fault so much as the vineyard. When we were given the dessert menu, one of the menus was different from the others and turns out one of them was the old dessert menu that was supposed to be replaced. Not really a big deal by itself and again may have to do with being a newer restaurant. We got the eggnog cheesecake for our birthday dessert. Eggnog is not my favorite flavor, and the person who loves eggnog also did not enjoy the cheesecake which I was surprised about. It tasted about how I expected, if you like eggnog and cheesecake you'd probably enjoy it. Overall, I think a lot of small things sorta added up and unfortunately made it a mediocre experience (especially for a birthday dinner). I do think the restaurant has some promising food, and if they work through some logistical things I think it would be up there in best restaurants in the area. read more

This posting is for Bravo Restaurant, which is under the same management as Cafe at Bravo, located 2 doors down. Bravo Restaurant opened in October 2025 on Hanover Street across from the Palace Theatre. They had their soft opening last week (October 15-16). This modern restaurant and bar is now open for dinner and drinks. The space offers 2 full-service bars with padded seating including the wine bar room to the right, main bar room in the middle and small dining room to the left. The small dining room and wine bar also has table seating with padded seating and boothback seating and there are high top tables in the main bar room. The food menu offerings include a selection of appetizers, soups, chowder, salads, burgers, steaks, seafood, short ribs, chicken, pasta dishes and a dessert menu. The drink menu offers 10 draft beers, bottle/can beers, long wine list, signature cocktails, mixed drinks, and dessert drinks. The prices are on the higher side. I stopped by Bravo Restaurant for dinner after work on a cloudy evening. I had made an online reservation and arrived here before 5pm. I was seated at the wine bar (my choice) and given heavy menus to look at. Since I was here for food, I requested a cold tap water and was given complementary hot baked bread pieces and soft herb butter. I placed my order for Chicken Tenders ($14 plus tax) and the Chicken Miso Ramen ($20 plus tax). The Chicken Tenders came out first, which was comprised of 6 good sized crunchy cornflake coated chicken tenders (very tender & light), served with carrots, celery, bleu cheese, and house BBQ sauce on the side. The chicken tenders served here are undeniably legit in the Chicken Tender Capital. For dinner, the Miso Chicken Ramen was served in a big bowl with tonkatsu broth, soft ramen noodles, chopped chicken cashu, bamboo shoots, shoyu, egg, miso, charred leek oil, wooden ladle & chopsticks provided. This ramen soup was very hot and filling, perfect for a cloudy evening. I ate about half the ramen dish and got a plastic quart container to go so I could get dessert. For dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding ($13 plus tax) had two warm soft toffee cakes , caramel sauce, whipped cream & a scoop of vanilla gelato. The check was presented which was $51 with tax and before tip. The service was professional and I received my food in courses in timely fashion. The wine bar was getting busy as I dined with folks with reservations filling up the seats at the wine bar and nearby tables. The main bar room had open seating. I would definitely back again to try their pasta dishes and other appetizers. read more

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Bravo! restaurant after my wife took me there last night, December 12th, for my birthday. She had heard great things about it from her doctor, who called it the best restaurant in Manchester, NH. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and amazing colors. The establishment is spacious, featuring two full bar areas--one for reservations and one for walk-ins--and plenty of seating. The menu variety is enormous, covering seafood, steaks, pasta, and more. My seafood casserole was out of this world--fresh and delicious--and my wife's short ribs were outstanding, unlike anything I've tasted before. While I hesitate to give such high praise knowing how busy it will become, Bravo! truly deserves a standing ovation for such a wonderful night of food and service. read more

The female owner & executive chef / owner we having a discussion about a pay check, ID ( In my view unprofessional to be having this discussion in a public setting. First time at Bravos and last . food was subpar I got the haddock piccata fish was under cooked sauce was soup no lemon flavor I was told that it came with Brussels sprouts but came with asparagus. I was not given any other option cause I guess kitchen didn't notify server. My wifes meal was also soupy and The pasta filled with mushrooms you could not taste the mushrooms lacking flavor. We also waited 20 minutes to receive our second drink order. I find a bit over priced for what you get. Service was subpar. And the lobster ragoons didn't have lobster flavor. I also ordered a lemon drop and didn't taste that well the liquor that was used was not great. They label on their website as fine dining I don't feel that it was. I don't mind paying for good food but this place didn't hit that mark. read more

Manchester's newest upscale restaurant is a true gem. From the decor, bar and location on Hanover Street, directly across from the Palace theater, it is a fantastic addition to the Manchester dining scene. Service is top-notch, drinks are creative and the food is just fantastic. Had the most delicious filet mignon, done to perfection and served with creamed spinach. My wife loves the seafood casserole but tried the Seabass last night, which was also outstanding. Have not had a bad experience here, and would highly recommend without qualification. read more

I order the chicken ramen. I arrived too hot to eat. Had to wait 15 minutes before I could eat it. It came with large pieces of chicken. You cannot cut chicken that's inside a bowl of ramen. I had to use the chopsticks provided to tear the pieces apart. The service was good and I enjoyed my cider donut drink. read more

Came here Sunday at 5 after show at Palace. Reservation under my name, my daughter paid the bill...my birthday. Had a hard time finding a suitable dry red wine, but finally settled on one...not a favorite. we had calamarI app, which was great. I settled on a mushroom stuffed "ravioli" type of dish. The pasta was tough and very doughy. I felt it needed to be rolled quite a bit thinner. Daughter had the short ribs which arrived with a hugh fat flap, something I have never seen on short ribs. She had to scrape meat off to get a serving of reasonable size. She said the accompanying polenta and vegetable were very good. I never did eat my entree, but had a little bit of my daughter's rib meat. I found it flavorful, but very greasy. Never did eat my entree, sent it all back to be disposed of along with the greasy beef. Finally decided on dessert cocktails. she seemed to like hers, but mine was sicky sweet. Wait staff never acknowledged my birthday status...not even a happy birthday! Even though it was noted on my reservation. i did get a clam chowder to go as I was still quite hungry. The big issue came about an half hour or so, when the both of us started throwing up everything we had eaten that night...Both of Us!! My kid worked from home on Monday as she was afraid to be away from a toilet. I thru out the clam chowder...for fear of it making me ill. I think the culprit was the short ribs as she was far sicker than I who only had a bit of the meat...though when it came up it brought everything else I had consumed at Bravo that night. So, sick, hungry and terribly disappointe. I had high hopes for this lovely restaurant, but think I will stick to my old favorites for at least a while. Tried this new place last night 12/28. Very clean and shinny, hope it stays that way. Food was excellent and you can easily change the sides to match your taste. Went To Bravo for Mothers Day today and was somewhat disappointed. The server in the private room was very attentive, almost to the extreme. We were there literally 3 minutes when he asked what we wanted to drinkGranted, it wa a Holiday of sorts and people have reservations every 90 minutes but REALLY! Anyway, we ordered our drinks and a Charcuterie board which was great. We ordered what I assume was a pre fix menu as I didn't see the items that were on the regular menu. I ordered the Salmon which was swimming in some kind of green oil which would have landed me in the ER if I had eaten it. My daughter ordered something that had a lot of mushrooms which she wanted. She took her's and mine home. She is a bartender in another Manchester establishment and I "get it", you help one another out, but I will NEVER go to Bravo on a Holiday again. I frequent the Palace so I will definitely try Bravo again just NOT on a Holiday. Looking foward to my next adventure at Bravo! read more

Went to Bravo last night for dinner for the first time. I could tell right from the start that our server Curtis was going to be great. He proved me right and was awesome from beginning to end! Our food was amazing too! The salmon I ordered was made to perfection along with the yummy sides. Any of the staff, along with the Sous chef and manager, were so nice and friendly.
