We ordered three sandwiches tonight and only received two. We also only got a small French fries instead of the large we ordered. Where is the quality control here?!? We drove 20 minutes to pick up our order and when we discovered the error, we had to drive the 20 minutes back to get our missing sandwich. They neither offered to deliver it to us or reimburse us for the error (we paid cash). How is this error our fault or our responsibility to resolve?!? read more

D'Angelo's is no doubt the worst customer service company in New Hampshire. The staff at the Manchester location are unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. If you order on line the order will not be filled.When you show them the confirmation their comments were " it's not our fault , it's the websites ". All the rewards programs are fake and agin the staff tells you " I don't know what to tell you ". You wonder why they are closing stores !!! read more

Ordered the lobster roll. Everything was off. The lobster by itself, too much mayo and it didn't taste as good as it used to. May have been borderline spoiled. Something was off. The roll by itself tasted horrible. Like maybe the worst quality margarine was used for grilling. It tasted inherently unhealthy. Eating all ingredients together made it no better. Strongly recommend not ordering this. BTW, D'Angelos used to have the best turkey until a few years ago they cheaped out and switched to deli turkey. I ordered something different this time and wasn't disappointed. I got the BLT and clam chowder. I have had the clam chowder before, and it never disappoints. I ordered a BLT, which was new to me, and I was very pleased with it. The service is always good and courteous. I prefer going to the one on Perimeter Rd in Manchester. I haven't eaten at D'Angelo's for a number of years. For some reason, I had a craving for their pastrami and Swiss. I had a three dollar off coupon if I did a online order and got a large for seven dollars! Upon arrival, nobody was in the restaurant and it was nice to see it was absolutely spotless inside. All women running the place, which was interesting and a pleasant surprise to see in a restaurant business. I was greeted right away and told they were almost done making my large sandwich. After I got home and opened it up, I noticed that they had completely changed the pastrami that I was used to years ago. Granted, they are using A very lean kind of pastrami which is much healthier. But, I was having a craving for the old fatty pastrami because it has way more flavor. If I was wearing a blindfold, you could've told me it was roast beef that I was eating, once I bit into it. I was so bummed out. Like other reviewer's had mentioned the bread to meat ratio is like 70/30. I literally felt like I ate a loaf of bread by the time I was done eating it. The sandwich was OK, but nowhere near as flavorful as what I remembered with the old pastrami they used to use. So, I was kind of bummed out. Since they have good service and the place is clean I may try the steak number nine. That was also a favorite of mine back in the day. The bread to meat ratio is not the best, but with the coupon it's not a bad deal for a large. You'll see from the picture that a quarter of the sub has no meat at all. So if I do end up getting a steak number nine I may just cut that end of the roll off so I'm not consuming so much plain bread. read more

The cook did a great job making my sandwich. I ordered a BBQ chicken. Great flavor and it was packed with ingredients so much I had to ask for a fork to eat it! The wait staff was friendly and accommodated my needs (a fork!) About ten minutes wait time for cooking, but well worth it and the lobby was tidy and not busy. Most of the seating is small 2 person tables. They are kinda tight, but I was ok with it. I would go back again and will recommend. read more

I came in not ever being here before. This was the closest place to my hotel and I wanted something healthy to eat. The Cashier Jessica gave exceptional service. She gave me suggestions, I asked her about calories in the bowls and she brought out a guide book with all the calories. Then she gave me a sample of the pecan salad and they gave me the option to customize a healthy wrap. My family and our dogs are staying in homewood suites very close to dangelos on perimeter rd. We placed an order on line as we were exhausted after a day of packing and piling things on truck. The order seemed to go through and I got a verification receipt including our entire order and pricing. Shortly later I got a call from a deangelos saying that they have a receipt of our order being paid for but there is no food attached to the order. After a long wait we decided to cancel the online order and do one over the phone which I was, after placing the order, told I would have to come in to pick up the order...the very last thing we wanted to do after a physically exerting day of moving. I gave her my card number again after which the delivery ppl who had received there was a pickup and obviously didn't know there was no food attached to the order. They got the food here in no time however many parts were wrong. My husband's sandwich was the only correct item. We ordered 2 large broccoli cheddar soups and 3 Pepsi's and got clam chowder instead. My steak and cheese was to have only lettuce, provolone, tomatoes and Mayo. What I got was American chz which I can't stand, loads of green peppers and onions which I had to take a fork to pick out as much as I could. No lettuce and literally 1 slice of tomato on a large sandwich. I tried to eat it but the taste of onions and peppers permeated it so I could only take a few bites. I expect a lot more when I'm spending around $60 for just a couple items. I called to ask for the manager and was put on hold and forgotten about. Awesome service, very friendly staff! Our food was served to our table quickly and tasted delicious. I was with my 4 year old son at the time who wanted meatballs but doesn't eat the sub rolls, without having to ask the kind cashier offered to give him just meatballs in a bowl, and when the food was delivered to us there was a knife already on my plate and she told us it was there if we needed to cut up the meatballs for him. Towards the end of the meal the lady from behind the counter came back to our table and gave my son a free cookie which she said was "just because he's so cute". Horrible sandwich, I came in at noon and the place was very busy. But my sandwich was Horrible, I waited over 20 minutes for it. I ordered a steak, cheese and mushroom on Multigrain-medium. I got a sandwich with, steak, ketchup, some mushrooms, not many and thrown in cheese, not even melted. I am not happy with this. Even a dog won't eat it.........
