Food is always fresh. Service is great. And very important to me is cleanliness. I don't want someone making my food and taking cash with the same gloves on. I also pay attention to when people change their gloves as needed. read more

We ordered by phone to try to expedite the process, but instead it took LONGER than if we had just come in and ordered. Their sandwiches are usually pretty good but this location isn't as consistent as Exeter, NH store. read more

Ughhh. Where to start? First off let me say, I like Jersey Mikes and will be back to this location, but they've got some work to do. It absolutely pains me to say this, but the girls have GOT to step it up. Let me tell you about our most recent visit. There was probably 3-5 groups of people waiting impatiently when we walked in. Bad sign already. The girl cutting the meat and cheese didn't even look up at us when we walked in. She had 5 to 6 sandwiches laid out under the machine. She was cutting cheese for all the sandwiches, then cutting one meat for all the sandwiches, then the second meat for all the sandwiches. The point is, she was building ALL the sandwiches together. The poor guy on the line was waiting and twiddling his thumbs because he couldn't start dressing any sandwiches. He was literally just standing there staring at her, like he couldn't believe it either. After about five minutes she finally looked up at us and told us she would be with us. She continued to finish the rest of the sandwiches, which took almost 10 minutes then she looked up and asked "do you know what you want" Yes, of course we do. We've had almost 15 minutes to stare at you and the menu. No "sorry" or "thank you for the wait", nada. Why not build the sandwiches one order at a time? The poor guy on the line was then SLAMMED with all the sandwiches at once when he could've gotten the orders out faster if he was dressing some as she built the next order. Sounds reasonable right? The complaint here is the time. In total we were waiting about 10-15 mins to even have our order taken and then waited an additional almost 10 for the sandwiches. This is the third time I've been there recently that this has happened with the girls. Never the guys (uhhh my girl brain is pissed at me for saying this). A little training is necessary to get these sandwiches out in a timely manner. I see from recent complaints, it's not just me. read more

First time going to Jersey Mike's I would say it's just OK. If you really want a good sandwich the franchise Sub Station is 100% better.

We always get the Italian. We flew in from Chicago today. Long day. All I thought of was fast, yummy,and I love Jersey Mikes. Thank goodness you were 5 minutes from where we were staying. I was so impressed watching those young men slice that meat and cheese, then build that perfectly delicious Sandwich! Had a LARGE Turkey sub with L, T, Onion and light mayo. For $16.00, I expect to get my money's worth - I didn't. It was thin deli turkey, NOT sliced ROASTED TURKEY. For just TWELVE ($12.00) DOLLARS at area independent sub shops, I get REAL roast turkey and MORE of it than what Jersey Mike's is attempting to foist on the unwitting public. First time customer. Ordered a lg. roast beef sub, which was very good but no better than a dozen other places in the area. Quite pricey in my opinion. Place - including the mens room - was very clean and the young man who waited on me was pleasant. Would not rule out coming again if in the neighborhood. read more

I'm normally not one to do this but I'm really disappointed in a place we love to go to since it's close to our home and has the best subs. On 9/11 I placed an online order at 2:29 for ahead of time pick up for 3:58.( an hour and a half before) I ordered ahead because I was short on time this day and only had time about a half hour to pick it up and run it to my family, eat quickly then head to something else that was planned. When I walked in at 4:05pm there was no one else there and the workers were all just standing around. I go to the pick up spot and see my name on a bag with no subs. I then ask the person at the counter and she responds we are still working on it. Since you can see behind the counter... there is nothing being cooked... I see them then grab the raw steak and throw it on the grill. Then when complete the other worker asks the person where the third sub is, again this one has not even been started. Around 430 they hand me all three subs and says sorry for the wait and starts walking away. I say excuse me is there anything more you can do for me, and they say the best I can do is offer you a free soda. (I'm sorry but what is this gonna do for me and if you were gonna do that then you should of did it when I was waiting) she added that there was a big rush ( which again you didn't have a big rush bc you were all standing around when I walked in). I didn't say anything of this bc I realize it may just not be one persons fault but the least this place can do is offer to take one sub off or give you a gift card for next time. I'm disappointed if this will be the last time we go bc of how poorly this was treated ( we've already told some family and friends and they seem to agree). read more

I've been twice now. Pretty good. I love the bread. I do think that the paper they wrap the subs in should start with the meat cutter and not at the end. I don't like my sub just sitting on the counter. Besides that service was good both times. read more

Really awful food. Ordered the "giant" (aka Large) Philly Cheese Steak. Not sure what they get for steak but WAY lower quality than any other steak and cheese around here. Go to Nadeaus and compare that against JM. No contest. Girlfriend got Turkey and cheese. Same slicer used for everything. Great they slice it but not so great that every meat and cheese cut on the same dirty slicer. Low end meats for sure. Definitely not a boars head or anything like that. Last two visits to this location have been a disappointment. The chicken sub had more bread then chicken and way to much sauce. The Italian sub had more ham then other meats, I would like to see an equal amount of each even if that means less ham, all I could Tast was the ham, may as well have been called a ham sub. THE BREAD WAS HARD, when I mentioned it to the preparer he said he was sorry and shrugged his shoulders and said it was late in the day. I notice huge improvements at this Jersey Mikes! The staff are now very organized and have excellent customer service skills. My subs have been made perfectly, and the ingredients are fresh. Whoever made changes there knows how to run a good business. Kudos to Jersey Mikes! I'll be visiting a lot more now. read more

The tuna sub was outstanding. My wife and I got a giant and it was easily enough for two people. Delicious.

WOW! I can see why the parking lot is always busy! This was our first visit, but won't be the last thanks to Jamel & Anthony. What a welcoming crew and fantastic job creating a wonderful first experience. The food is fresh (love the bread), excellent quality veggies and "Mikes way" is the way to go. Walked in, a ton of people were waiting at the pick up area. Ordered a cold sub and a hot sub. Cold sub was completed in 2 minutes. The hot sub took legit 55 mins to be prepared and handed to us. There is 1 small grill and 1 person manning it. 3 people making cold subs. Give the grill person some assistance! read more

Went to the So. Willow location twice both times the subs were wrong. Got a attitude from the kid behind the counter. I will be going to the Londonderry NH location from now on. Much more training is needed for the south willow location. read more

Stopped by today to check out jersey mikes for my first time ever. I ordered a mini tuna sub I skipped the oregano and added a smear of hots. The tuna salad was good and the veggies were fresh and tasty and I was impressed that they truly only put a smear on. My only suggestion to them would be put the appropriate amount of the tuna on the sandwich I had a 1/4 inch from the edge of the sandwich that had no tuna. If I'm paying good money for a sub please make it so I feel I'm getting my money's worth. The sub and a small bag of chips was $10 so not to bad and I was full when I finished it. Over all it was good and I'll definitely come back to try another kind of sub. read more
