For a simple, tasty, timely and nutritious lunch, can't go wrong at this locale. Came here while shopping in the area. The place is ample, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and polite, younger folk who were very conscientious. Nice to deal with them. My tuna salad mini was superb. Definitely fresh. Nice place overall. Will be back. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

A few months ago, I came into this Jersey Mike's to order a kids meal and asked if I could substitute the bottled water for a fountain drink in a kids cup, which every other Jersey Mike's I've been to has done without any issue. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I "didn't know what I was talking about," and insisted they had never done that before. The interaction was so unpleasant that I avoided this location for the next 3-4 months and drove to another Jersey Mike's instead. I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn't been mistaken all along. On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise. I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make. She completely turned my opinion of this location around. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Picking the stale part off my sandwich. - Sandwiches Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

I said is that honey mustard? she said YES! it look like regular mustard got home it was NOT honey mustard! not a great sub ! Maybe ask another associate if you are not sure, not tasty at all! Everything else was good! But listen to the customer, and give them what they want. read more

Talk about a great 1st experience with Jersey Mike's Subs! I was impressed with my sub & already signed up for rewards & downloaded their app! I was able to place an order for delivery at 5am through their website, scheduled for delivery for 3:45pm to my place of work. It was SO easy! They partner with Door Dash. I wasn't sure which sub to get, but I ordered a Giant Number Four, completed the "Mike's Way" on a rosemary parmesan sub roll. I loved the cured meats on this sandwich & wanted to have something different. I'd customize it next time to double up on the meat & have it on white bread. They do offer gluten free sub rolls! The Door Dash driver was right on time. The order was correct. No complaints about a thing. Sure, it got costly with delivery fee & tip to the driver (overall $26.00 for a sub) but still worth it. My husband & I shared the Giant sub; it's 15". They had it cut into 4 sections. It was the perfect amount for the 2 of us (filling!). I might've been full but I because it was so good I had to finish it! I cannot wait to try another sub from this place! My husband & I want to visit the new location in Rochester to enjoy a hot sub & check out the atmosphere. Be ready for my next review! read more

Ordered two ex-large subs online today after church. Were ready before the specified pick up time. Minimal interaction with staff but what there was was cordial and courteous. Subs are pricy but size and quality go a long way in justifying the cost. My wife and I were very happy with our lunches and plan to become frequent customers. read more

We had our first Jersey Mike's sub a few weeks ago. We got the Italian, and it was delicious! Really soft roll, with just enough "chewiness". The sandwich was loaded with meat, cheese and veggies. Can't wait for our next sub. We're going to try out another one! Great to have a Jersey Mike's in Concord! read more

Delicious food. Watched them cut the meat and the cheese for the sandwich. We got here before the rush and the places smelled like our order. Got the mouth watering and after the first bite and didn't stop. The downside is, the sandwich is not spicy. There is a good failover but if your looking for spice this not for you read more

they put hardly any meat on my sub and then my buddy got his cheesesteak and barely any meat on his too. like we are paying for these I don't know why they are so small. leaving this review for all future customers to avoid getting tiny ass subs read more

I went in there on June 19th at just before 7:00 with my two kids to get subs after a soccer game. There were 3 people working and making subs, I presume for Online orders. We were the only customers in the store. My kids stood in line for 5 min waiting to order. No one looked up at them or even acknowledged their presence. Finally I said "I realize you are making subs for orders but when can we order and expect a sub". The person just looked at my like it was an odd question and said "no idea, we are swamped". I just left and used it as an example to my kids for when they get jobs to not act that way. Just really disappointed as the service at the west Lebanon shop, where we live, is top notch. I will never go to this one again read more

I never eat there. I always take my sub to go. But it's fast service and the subs are big and they're not Cincy on the meat. Each different sub I've gotten was wonderful. read more

Every time I order online they mess up at least 2 subs and we had to drive 20 minutes to there 20 minutes back then have to back because the put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag so we got the wrong sandwiches. we had ordered 4 subs and only one was correct. when we walked in the floor was a mess and it just looks like they only clean once or twice a week. I also saw 2 broken lightbulbs. read more

Excellent subs, always fresh and delicious. I usually get the chipotle cheesesteak or the Italian Mikes way. Service is quick & efficient. No ambience but it's a sub shop for Chrissakes. read more

We came in to order subs. My daughter who has celiac disease, asked for a gluten free sub. The employee taking our order was very rude about it and rolled his eyes. Very disappointed. We will not be back to this location read more

Always get a great sub and the service is superb! Love the location . Get the Italian with mayo and oil!

Food is good but watched a boy touch money and then with the same gloves grab my sandwich and put the toppings on it.. Then with those same gloves wiped his nose and continued with the next costumers behind me. Disgusting. read more

Came here for the first time get a sandwich, was welcomed with an employee stating they did not have anymore lettuce. How are you missing an ingredient that's apart of a majority of your menu choices when there's two supermarkets within a 5 minutes walking radius? read more

will never return to this place.. the behavior of all but one staff member was appalling. The tables were dirty, the counter was dirty, the young man making our subs left them on the dirty counter unwrapped and walked away..WTH!!! the so called shift supervisor told us to leave the establishment for suggestion the staff cleaned the counter and table tops instead of sitting out back laughing and yelling, they were so loud I could hardly hear the poor girl at the register, who had to call the so called shift manager several times before she even responded. the one girl, or lady, who was not participating in the back room recreations, wiped our table, and gave us discount cards, and apologized profusely which we appreciate, and will use the discounts, just not at this place. Horrible behavior, you should be embarrassed by this performance the concord NH jersey mikes is the worse place ever read more

Obviously Ft Eddy hasn't opened yet but my wife and I LOVE the Merchant's Way location. Friendly staff and wonderful sandwiches!

Being a native New Yorker, I was very reluctant to try a sub shop touting themselves as "Jersey", but I finally gave in today. Danny DeVIto after all! What a disappointment! My first concern was how the bacon at the end of the food prep area was not protected from customers, who could easily reach in and contaminate the bacon, let alone steal some. But I went ahead and ordered the Jersey Shore Favorite which sounded like a take on a classic Italian sub. For the amount of cheese and capicola, sadly it was a glorified boiled ham sub for $9! Two young women proceeded to prep my sub. It's interesting how the ham is scrunched up so it seems like you're getting more than you really are. What was totally unbelievable however, was how the one proceeded to wrap my sub. She brought it over close to the register, laid it directly on the counter, got the paper, dropped toppings on the counter as she eventually wrapped my sub. I said I couldn't believe how she placed the sub on the counter. She just looked at me with this 'huh' look on her face. Is this how you train your sub makers in food safety?? All I can say is WOW!!! Don't expect to see me again any time soon!! read more
