When the store is stocked it's always delicious. The first of two issues is the fact they run out of food quickly, this is due to the fact it's a popular restaurant however it shouldn't happen as much as it does. The other issue is the fact the store is often messy. The service is great and the ambiance is ruined due to the messy dining area. read more

This location can be hit or miss when it comes to what items are available. The staff are usually unfriendly and I noticed they charged my card double for a simple order! read more

Small portions, unfriendly staff. Never have I left a chipotle hungry until today. I don't review much but this one sucks!

I always love their Bowles so much but when they get door dashed I seem to a extremely small portion.

"Sorry, we're out of chicken" "Sorry, we are out of black beans" "Sorry, we are out of fajita veggies" This place is a joke, out of multiple major ingredients while 4 people in the back kitchen area chit chat and can't bring anything to the front. read more

Unfortunately I won't be back. The place is dirty. That's it. Nothing else is really worth mentioning. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to a lot of things, but a dirty restaurant grosses me out. They are either understaffed or undertrained. read more

The restrooms here are worse than a truck stop. The dining room is a total mess. The ice tea was empty. The chips had more salt than corn. It was crazy how bad this place is. read more

Food was inedible. Supposedly no guac, lettuce or queso, but as we spun on our heels in order to find another form of sustenance, they stopped us and offered veggies that were out, possibly for hours before our arrival in order to capture our fading attention. The putrid odors being diffused into the air from the kitchen and the homeless woman added to the ghetto ambiance of this struggling establishment. When our food arrived, it was frigid and tasted of grime and sludge from the kitchen sink. Edit: they were also out of the miscellaneous refreshments to the left of the soda fountain and fajita peppers, not to mention the hair in my comrade's chips that was discovered all too late. This was truly the most deplorable trip to chipotle I have had in my 16 years of existence, and I will be ruminating my poor decision of choosing chipotle as I ruin my septic with my bowel movement tonight. read more

I placed an order in the mobile app where I'll also be leaving a review. I always order burrito bowl with white rice, no beans, and barbacoa. I add on sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. There was no lettuce in my bowl, and I found a few jalapenos I think. Not to mention that the barbacoa was excessively spicy - I get that it can get spicy, but I've never had it that spicy. as for the place itself. it was disgusting. they were barely keeping their food separated. the floor was covered in trash and food, and the utensil area was in complete disarray. read more

Placed online order and when I went to pick up, the restaurant was disgusting. Food all over floor, trash bins over flowing, counter with straws and utensils a mess. I was very surprised with the condition of the interior. The place needs a deep cleaning. However, the girl that handed me my food was pleasant. read more

Although we all love a good chipotle, this is not one to. This restaurant is always dirty looking, they never have anything in stock, the workers look dirty, and their attitude is poor. But for the price and reputation, the quality and value has gone out the window. Considering former reputation. Given it a couple tries because I'm a fan of this chain but it has consistently been getting worse :-( read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a chipotle. They ran out of all meat?! They were extremely slow even though it was NOT busy . They acted annoyed that I had a large order...as if it was an inconvenience for them. Never said thank you. It seems like it's a bunch of bratty teenagers running the show without an adult to tell them how to provide good read more

This Chipotle in Concord is towards the bottom of the list of Chipotle locations I will go to. The staffing levels and service can be hit or miss, unfortunately they miss the mark more times than enough. I have waited 20-30 minutes past quoted pickup time for my online orders all the while they are taking care of walk in customers. Get your sh-t together Concord Chipotle!!! Do the promised and prepaid online orders first!!!! The Bedford Chipotle location is usually much better can run circles around this store! The only reason you get 2 stars is that you're not as bad as the Manchester Chipotle. read more

We were visiting from out of town. We are Chipotle regulars, so thought this would be a good, quick dinner. Sign on the door: No Queso, No Guac, No Lettuce, No Cash. I can handle food outages, as they are not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but not dirty tables and floors. There were plenty of people working at 7 pm to bus tables and sweep floors. We will not be back to this location. read more

The tables were all filthy and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. They had no chips, no ice, and the soda from the fountain tasted like bleach. While the food was tasty, the absolutely disgusting dining room set a negative tone and makes me wonder what the kitchen cleanliness is. Beware! read more

I have never been to a place multiple times in a row and walked out before ordering. Beware if you go there they won't have anything you need for a bowl. Whoever does the stock ordering here needs to find a new job! This place is a stain on chipotles everywhere. At least the people actually making the bowls are nice. read more

After six months, I tried this place again. Incredibly, this place got even worse than it was first time I reviewed it, six months ago! Original problems still all there---long lines, not enough staff, teeny portions, and bad staff attitude. But now (like other reviewers have noted), the place is FILTHY, and a lot of the major ingredients are MISSING. If I could give them 0 stars, I would Yet, don't believe me, believe the other 100+ reviews. In over 10 years of using Yelp, I have never run into a restaurant that has a 1.x average rating....until now! This has got to be one of the LOWEST rated eating establishments EVER listed on Yelp! The people have spoken. This place needs either new management or it needs to be shut down. Either way, I'm done--NEVER going into the Concord Chipotle again. read more

I've been to this one multiple times as it's not far from work and if I'm our on errands at lunch I stop here to grab something on the way back. I've been using the online-app the last few times and while it's OK, it feels like the options/choices are limited compared to ordering at the counter. I've had a couple times where the orders came out 10 minutes late from the time I listed for pickup but they were pretty busy each time. Now I just order and figure I'll pick up a bit after my requested time and that's worked the last 2 times. Always have had the burrito so can't tell much about the other options. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Large crowd, slow pickup - Mexican Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

Trust the 1 star reviews on this one. I'm not often compelled enough to leave a review about a restaurant, especially if I had a bad experience because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt... but seriously, just go somewhere else and don't waste your money here. The previous reviews saying they're understaffed? As someone who worked food service, they had plenty of employees considering 1 guy was manning the food bar while 3 other employees with seemingly nothing to do stood around chatting by the online orders, while the line stayed to the door. The guy actually making the food also completely avoided making eye contact, mumbled while taking our order, and had zero sense of urgency. We stood in that line for probably 15 minutes while he did everything himself and the girl at the register stood talking to the other 2. And when I finally sat down to eat, my bowl was cold and tasteless. Having been to countless Chipotles in various states over the years, I'm actually impressed at how bad it was. The steak was chewy and charred, and as far as the classic Chipotle steak flavor? It wasn't there- it was just like they threw a pinch of salt on the steak and cooked it to death. The guacamole was also just smashed avocados?? My whole bowl tasted so weird that I just tossed the entire thing and left. $46 I'll never get back. read more

Believe these reviews. Worst Chipotle around, and we are huge Chipotle fans. Every order is wrong or missing ingredients. If you are out of most of what we request, don't give us an empty bowl. Finding out when you get home has happened several times and yet we still give chances. No more, get it together! read more

This was absolutely putrid! The food was really cold. I found a hair in my food. They said they were understaffed and didn't have half the ingredients. Like how do you not have lettuce. The bathroom was also very gross. And both the inside and outside were filthy and gross. There's also always a sketchy homeless person outside their doors staring at other people. The staff looked also very dirty and musty read more

Every time I go in there they never have what most of the customers want. They never have any crunchy tacos, nor do they have any for fajita vegetables. Their excuse is always, , that they're understaffed. So aren't a lot of businesses! How hard is it to chop onions and green peppers in the morning? I mean, really? This is the dirtiest Chipotle's I've ever been to. The workers are outwardly rude and act as if they are doing you a really difficult favor just being there. I once stood at the front of a line for 15 minutes, the person ignored us all and refused to make eye contact with me. He then barked some orders at the woman at the register, who at least had a smile and tried to act normal. The last time I've ordered, the salsa was totally frozen.. they didn't make the tacos in an edible fashion, and they tasted honestly awful. I understand that it is a post-covid food shortage and staffing shortage world. I have never been rude to them. I try my best to be kind even when they are mean. I realize it's likely badly mismanaged and should just be shut down. My issue is mostly that people are going to get sick from the food. It's dirty.. I watched a dude go to the cruddy fooor to tie his show and not change his gloves. I should have spoken up. This place is a mess. Don't go here, go to Dos Amigos where the food is fresh and the workers actually care. read more

I would give 2.5 starts if I could. First: the positives. The food is good. There is one male employee who is super funny and makes little quips that always surprise me in a good way--he's a delight. The other employees are nice. The negatives: 8 out of 10 times in 2024 I have been to Chipotle---you have been out of guac---so I have left. I can justify the Chipotle experience if I get guac; if not, it's too much of a financial indulgence and not enough of a culinary one to justify the price. Do EIGHT times this year I have walked out. The other negatives are how unruly and sort of out of control the seating area seems. It's fairly filthy and the 2 times I did get a burrito the napkin dispensers were empty. You were also out of Izzy's Grapefruit Soda and the cashier didn't think to mention that you have a new seltzer with a grapefruit taste, but I spotted it and asked about it (no big deal). The other issue---and this is what contributes to the grimy 3rd World seating area conditions---is busloads of teams are coming in. So 3x additional times this year I haven't even checked if you have guac---and I have walked out----because there have been 30-35 kids in line. I guess that's a good "problem" to have, and I have no idea how you would work around it. Your employees work their bottoms off, both hustling thru the line efficiently (and being friendly) and quickly---so not sure there's anything to do. HOWEVER, as said, these masses of kids descending on Chipotle at one time contributes to the dining area being a gross sticky mess. SUMMARY: In 2024, I have 13 times have walked into this Chipotle--11 times walked out due to lines or no guacamole--only ordered TWO out of THIRTEEN visits. Not great odds. read more
