Food was inedible. Supposedly no guac, lettuce or queso, but as we spun on our heels in order to find another form of sustenance, they stopped us and offered veggies that were out, possibly for hours before our arrival in order to capture our fading attention. The putrid odors being diffused into the air from the kitchen and the homeless woman added to the ghetto ambiance of this struggling establishment. When our food arrived, it was frigid and tasted of grime and sludge from the kitchen sink. I placed an order in the mobile app where I'll also be leaving a review. I always order burrito bowl with white rice, no beans, and barbacoa. I add on sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. We were visiting from out of town. We are Chipotle regulars, so thought this would be a good, quick dinner. Sign on the door: No Queso, No Guac, No Lettuce, No Cash. I can handle food outages, as they are not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but not dirty tables and floors. There were plenty of people working at 7 pm to bus tables and sweep floors. The staffing levels and service can be hit or miss, unfortunately they miss the mark more times than enough. I have waited 20-30 minutes past quoted pickup time for my online orders all the while they are taking care of walk in customers. Get your sh-t together Concord Chipotle!!! Do the promised and prepaid online orders first!!!! The Bedford Chipotle location is usually much better can run circles around this store! I'm not often compelled enough to leave a review about a restaurant, especially if I had a bad experience because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt... but seriously, just go somewhere else and don't waste your money here. The previous reviews saying they're understaffed? As someone who worked food service, they had plenty of employees considering 1 guy was manning the food bar while 3 other employees with seemingly nothing to do stood around chatting by the online orders, while the line stayed to the door. The guy actually making the food also completely avoided making eye contact, mumbled while taking our order, and had zero sense of urgency. We stood in that line for probably 15 minutes while he did everything himself and the girl at the register stood talking to the other 2. And when I finally sat down to eat, my bowl was cold and tasteless. Having been to countless Chipotles in various states over the years, I'm actually impressed at how bad it was. The steak was chewy and charred, and as far as the classic Chipotle steak flavor? It wasn't there- it was just like they threw a pinch of salt on the steak and cooked it to death. I've been to this one multiple times as it's not far from work and if I'm our on errands at lunch I stop here to grab something on the way back. I've been using the online-app the last few times and while it's OK, it feels like the options/choices are limited compared to ordering at the counter. I've had a couple times where the orders came out 10 minutes late from the time I listed for pickup but they were pretty busy each time. Now I just order and figure I'll pick up a bit after my requested time and that's worked the last 2 times. Always have had the burrito so can't tell much about the other options. read more

This is the dirtiest Chipotle's I've ever been to. The workers are outwardly rude and act as if they are doing you a really difficult favor just being there. I once stood at the front of a line for 15 minutes, the person ignored us all and refused to make eye contact with me. He then barked some orders at the woman at the register, who at least had a smile and tried to act normal. The last time I've ordered, the salsa was totally frozen.. they didn't make the tacos in an edible fashion, and they tasted honestly awful. I understand that it is a post-covid food shortage and staffing shortage world. I have never been rude to them. I try my best to be kind even when they are mean. I realize it's likely badly mismanaged and should just be shut down. My issue is mostly that people are going to get sick from the food. It's dirty.. I would give 2.5 starts if I could. First: the positives. The food is good. There is one male employee who is super funny and makes little quips that always surprise me in a good way--he's a delight. The other employees are nice. The negatives: 8 out of 10 times in 2024 I have been to Chipotle---you have been out of guac---so I have left. I can justify the Chipotle experience if I get guac; if not, it's too much of a financial indulgence and not enough of a culinary one to justify the price. Do EIGHT times this year I have walked out. The other negatives are how unruly and sort of out of control the seating area seems. It's fairly filthy and the 2 times I did get a burrito the napkin dispensers were empty. You were also out of Izzy's Grapefruit Soda and the cashier didn't think to mention that you have a new seltzer with a grapefruit taste, but I spotted it and asked about it (no big deal). The other issue---and this is what contributes to the grimy 3rd World seating area conditions---is busloads of teams are coming in. So 3x additional times this year I haven't even checked if you have guac---and I have walked out----because there have been 30-35 kids in line. I guess that's a good "problem" to have, and I have no idea how you would work around it. Your employees work their bottoms off, both hustling thru the line efficiently (and being friendly) and quickly---so not sure there's anything to do. HOWEVER, as said, these masses of kids descending on Chipotle at one time contributes to the dining area being a gross sticky mess. SUMMARY: In 2024, I have 13 times have walked into this Chipotle--11 times walked out due to lines or no guacamole--only ordered TWO out of THIRTEEN visits. Not great odds. read more

We stopped by Chipotle for lunch yesterday (8/10/23) at 11:20 am. Hungry for a burrito I was really looking forward to it. When we got there, the only items they had available to put on a burrito was white rice and black beans, and the black beans looked a little dried out as if they were yesterday's leftovers. All of the other serving containers were empty. The employees were more than willing to make a burrito for me and didn't understand why I was upset about the situation.
