Stale tacos dirty staff. Not even a little bit edible. Can't believe I paid $15 dollars for this trash.

There are many staff members working and they are taking peoples drive through orders and telling them to come in to wait for their food to decrease drive thru times. Like I went through the drive thru because I have an injured foot....Tons of people standing in here with staff chatting hanging out. Ignoring customers that are saying "excuse me" blaring music. Like what is even going on and how is this even aloud. Is there just not a manager on duty or is this the standard norm? I would look into this if I was in charge of this establishment. read more

Just went to this location. When I went to counter I was told they could not take my order, I would have to use the computer screen. Told her I didn't want to. She again said she couldn't, only the manager and they weren't there. Asked mgr name. She didn't know?! Ask girl assembling orders (wearing taco bell jacket and hat) what the store number was. I would like to start off with saying I have had problems with this Taco Bell before. I see people standing around doing nothing while I wait for my order. They take forever to complete one order and they are always forgetting my cup for a drink. I had gone to this Taco Bell yesterday and they got it out faster than usual which I was pretty pleased with. I had ordered a crunch wrap with just one drink. I opened my crunch wrap and noticed bits of char on it meaning they are not cleaning the burners. I took around 3 bites and noticed a black hair in my wrap. I was absolutely disgusted. I went up to them and asked to just remake it the guy gave me a dirty look and said nothing and got his coworker. His coworker then asked me if it was a red hair I said "no it's black" and he said "oh well it's not mine". I was baffled because that was not the concern on who's hair it was and if your concerned about it being your hair then it should be up in a hair net. WON'T REFUND YOU for their mistakes! Please be careful! Fiancée and I ordered online for a quick dinner on 10/20 and picked up at the drive-thru. We've been to this location before, and the only difference this time was that we ordered ahead (a first time for us). We usually just order when we get there. Very slow service due to being understaffed, which we understand isn't their fault, but we are used to that from this location. On top of that, most of the employees are obviously unhappy with their jobs. The times that we've eaten inside, it appears fairly grimy, and it isn't uncommon for employees to be arguing with each other behind the counter. We just take/eat our food and go, no complaints. But this time, my fiancée noticed afterwards that she got charged twice for our online order of $31.43, making a total of $62.86 come out of her bank account. We were unable to go inside, because the front doors get locked fairly early, so we went back to the drive-thru. The employee at the speaker told us that we would need to either go online to request a refund or call their toll-free # for further assistance. Unfortunately, the only way to "contact" them through their website is a feedback page, which doesn't guarantee anyone getting back to you, stating that if they find something is wrong, they'll reach out to you at the email provided. So she gave them a call and after waiting for 20+ minutes was hung up on. After calling AGAIN and waiting yet another 20+ minutes, she finally got through to someone. After giving her info and discussing the issue, the woman on the other line stated she could only see one charge on her end and ultimately, would not refund the double-charge. After more back-and-forth regarding this issue, the woman ended hanging up. Now we are eating the cost of a single trip to Taco Bell being $62.86, because of a flaw with their online ordering function. I understand the double-charge is not the fault of the employees at this location, nor is it even the fault of this location. But unfortunately, if it is going to be this much of a hassle to speak to a real person to get our money back, the physical location should be able to issue refunds. read more

Don't expect anything special here, expect to wait. If your ordering drive through they always take 20+ minutes to get your food. I'm a Die Hard fan of the Quesorito myself, and someone who I'd had access would probably have one for lunch every single day, but Taco Bell refuses to recognize this and has you order it through the app. This location specifically will lock its doors to the dining room early so you can't come in and pick up your mobile order. Which causes you to wait in line because they won't make it if you aren't there. This is such a pain in the ass every time and the consistency on this item has gone down severally. In the past 3/5 times I've been here the rice has been uncooked in this specific menu item. I had 1 time where I had to order one 5 separate times in arrow to get the rightfully made Quesorito. I don't even know if it's worth going to, which makes me sad because this is truly a love hate relationship we have here with Taco Bell. read more

I ordered a cheese quesadilla (they gave me chicken) I can't eat TB chicken it tastes like bleach. I'm still currently at this location. My food was extremely watery, I get that taco beef may have a bit of liquid in it but my order (3 soft tacos) is soaking through the wapping. This Taco Bell/Long John Silver's location one of my regular stops for a quick cheap lunch. I enjoy ordering from both menus including the $2 Deals (includes a bag of Doritos & Medium Fountain Drink) & 99 cents value menu at Taco Bell and the Fish and Chicken Sandwiches at Long John Silver's. I can get a Deal 3 (Beef Gordita Supreme, Doritos, Medium Pepsi fountain drink) and a Fish Sandwich for under $5, $4.68 with tax. The Taco Bell food items seem to be consistent each time and the food can be messy to eat upon unwrapping. However, the Fish Sandwiches I've ordered from Long John Silver's seem to be inconsistent, from stale untoasted buns to hot toasted buns and hot & moist fish to chewy dried fish. The fried batter has a salty taste. The service is very prompt most of the time and I can be back at work in time. read more
