Fast food has long stopped being fast food for a long time now as nowadays it takes forever to get your order, but I found this McDonalds can take it to extreme. The restaurant was not that clean and it was apparent when it shows they can't even sweep or mop the lobby. When I received my "large" caramel Frappuccino it wasn't a large at all. This particular McDonald's is strongly known for being very slow very inconsistent like many reviews have suggested and inquired however I also want to add my own piece in. I ordered two meals in a pie and it took me 5 minutes to get I know for some people that's probably not a long amount of time to wait but considering it's supposed to be fast food I'm supposed to be in and out within reason unless otherwise specified within 5 minutes not very consistent the one employee I interacted with was very sweet . Never thought I would be giving McDs five stars, but here we are! Put in a mobile order that got rerouted for some reason to McDs that was the 3rd closes which is this onet. My "significant other" and I came thru the drive thru yesterday afternoon at approx. 4 pm, ordering two iced coffees and a plain hamburger for our dog. At the ordering speaker I was told the total was $6.31 (I believe it was.) However arriving at the window the girl asked for $7.45 (again, I could be slightly off but it was considerably more than I was previously quoted.) I haven't frequented a fast food joint in years. I tried the Burger King which is up Loudon Road from this McDonald's, but they were closed due to 'staffing issues." I was famished, so I drove down the street to this McDonald's - also on Loudon Road. I ordered two Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches were nothing but overcooked chicken and bread and a sole pickle. No condiments, lettuce, seasoning, etc. Also, no taste. There were plenty of napkins, but no ketchup for the fries (see above: sandwich). Also: no taste. For this I paid over $14.00? Totally a waste of my time and money. There were no publicly listed prices on the kiosksks. I get it now. How I wished I had hazarded my life by going across the street to Wendy's, or slightly north, to DQ. read more

This is a solid good McDonald's location, which is located on Loudon Road in the Heights. Compared to other McDonald's locations I've been to in Southern NH, this one has the best service in terms of getting my order right in prompt fashion. The staff at this location work well together and I don't wait too long for my food to be ready including during lunch hour, when my lunch break is limited and for special requests (ie. no salt on the fries). The staff at the other locations in the Manchester area (including the 4 locations in the city limits) should take a field trip to this location and see how it's done. Since this McDonald's is close by to my office, I stop in here frequently for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick snack. If I have time, I take advantage of the free wifi access while eating my food and having a coffee and apple pie. The lobby has soft padded booths and there's also a small fireplace, coffee table & big soft seating in corner with an overhead flatscreen TV. There are also power outlets at several booths to plugin your laptop. I've spent countless hours here over many visits, just chilling out and having a Big Mac. I got to this McDonald's I parked in spot four and then once I receive my food I was very disappointed I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon meal with a regular Coke and a big Mac meal with a Diet Coke and a six piece nugget .the nuggets were burnt of unbelief and so tough I could barely chew them the fries were half cooked and barely salted and I got two regular cokes I'm a type one diabetic so therefore I want without a drink with my meal. What the Hell Happened?? This location recently closed for renovations (not sure why as it was usually well kept and had a comfortable setting) but who knew when they re-opened it would become a " S**T SHOW AT THE F**K FACTORY!" Walked into find a cold sterile environment totally non inviting, and quite ugly. This is the best thing I can say about this place. No one is at the counter to take your order....instead they have installed kiosks where you have to order and pay for the meal yourself, then take a place card with a number on it and go sit and wait for ??? because it does not say if they are going to bring your food or if you should wait for your food and flash your number. Still,no one at the counter to ask and the folks working the window never look over at you because you don't exist to them.......how quaint. So took a chance and found a sit. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS FILTHY, WITH FOOD AND TRAYS LEFT BEHIND AND NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE CLEANING ANYTHING...........but saw several out right outside my window having a nice smoke break.........how nice for them. They had put these sad little vases with flowers in them,so I poured out the water from mine and with about 20 or so napkins cleaned our table the best I could........it was disgusting.............but still no employee's working in site. 15 minutes after ordering at the kiosk a girl ran over our tray, no drinks, and instructed us that we had to get our own and pointed to where the cups are now stored........oh goody a helpful and courteous employee! I felt so lucky! So we go fetch our drinks and being to eat, but wait......our order is wrong! We ordered a chicken sandwich and received a cheeseburger. The tag on the box said grilled chicken, but it was beef inside............guess that's what took so long, trying to determine chicken from beef?? Oops, they got that wrong too! So now another trip to the counter, no one there, so had to SHOUT that I needed help and a girl came over and said "do you need something?" (No, I just came up here and shouted for fun) I told and showed her the mistake and she said,"Oh, I don't know how that could have happened, but we will make you another one, and we said could you make this one with chicken this time and she gave a dirty look............such wonderful customer service. After waiting there for 5 minutes I shouted again and pointed to where we were sitting and asked her to bring it over when it was done. So, we continued with the rest of our meal waiting for the chicken sandwich and the second time it arrived it was finally correct....way to go! So now we are nearly finished and honestly saying we wished we had never stopped in, but we wanted to see what they had changed and why and found it was a disaster and we couldn't wait to leave! Then a woman came over, hard to understand and tossed two free dessert coupons on the table for the trouble we had with the order.............what a joke............but even worse she did the same thing to another table that was three tables away who apparently also had mistakes with their order too!! They didn't just remodel the restaurant but the changed the staff and the standards. The entire place was filthy simply disgusting, the food was not only wrong but not to the standard we have come to know we will receive at McDonald's. I drive up from Londonderry for a class and stop by this particular McDonalds for lunch. I did not expect the quality and service that I would receive -- from entrance to leaving the establishment, this is probably the best run McDonalds. I've been to a lot of them too here and abroad. I agree with previous posts where other McDonalds locations could learn something. All of the staff work cohesively with each other like a well oiled machine. I might as well just say it, there was a frog/toad (I'm not good at science) in my soda which to say the least made me nervous to eat my happy meal. Not only was my drink tampered with, but my happy meal had not one but two crumpled napkins. This made me uneasy. To know my napkins were touched by an elder man working in the facility. Just disgusting. I did however get a nice cup of fries so hats off! Well now I'm done kidding around. I'm not sure I'm ready to give this restaurant my service. Not a great stop.
