I got baconator at 11am on a Sunday and got food poisoning. Stay away from this location!

I visited the Wendy's located at 2151 Kirkwood Highway on Saturday, 2/28/26. I purchased a biggie bag, drinks and a planko fish sandwich. The biggie bag was okay according to to my Grandson, however the fish sandwich was over cooked and not edible. I contacted the Wendy's location, however no answer and the voicemail was full. I emailed customer service and informed the staff of my concern. The staff advised me that the issue would be addresssed for a refund. I arrived at the Wendy's location on this morning and asked for the manager. The male staffer acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying, however a female assistant manager stated someone will be right with me. I noticed she handed my receipt to the male staffer and he walked back to the manager. The manager named Roberto came out of the office aggressively and asked me "what do I want. " He went into a rant about, "I'm not gonna give you any money, this ain't my store and do you know how many people say that they want money or stuff, along with where's my food and why didn't you bring it with you. " I said excuse me and I explained what I had previously stated in my email. He continued on with his loud tone, belligerent, ignorant and illiterate comments. I lastly said, so you are not going to refund my money, he said I ain't got no money to return. I asked him for his name and told him okay, we will see. I contacted the Corporate office and made my complaint. The staffer also informed me that I would be getting a refund. Roberto the so called manger needs serious managerial trainIng and customer service skills before he opens his mouth again. Lastly this is not a Good Look for Wendy's Restaurant. read more

Mobile order- no cars in drive through- 25 minute wait ... they had me pull up and i watched well over 8 people get their order to the point i had to walk in the store. Best part is when i went in the store they hadn't even started my food.... Completely forgot they had an empty drive through and asked the only vehicle at the time to park and wait for the food to be completed.. only to clear my order out of the system and have to argue to get it made... Next time you ask me to pull forward i will refuse till i get my order read more

Food was absolutely disgusting,we went through the drive thru and the food was ice cold and tasted stale. We also got charged for 2 orders of cheese sauce and didn't receive it, tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Worst wendy's i have ever had, do NOT go here read more

Don't Use the Mobile App On 4/7/24 I was charged for a salad. The next day 2 more charges showed up on my debit card. Wendy's recording says call DoorDash; 3 times. They supposedly notify Wendy's. Wendy's closed the claim. To reopen they wanted my email confirmations from the DoorDash calls. 6/14/24 I got one refund. Had to chase Wendy's for the second refund and I was told to send the order numbers to Wendy's. Sent the order numbers to Wendy's 6/24/24 to get the second refund. It is 7/1/24 still waiting for the second refund because their App charged me three times for one meal. read more

Really one of yhe worst run restaurants. I was in the mood for a baked potato. We go through drive thru. Order a kid's meal, 6 piece nugget and baked potato. Almost $11. I get to window, oh sorry no potatoes. Ok i'll take a medium fry (shoulda just drove off). New total $12. Wow! We get home 2 minutes away, open bags. Sparsely populated plate of food for $12. Food cold, No drink (didn't need it anyway), 2 nuggets short on 6 piece, no sauces, no toy for kid's meal. I'm sure happy the employees there had time to color their hair bright orange and fire engine red. Did it leak to their brains? You see why a place like Chick Fil A is so big. They hire alot of young kids but they are pleasant, efficient, the order is accurate 99.9% of the time, food fresh and at least on the hot side of warm. I'm done with this Wendy's. Wendy's is ok for a once in a while potato or some nuggets but this location should close down. 2am Drunk dining wouldn't even be worth it. read more

I've been going here a a while off and on. It's always been good for me, good service, good ole Wendy's.

If I could rate it ZERO STARS, I would. For starters, I went through the drive-thru and the staff member STARTED ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER over a menu item that was advertised incorrectly. Second, we proceeded to the window to pay. The staff member COULDN'T MAKE CHANGE and held up the line. Then we were SCREAMED at when we drove up to the window to pick up our food. We were checking the order and the staff member told us, quite rudely, to move up because they were on the clock. The backup was caused by the staff member who COULDN'T MAKE CHANGE! I then proceeded to call Customer Service and found out the regular phone hours. I was told the PHONE LINES WERE CLOSED despite calling well within their hours of operation. Get it together, Wendy's! You don't care about your customers and your Customer Service is pathetic. You don't deserve ANY stars on this review and I won't be going to this establishment again anytime soon! read more

somehow can't comprehend NO ketchup on anything, can't be bothered to stock their soda machine (taste like brown shit water) -should be diet coke. they rush you through their line to increase their time per service by having you order before you can even read the menu or get the the speaker, then proceed to fuck up every thing you order! soggy nuggets every time. read more

Ordered a 4 for 4 and received a bag with 4 chicken nuggets. I had to go back and asked for my fries and burger. Then they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. I brought up the chicken sandwich which was unwrapped and they proceeded to rewrap it to give to someone else. I suggested they throw it away since someone had touched it. Then sitting here trying to finally eat with my grandson, we had to listen to a worker with short blond hair complain about her bowel movements. She was loud, rude and disgusting. Dear Wendy's, Wendy's breakfast food (I had) was quite good: sandwich, potatoes and coffee were all well-executed. But if you're really serious about competing with McDonald's for breakfast, you need better hours. Not opening the drive-thru until 6:30 AM, or the dining room until 9:00 AM, won't cut it for breakfast in a market where McDonald's opens everything by 5:00 AM, and has one location (across from a Wendy's) that's open 24 hours. read more

I'm seeing some poor reviews, which make me leery. But, my experience was excellent. I had the Breakfast Baconator, and it was perfect! Most of the time, you don't get the meal to look like the ad picture - this one did. And it tasted even better. Will definitely try this again! read more

Went through the drive thru, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and Jr. bacon cheeseburger. Didn't get a Jr. bacon cheese burger, think I got a double cheeseburger, so no bacon at all :(. Go to eat my spicy chicken sandwich, and it's just a larger double cheeseburger, again not even with bacon. Fries had absolutely no salt or taste to them. One star is for my drink being correct. Drive through experience was not all that great compared to others. However when I asked for honey mustard the lady remembered and put in my bag. Overall the food was not bad. I got the 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, jr cheeseburger, and the jr cheeseburger deluxe. The nuggets actually had a little kick to it which I found surprising. The meat on the burgers were delicious. I really appreciated that they did not go overboard on the ketchup/mustard like BK does. Pickles were not that great. This Wendy's is horrible. Extremely rude employees and they close early for no reason.

Been a fan of Wendy's since the 1970's, never went anywhere else. Haven't been in awhile, but went thru the drive-thru last night. First: The drive-thru speaker is unintelligible, I couldn't even tell if it said "Welcome, can I take your order" or "Welcome, please hold one moment." I finally gave up, told the speaker "I don't know what you are saying," and drove around to the window & told the kid "That speaker is terrible!" He grumpily said, "I know, people tell me EVERY DAY!" I asked, "Has management been told? To fix it?" He: "I don't know!" Second: Fries OK, burger TERRIBLE! I was amazed! It was TINY, and bad.
