there must be some new management or something because I've been there at least three times this week because the food was constantly fresh and so good. Keep it up because whoever was there before was out to get Burger King. It's safe now y'all lol read more

Drive thru wait was the absolute longest wait I've ever experienced- 2 cars ahead of us, little over 15 minutes..absolutely nothing fast about the food. Happy to know it was made fresh but they might want to think about staffing it better read more

In terms of Burger King's, I had a great time. The drive thru wait was only 4 minutes and 58 seconds. Yes, I timed it, Dawn claimed 23 minutes, so I had to verify it. Shoutout the friendly Burger King team :) Also Dawn, there was indeed coffee and cheese. read more

Placed an order online for the limited time How to Train Your Dragon meals for my kids. Got to the restaurant, pulled into the drive thru and waited for almost 10 minutes and no one answered. I pulled up to the window and waited behind a car for another 10 minutes to be told they didn't have half my order and they wouldn't substitute or refund my money. The man at the window insisted he was the manager and that they don't do refunds or substitutions. He gave me half my order, shut the window and never returned. I did get a refund through customer service but really? I was in disbelief at how that was handled. It is a Burger King and I shouldn't be surprised but wow. Never again. read more

Barely said hello when we came in, had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to approach after looking at us multiple times. One employee may have been on break bc they were eating, but when he told the manager he looked at us and walked away multiple times before taking our order. Customer after us, had to greet the employees himself to get their attention and they basically ignored him, he was pissed and noticed the lack of professionalism or general logic and left angrily while rightfully cussing them out like we probably should have. Need all new employees and a good cleaning in there, I would've left right away but my boyfriend said we should stay. Red flags everywhere read more

BEWARE!! This BK franchise jacks up the price of the first sandwich. I learned this on 8/21/25 when I tried to take advantage of the national offer of BOGO for a whopper. But it's not the server's fault, it's in their computer software. Left disappointed and vowed to warn the public. read more

When I walked in. The young man looked at me and walked away without even acknowledging me, proceeding, instead, to start a nice slow / lazy conversation that had more to do with his weekend then doing his job! When I got his attention and asked if he would take my order, he gave me a wait-a-minute finger, like I was his child. I found that to be very disrespectful to a customer, much less one who needs to get back to work. I will never go to this location, again. And, to the two Overly-empowered employees who decided It was a good idea to support their lazy coworker, as I walked out, I hope you boss realizes how money their employees are effectively throwing away. read more

No one anywhere to be seen behind counter. Only one car in the lot. Stood at the counter literally 5 minutes. Left without being able to order. read more

Don't take counter orders. You have to go through the drive through. Makes it challenging if you are taking a break from driving.

Tried to get food here, June 6 around 11:40pm. Now granted, I know it's 20 minutes before close. I never do that, I'm visiting from out of town. I met some people for work at a bar & grill and unfortunately their kitchen closed before I got there to be able to order dinner. I needed something to eat before bed and this Burger King was the closest option near my hotel that was still open when I left. I pull up and am told "we're closed" although everything says you're open until 12. I needed one sandwich and that would've been it, probably even would've tipped the workers as I know it's a pain to get a late order and I hate being THAT person. This was just a one off instance hitting a drive-thru so late and I was surely disappointed. read more

I haven't been to this particular Burger King in several years... And now I know why. Just when I thought this one couldn't get any worse they outdid themselves. I understand with COVID-19 things have changed, but sitting at a drive-through line for 45 minutes is a little ridiculous. Burger King really needs to look into this place to see if it is a viable franchise. It seems to get worse and worse and worse every time I come here I can guarantee after today I will never be back to this Burger King read more

This Burger King sucks!!!!! How the fuck this place is still open is beyond me just purchased 3 kids meals got all the way home and NO FUCKING TOYS!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!? shut this dump down or get a decent manager read more

It was difficult to discern however I believe the employees are either catatonic or robots. The veggie burger was cold. Fries were cold. Is it so hard to get what you pay for at a fast food joint? Nothing is better than the dollar menu at the Bell. Oh well guess I will try BK again when I break down while driving by one in a food desert. read more

Don't go. Every time, they screw up the order, even after double checking. Today was horrendously bad. Tried it just because of time and convenience but it was far from our first choice given prior experiences. 4 people behind the counter. The young man seemingly was manager or team leader and working the sandwich board fulfilling orders and scrambling. Seems to be the only one with any customer services or solid training. The order was placed, confirmed it on the screen, got to the window, they were convinced I had a different order. Figured it out after I repeated my order, tried to pay and she gave me a different price. I tried to correct her and she got super snippy saying, "well I gave you a discount, you're more than welcome to pay the full price." I had to confirm the order again. One of the drinks was wrong after repeating myself multiple times. I shared some frustration without using any offensive language and she was ready to come at me with a nasty look and challenge. ZERO customer skills. Told us one of the items was going to take a few minutes, so we pulled aside after she gave us our drinks. One of which was wrong so I went in to change it. No one paying attention to customers. Got the young man's attention, he solved it quickly. The one delayed item came out but we never received the other items. They either lost it, gave someone else our order. The girls were beyond clueless and dumbstruck. The you man recognized frustration and said he'd do it again. Got it wrong, but that was because he was hustling to help. Whoever owns this place ought to spend time there observing the awful skills. While waiting for the fix, other customers having exactly the same issue, repeating more than 3 times what they were ordering. If you own a business, pay attention to it. Hire the right people, train them and reinforce that training. My prediction: Sales will fall off and they'll close the place. We certainly aren't going back. read more

This has to be the most consistent worse Burger King I've ever gone to. They literally never have anything! And when they do it's shit. Just went thru the drive thru, they made me wait a couple minutes even tho no one else is in line..it's 10:45 pm then came back and said they only had the #10? Wtf. Only reason it's not a 1 star is cause the sandwich was piping hot. Fries. Cold. TRASH. Onion rings. Cold. TRASH and barely even recognizable.. read more

Burger King - Never heard of a UE meal before have you? - Burgers Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

The positive 2 stars are for the lovely people that work there at the take-out window (I wish I could give them more stars). The negative 3 stars are for the burger. This is the second time in a month that it had so much mustard that I could almost not eat it. I had to stop my car and use a napkin to take off some of the mustard, and there was still too much. Second time! And I really like mustard. What are you telling your employees to do? I know you want me to make a more expensive choice, but besides me being poor, I'm also on Weight Watchers, so a regular burger is on my plan. Why all the mustard? I would go to McDonalds if there was one near me, but you are all I've got, so please "step it up". read more

I have had several bad experiences at this Burger King. Wait time at the drive thru is very long. I sat at the window for 7 minutes the other day. I have gotten very cold food and wrong food. This week I asked for ketchup and was told they did not have any!!! One time one employee was upset and after yelling back and forth with others he decided to lay down on the floor. This place is crazy. read more

This must be the most poorly managed and operated Burger King franchise in the world. Sitting in the drive through window now for ten minutes listening to employees argue. No food yet. It's such a joke. If I had no pride, this is the type of place I would run. read more

Came in for breakfast and had to pay extra to have a soda/juice with my meal instead of a coffee, ok this may now be standard across all Butler Kings, I don't know this is my only visit in the last few years. But then once I received my drink it already had ice in it (because apparently the ice machine for guests was broken). But sadly I had to pour out my ice after I filled my first cup with a soda that was completely flat. So then I was of course unable to get more ice before switching to a different soda hoping for a better outcome. But nope, I got about 1/6 of my cup filled before it ran out of Coke and low and behold that Coke was also flat. So I tried a juice out of the machine instead but now I needed ice. But after waiting to ask for more ice while the employees continued their conversation even after looking at me I walked out. The food was average for Burger King. read more

For Burger King restaurants, I have to say, this one is one of the better ones. The Whopper with cheese (my favorite) actually looks like the picture on the menu board, and it consistently tastes great. The fries, however, are always luke-warm and mealy - almost tasteless. The shakes are still a good bargain and taste great. I don't eat fast food much any longer, but when I do, I have to say that I look forward to the Burger King Whopper with cheese. It's typically the only thing I'll buy these days... read more

It's the BK lounge and it is not MCD thus it is good. Never had an issue here and normally don't review a place like this but the review with 1 star sounds off to me. If we have to do fast food burgers then BK is the place. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. Several times we went there and found it closed with no explanation. I was told by a local store manager that they no longer serve breakfast and have unreliable hours. What is going on? This BK. used to have the best food. Nothing is worse than when you are hungry and go there and its locked. Well they lost us as customers and after reading others complaints they won't be open long....they aren't anyways. What a shame. read more

One of the worst fast food franchises I've ever seen. Moved to the area late 2019, I've tried to stop here a couple of times, and every time it's a disaster. Beginning to think the employees here are actively stealing from customers. All 3 attempts at eating here have had the same thing in common, I paid for a full size meal, as in a Whopper, or other "premium" sandwich, and when I open the bag I find a miniature sandwich off the value menu. Corporate needs to investigate/take away this franchise license, maybe even get the police involved. read more

I will never come to this store again, 3 times in a row I have gone there for breakfast and 3 times in a row I have been extremely disappointed. They don't even care about their presentation, the food is just thrown together and wrapped up to the point where it can barely be eaten once unwrapped. I have written corporate about my poor experience twice with no response, so apparently they could care less as well. This morning was the worst experience of all. I ordered and promptly drove to the window and paid, I was then asked to pull forward to the railing and wait for my food as they were a little backed up. After 10 minutes I drove back around to the window and the lady gave me an attitude for driving back around, handed me my food and slammed the drive through window in my face. The employees don't care and corporate doesn't care, someone has to be responsible for their poor customer service. read more

absolutely disgusting. stale chicken and fries. tried to call to see if I could get a refund. no answer.

SLOW, would not recommend especially after 10 PM. Only have one staff working at night. If you're in a rush DO NOT go through drive thru.

Fast service. Order correct. Restaurant is clean. Food is good. As good as any other burger king. Staff was friendly also.

This place is very close to where I work and have been going here since August. The service at best is mediocre. Generally you wait an extended time for your food, but I have dealt with it since it is very close. This past Monday, I literally stood at the counter for five minutes on my lunch from work. Multiple people saw me standing there, but not one person said anything. I finally left. This BK appears to be in need of some better management. read more

Repeated whopper with cheese 7, yup 7 times Not a "double king" and then repeated small onion ring Not large Small. Why are the chairs on top of the tables at 5pm. Then then brought me a bag with no onion rings and a whopper without cheese! read more
