WOW!! First time ever going here and they just opened. I walked into an awesome atmosphere that was filled with articles about the how they rank number#1. Very cool looking surroundings especially with the bags of potatoes they have stacked up that they use genuine Idaho potatoes. Upon stepping up to the register to order the cashier was full of smiles and welcomed us with open arms. I then seen so many cooks in the back near the grill. So we ordered our food. I ordered the Bacon Cheese with mushrooms and extra cheese, with a small French fry. Paid for the food and then sat down. I could not believe how clean the restaurant was even the ceiling was clean. 7 minutes goes by and our number was called very quick service. Went up and grabbed a brown bag. Sat back down and opened my burger from the tinfoil and omg did it look and smell good. I took a bite and again omg it was so tasty and everything was so fresh down to the mushrooms. Hate some fries and they good as well with perfect amount of salt. I could not believe how busy it got we were order #8 and when we left they were already calling out order #37. I can see why there are so many in the kitchen. "It takes a village to make a great Cheeseburger" haha. I highly recommend going here no matter where you live. It will definitely be worth the trip. Hands down the best Burger I ever had. approved!!

Whenever I crave a chocolate (or coffee) shake and fries, this is the first place I think of. I'm not a fan of monster shakes, or elaborate flavors. Sometimes I just want chocolate and whipped cream, and this shake brings me back to being a kid, plus you can't go wrong with their fries - salty, crispy, and the perfect foil to a cool ice cream treat.

Well, you know we all crave those delicious fries made with peanut oil from time to time. I like mine doused with Cajun seasoning, of course. Like many other people have mentioned, this place is hurting for staff badly. I went there at 2:15 in the afternoon, when it was dead, and I still had to wait 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The two employees that were working behind the grill we're heavily engaged in a loud conversation about the manager trying to put pressure on one of them to take over another store. I think if they kept the conversation to their orders, they would expedite the food more quickly. I was in the mood for something not so typical, so I opted for sautéed mushrooms and onions on my burger. The burger and the Cajun fries were good. Their prices have definitely increased significantly since I last went there a year or so ago. Be prepared to spend over 20 bucks for a small Cheeseburger, small fries and small soda, easily. I was a little bit disappointed on the portion size of fries. Five guys is normally known for rarely giving you a generous portion of fries, and that definitely wasn't the case during this visit. Anyway, the food was OK and it fulfilled my fries craving...

This place has "THE BEST BURGERS IN TOWN". I am not a big burger person, but this is the only place my wife and I go to for burgers now.

It was easy to order and the wait for the food was short which was good. The chicken was great, I'm not sure how they prepare it but it was hot and tender and the sauce was very good.

The first time I ever tried a Raising Cane's was back when we were still living in the "915"…read more(IYKYK). At that time, I hadn't yet tried the famous Cane's sauce; mainly because my wife somehow convinced me it wasn't worth my time. She said she didn't care for it. I fail to see why. Because after trying some for the first time today, I can tell you their sauce could give Chick-Fil-A sauce a run for its money! It may look like thousand island dressing, but it tastes like a party in my mouth. Only wish I'd ordered more. Pro tip: if you're getting more than 3 strips of chicken, get extra sauce! Trust me on this one. Your palate will thank you later. Not only are the chicken strips big and meaty, their fries are even more sensational. Now, it's been a few years since I last got to enjoy one of my favorite fast food fries (whoa-try saying THAT fast 3 times) of all time. But these crinkled little fellas are better than I remember. Crisp on the outside and seasoned to the nines, this meal as a whole gets a 10. This location has a particular drive thru setup I've never seen at any of the other Cane's I've visited. In order to understand the configuration of their drive thru, I'll have to explain how their parking lot is orientated. There are actually two entrance/exit points leading into the parking lot; one before and one after you pass the Cane's building. Regardless of which entrance you use, each one does a giant U-turn leading back to a dual-lane drive thru. If you're doing curbside pickup (as I did), you simply drive past the drive thru entrance, pull up to the left side of the building if you're facing the street, and there you'll see the curbside pickup signs. This design is so clever, I'm shocked more restaurants haven't implemented this. It's made so that, even if you accidentally pass the RC sign, there's still an opportunity to use the second entrance. As you can imagine, we were so stoked when we first heard they were building one of these in Manchester. And now it's finally a reality! Sufficed to say, we will certainly be visiting this place in the future. Raising Cane's in Manchester gets 5 chicken strips dipped in party mouth sauce out of 5.

I much prefer the way your local sub shop does it; no measuring, just give the customer as much as will fit on your sub roll and that's that! I am of the opinion that franchised sub shops like these go too far with their pre-measuring everything, and I think they'd be better served to be more hands-on and "made by hand" approach to serving the public. However, the tase of my Philly Cheesesteak here at Charley's overcomes that shortcoming. I was actually surprised how good this steak and cheese tasted. My order took perhaps five minutes to cook up, and it came with free medium lemonade, which was also delicious, although not the best I've ever had, it's certainly in the top 7 or so. I will say the staff here were all nice, professional, and prompt with great customer service. They had one staff member giving out free samples, which were also tasty, and something you don't typically see with sub-shop type of restaurant. Having had authentic Philly Cheese Steaks in Philadelphia, this doesn't quite reach that level, but it is really good food and fairly reasonable prices. I hope to try one near me in Cambridge, Massachusetts sometime soon to see how the franchises compare.

We only coming in to get the milk shake. We went to the machine and decided to order from there. We ordered regular Oreo milk shake and a regular m&m milk shake. The bad part is we were waiting around 10-15 mins for just 2 of the drinks. The cashier seems to be talking to his friend who was the customer at the counter. We wouldn't mind but it seems like it's taking too long for just 2 drinks. So I came up to the counter and ask for the order. The cashier seems surprised and asked what was the order. I said i ordered it from the machine. That's when i know he didn't pay attention for the order on the screen. He apologized, which is fine. And he quickly made the order. The lady who looks like the manager also came in and gave us coupons for free slides (which later we found out it has already expired) Upon arriving home. We opened the lid and found out that they didn't filled the drinks all the way. And my boyfriend said his m&m was super packed that he only got a little bit of the drink. Overall we were disappointed. We paid around $18 and didn't get amount we paid for. We wish the worker would pay more attention with the service because it's not too late at night and it's not busy.
