I remember when this place first opened, went to the trash heap since then. Omitted food and had to fight a little to get what was missing. Trash cans with bins pulled out, broom and dust bin on seat, unhygienic and dirty. To top it off soda machine busted and only a few sodas were available. So much for Taco Tom running the store, sigh. This Taco Bell on South Willow Street is a sh-tshow especially on the weekends and late nights. Since the lobby is closed, the drive thru is usually backed up causing severe delays and pollution of idling vehicles. I feel for those delivery drivers who have to pick up orders here and are stuck in the very long drive-thru line with no option of going inside to pickup prepaid orders and get on their way. Time is money for those delivery drivers and sitting in the long drive thru late nights is just not worth it. Personally, I like Taco Bell, but I will usually go to the Londonderry Taco Bell, order and pay for my food and drinks on their app ahead of time and it's ready quickly. read more

Hangover Sunday = Taco Bell cravings for some reason. Decided to give in and ordered a nacho bel grande with "no beans, extra cheese." They put no beans, extra meat (which I didn't ask for), and almost no cheese at all. Literally a drizzle in the center. Like a teaspoon lol. Took it back and clarified, and they remade it.... with no beans... and still almost no cheese at all. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.. This specific location likes to pick and choose which days they follow the posted hours of operations. Tonight I stopped on my way home because said they were opened until 10 PM, got there placed my order on the app and watched an employee literally just stare at me while I was in my car, didn't even bother to tell me they were closed. Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes and again, nobody said anything. Had to cancel my order and place it again at a different one. Love this food, my mother and father on the other hand hate it. My father say he spends lots of time in the bathroom after eating it. My mother says they don't add enough meat to the taco's. I had a bad feeling as soon as I pulled up and saw a sign on the drive through speaker. It said something like "be kind to the workers because there is a labor shortage and Atleast they showed up". As someone who knows basic economics this is ridiculous, because I'm paying the same price and am supposed to expect worse service? No. It means you need to pay your staff more. There is no shortage of workers, but there is a shortage of people who want to work for no money. I asked for one Doritos locos taco and an order of chips and cheese. I received a Doritos locos taco meal and 2 orders of chips and cheese. So I basically paid double for food I didn't want. I asked for hot and fire sauce. I was given 2 fire sauces. Manchester (south willow ) location is the worse. They walk past you multiple times while they look right at you and just ignore you. When they mess up the order like they do 97% of the time the manager (female with blonde hair) tells you that you are lying and that's not what you ordered. I have been to many Taco Bells. It's fast food so most of the time you will get shit service from teenagers who don't care because it's a summer job. However, sometimes you get the good stuff. The Manchester Taco Bell is the best in the area by far. We like to go later in the evening when it isn't busy. I always have super annoying orders, but they aren't complicated. I usually order on the app. They have never messed up my order. They are always polite and seem to know what's going on. The food is not sloppy, and it's usually made well. Would give a 0 star if I could. Sat in line AT THE WINDOW for 10 minutes. Watched one employee who was working register, go to the food and with no gloves on, drop a quesadilla on the counter, pick it up and put it in the packaging for a customer, then continue to handle things around the register. Then was told they forgot to start my food and had me park so they could bring it out to me. While waiting I literally watched employees conduct a drug deal in front of the restaurant. I always expect the line to take a while anyways, but then I order my food and sit in the parking lot to check it because I don't want to hold up the line, well I open up my cheesy Gordita crunch that I specifically asked for no ranch on and to add tomatoes, boom there's ranch and no tomatoes. Okay no problem, so I go back in line and tell them what happened, they offer to make me a new one. I pull up to the window, wait about 5 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, then get handed a box of food so I thought maybe they just remade my whole order. Nope.
