Excellent across the board! I only gave it 4 starts since I went there for lunch and when its packed for dinner is when you get the real feel for a place. Nice, bright, and open with a ton of glass to let the sun in. High ceilings and a bit of an industrial vibe that I happen to like. All the staff was really friendly and knowledgable. We started with the house made chips and dips.Super crunchy and came with an INSANE chunky Onion dip and and equally awesome pub cheese type dip. My gf got the Mediterranean Falafel Bowl which she loved and I went with the Chicken Piccata which was pretty huge. Great lemon flavor and tons of capers along with an enormous chicken breast. Would order it again in a heartbeat. Overall, a pretty enjoyable experience. We got out of there for about 65 bucks plus tip which isnt horrible for quality. We went for drinks during opening weekend and had a very positive experience. Service and the cocktails were both great. Went for an early dinner tonight. It was not busy throughout our time there. Positives: The waitress was friendly. The mushroom risotto and the Italian margarita were phenomenal. Negatives: Pizza was meh, and the wings were super dry. Service was extremely slow. Our waitress never came back to check to see how we were doing and we had to ask another server to get her for our check, since we waited 20 minutes after we finished our meal and had to leave. Had discussed bringing out of town friends here because they have a lot of gluten free and vegetarian options, but after this, I don't think we would be inclined to. read more

Evviva Trattoria opened at Bedford Grove in Bedford in January 2025, making this their second NH location with several locations in MA and Rochester NH. The Nashua location will be opening soon on the former Grand Buffet site next to Leda Lanes. They serve Italian American cuisine offering a variety of pizzas, pasta dishes, classic & specialty Italian dishes, paninis, salads, soups, appetizers, and desserts. The prices are moderate and they offer small and regular portions on several dishes. I've dined at their Rochester, Stoneham MA, Marlborough MA and Westford MA locations and have enjoyed tasty pasta dishes and pizzas there. The Orecchiette and the Bolognese are my favorites here. Evviva is a sister restaurant of 110 Grill, which also has many locations in NH, MA, CT, RI, and NY. I stopped by the new Evviva Trattoria in Bedford for Friday night dinner, which happened to be their opening night on 110 Day (bonus reward for Loyalty members). They also had a friends & family event the night before and the staff in training had to try each dish on the menu in the weeks before opening. I stopped in just after the 4pm special opening time. The place was not busy yet and I took a seat up at the bar. The place is very casual and a bit noisy, which has table seating, high top tables, and seating up at the bar with flatscreen TVs. There is also an outdoor patio area with an open fire table, similar to 110 Grill. There were no seats or tables out there yet since it was 30 degrees outside. After I sat down, the bartender arrived with a menu and took my drink order (got an ice water). Since it was Appy Hour, I ordered two $6 apps including the Chips & Dips and Meatball Sliders. The Chips & Dips had a basket of crunchy salted truffled potato chips with caramelized onion dip (my fav) and Calabrian cheese dip. The 3 meatball sliders came on warm sliced chewy ciabatta dinner rolls with soft meatballs smothered in a hearty marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese & pesto drizzle. The bartender also brought over a complementary basket of warm chewy dinner rolls with olive oil & spices for dipping. For an entree, the Lasagna ($16.50 plus tax), which had layers of herbed ricotta, soft pasta sheets, and smothered with a thick marinara sauce and topped with grated parmesan cheese offered by the bartender. I barely finished half of the lasagna and got a to go box. I passed on dessert and just got the check, which was $30.92 with tax and before tip. I was also able to earn some Loyalty points and bonus rewards. Overall, the service here was spot on and the food I ordered was very tasty and filling. As I was leaving, the place was becoming very busy and the parking lot area near Evviva almost full. I will have to stop by Evviva Trattoria more often since I'm only 10 minutes away from the Bedford location instead of 35 minutes away from the Stoneham and Westford locations. I can return here again on a Wednesday night when they offer their $20 Pasta Deal which includes a side salad, smaller portion of select pasta dishes and a cannoli. I got the Chicken Parm over Spaghetti last time in Stoneham, which was pretty good. read more

This was my first time trying Evviva Trattoria. I have gone to their sister restaurant many times, but never had the opportunity before tonight with DoorDash. We ordered Chicken Parm Entree, which was perfectly cooked. It comes with a good amout of cheese on top-which is important of course. It also comes with whipped ricotta which is different and delicious! My one issue with ordering through DoorDash is you cant substitute, and I would prefer no pasta- but beggars and all that lol It was good, but could have used more flavor in the sauce. The Lasagna Fritters were excellent! Really tasty and come with 4 sauces!! The Half Caesar Salad was perfect. The croutons and dressing are made in house, and have plenty of garlic! So good! Everything was packed perfectly, but you don't get any Parmesan or bread which is disappointing. The restaurant is lovely inside- I have been in, I just never ended up staying. I have been 3 times since they opened. Went with a group of 5 for my son's birthday on a week night. Every one of us raved about how good the food is. We have been back for lunch twice. Friendly hostess and server, good service. Problems; calamari was not cooked at high enough temperature, the coating did not attach to the fish. Other entrees were very average. And please, you can NOT bring the entrees half way through the appetizers. Servers need to be trained on pacing. Some nice wine selections but their mark up is ridiculous. My wife and I have eaten at several Italian restaurants in the Manchester area - and this is definitely the best one. The meat was succulent, the sauces were tasty and not too overpowering, the short rib was heavenly and soft and warm. Will definitely order from here again. read more

Well, start with the help. They are very Nice the ambience is also nice. It's comfortable not too loud but lie we have enough so you don't feel like sleeping. The starters are delicious. Their basic salad is my favorite. It's a good salad. I hope they never change it. Now onto the meals, they offered a special of chicken Parmesan. I don't remember the entire details of it, but the essence was you were going to get two orders of Parmesan with your order. To cover their costs, we all received a half of a chicken breast. Yes really a half and it wasn't a big half but the price was the same as normal and when we got the take home Parmesan, we were appalled that the other half was even smaller that's no way to get people to want to use your specials which cost more usually And have other limitations on them. The pizza special where you get a small cheese pizza to go home is fine totally fine and the pizza is delicious. Cutting chicken breast in half was really beyond cheap for a price of 20 or 20+ dollars for a meal. This was in the Bedford Trattoria. We have used the Nashua one to try it but we don't order Parmesan not yet anyway it just makes you wonder what a special that might bring you in really is I just want them to be a little more upfront with. Hey, you really not getting anything with this except a small dessert The manager who my son called over to show him did not offer to Kham the meal did not seem to overly upset by it but a second manager came by and gave my son some nice coupons for a free meal when he comes back so they tried and for that, I'm grateful All in all we like them, but I think a lot of people have figured out that the pizza is the best way to go. And their Trattoria salad, which is the most basic salad, but done very well. Their roles are lovely too that they give you when they are waiting on your meal. Only last comment would be please have some gluten-free pasta more varieties I mean Even be the first to make us solely special gluten-free dinner. Sara was our server and she was phenomenal, she recommended great drinks and was very attentive even though she was very busy. The food was mid but the worst part is after we were seated, it took us asking not once but twice over a 30 minute period for a server to come over. The service is friendly, but the food is nothing great for Italian food. I was not really impressed. I had the veal Parmesan. It comes with a mound of spaghetti and veal cutlets. The cheese was a little burnt on the cutlets. At another visit I had the chicken piccata. The waitress said that the chicken was cut up. However, it was chicken tenders on top of spaghetti with a bland piccata sauce. I've tried the Fried Ravioli and so far that is the best thing. The fried chicken wings are spicy. Oh and my friend got the meatballs and both she and I found them inedible. They really did not taste like meat. I've tried a personal margarita pizza and it was okay. The caesar salad was also okay. There are a couple other items I want to try on the menu so I will probably go back to try even though I've been underwhelmed. The atmosphere is nice and there is a nice patio outside. read more

We checked out the menu before going and it was VERY interesting. We were looking forward to bringing two dishes home to try, but a 6:00 they had none left...another time. Newly opened. We've been here twice now. Food is great. We enjoyed the 'chef's whim arancini', very good both times. Pasta cooked perfectly. I would give this 5 stars but there's been issues with servers - perhaps not enough servers which makes service slow. We waited 20 min for our check. Servers don't seem familiar with menu items either. I asked a server for chianti and she asked me if that's red wine. It's very minor stuff like that. Otherwise, servers are very courteous and they are trying to deliver good service. I feel like these are minor issues that the restaurant will eventually work out in their new location.
