When I arrived, there appeared to be some construction or repair work going on, and the dining room was essentially closed off, with ordering and service happening at the counter only. More frustrating were the order issues. They initially forgot my milk slush, which I had to ask for when picking up my food. Then, once I got back to the car and opened everything up, I realized the fries were missing the cheese and chili I had specifically requested. Bottom line: the burger was great and clearly the star here, but the execution on the rest of the order and the opening-time disorganization took away from the experience. I'd happily go back for the burger, but I'm hoping for tighter attention to detail next time.
